We have self catering facilities with a 6 gas burner BBQ on the 20 metre verandah and a full kitchen near the games area, so you can watch the children play on the lawns. We provide a trampoline, sand digger, cricket gear, table tennis and much more.

Being only 15km from Dubbo and 10km from Taronga Western Plains Zoo makes it a perfectly quiet location to enjoy a relaxing break after exploring the area.
We are a very quiet 1 hectare property surrounded by a rural view of Dubbo, the valley and the hills. There is a 20 metre veranda off the studios with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a quiet drink while the children play in the garden on the trampoline, sand digger, climbing frame, basket ball hoop, or ride bikes and scooters. The are also games and a table tennis table. Self catering available.
WiFi is only available in communal areas as studio walls are fire resistant.

The apartment is newly renovated and spacious and right in the middle of Dubbo, close to the courthouses , Old Dubbo Gaol and shops.
The apartment is cleaned before each visit, has towels and linens, and a washing machine / dryer.
The apartment is 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and single bed. Bedroom 2 features a king bed.
The lounge in the living room also converts to a comfortable sofa bed ( it really is pretty comfy unlike most sofa beds!). Please note the sofa bed is in the main living area.
The apartment has a kitchen, fridge, oven , stove , microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils - so would suit someone visiting for a day or here for a few weeks for work.
The apartment has ducted heating and cooling. We have some toys and games for families. There is also a desk set up for anyone travelling for business. Free wifi included.
The apartment is located on level 2, via wide and well lit staircase. There is no parking provided, however there is street parking or park in the free parking areas close by. Church street is well lit at night.
