Miranda is a neat, clean, newly furnished 2 bedroom Apartment only minutes from the centre of Mudgee.
There is undercover parking, a small, private backyard as well as a larger side yard.
On the inside the kitchen is modern with a fridge, ceramic cooktop and convection microwave. Pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all crockery, glassware, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. Also included are coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk, bikkies and H2O Springs water.

There is a dining table for 4-6.
The adjoining lounge room has a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater fold-out sofa-bed ( use on request at extra charge) There is an LCD TV, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and magazines. There is also a new r/c air/con unit

On the inside the kitchen is neat and modern with a fridge, stove and microwave. Kettle, toaster, all crockery, glassware, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. Also included are coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bikkies and Lithgow Valley Springs water.
There is a dining table for 4-6.
The adjoining lounge room has a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater fold-out sofa-bed ( use on request at extra charge). There is an LCD TV, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and magazines. There is also a r/c air/con unit
The main bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, small chest of drawers, clock, lamp, wardrobe and r/c air/con unit.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds drawers, lamp and a small wardrobe.

We could not use the sunroom where the table was for dining in the evenings at all as insufficient lighting. The 3rd bedroom was not suitable for a toddler as too far away from the rest of the bedrooms. Only having electric radiators/fires in the bedrooms wasn't good with young children from a safety perspective and they didn't heat the rooms much. The seating arrangement in the lounge was odd and we had to move a chair around each time we all wanted to watch television. The bathroom was cold and the pealing tiles on the wall and ceiling detracted from the great shower and level of renovation work that had been done."

Luxury tiny living at its best! Your space has everything you will need for the duration of your stay. The studio is situated at the rear of our house and you will have your own entrance through the side gate. The queen bed has a memory foam mattress and pillows and quality linen sheets and Sheridan towels. The sofa converts into a comfortable bed, please let us know in advance if you will need this so we can supply extra linen. There is a wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix and has a built in chrome cast. The TV can be swivelled around to enjoy watching from the bed as well as from the sofa. We have a full size kitchen with oven, cook top & microwave, as well as a coffee pod machine and toaster, we supply coffee pods, tea bags and sugar also cooking oil salt and pepper. The bathroom has a ABI rain water shower head and hand held extension. There is a washing machine also. We are only a few minutes walk from the CBD of Mudgee. You will have your own private access with a locked box for 100% contactless arrival. We have a security camera that points towards our back gate. This is for security purposes and would not invade your privacy at all.

The guest has access to the entire Vine Villa and as mentioned the Villa is located an easy walking distance from coffee/breakfast places like Food and Farm Dining just two blocks away and the Court House hotel just a leisurely five minutes walk for a hearty Pub-style meal. Parking in the garage with remote is available (not suitable for large SUVs) and there is another park in the driveway of the Villa and one in front of the bedroom window.
Other things to note
The signage at the front of the complex is for Colonial Court Villas. This was the original name when complex was first constructed and is well known in the district. They have sold several now that have now become either Airbnb type accommodation or private units so we ask guests to be mindful of noise, vehicle movements in the complex and generally respect other residents.
The Villa has recently been inspected to comply with the new State Government Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) regulations and has new evacuation signage in place as well as a new extensive Emergency Information section in the Villa Compendium and a compliant wall mounted Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket.

The space
The studio apartment is a comfortable single storey space for one or two people with good access to local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops.
There is a cosy lounge with a large TV, sofa, local information guides and magazines.
Kitchen facilities include a microwave, toaster, electric oven / grill / hob, coffee machine, rice cooker, fridge freezer and basic pantry selection including slat, pepper, oil, vinegar etc.
The apartment has a four seater glass dining table for meal times.
There is also an iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, and a stick vacuum.
The King size bed has bedroom lights and bed side tables on both sides, as well as wardrobe space available on the right hand side of the built in robes and a full length mirror.
The bathroom has a power shower, toiletries and a hair dryer.
This apartment is set up to host a maximum of two adults in comfortable surroundings.
We can accomodate furry friends however ask guests to be mindful of leaving them alone in a smaller space for too long.

Sitting on the edge of Mudgee overlooking the town is a large 6 bedroom house that is spread over 3 levels. Each level can be rented out separately (2 bedrooms on each level) or alternatively, you can rent out the whole house to accommodate 14 guests.
Please note if you are 2 guests requiring 2 rooms there is an additional $70/night applies.
The space
The Winerack is a fully self-contained house with all the comforts of home. It is the perfect spot to enjoy watching the sunrise or relaxing on the verandah with a glass of wine watching the sunset over Mudgee. You will also certainly see some kangaroos in the early afternoon coming down from the hills to nibble at the grass.
Each bedroom has a queen bed with the addition of 2 trundle beds available, requested prior to arrival.
Please note: The Winerack 3 (Level 3) has a kitchenette (it has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine & BBQ but no stove or hot plates to cook on).
The centre of town is only a short drive away (3.7kms) so still close enough to enjoy all the numerous cafes, boutique shops and supermarkets.
Children welcome but please note there are stairs and no child gates are attached. Entry to Level 3 is via a flight of stairs. On request a highchair and cot can be provided at no extra cost. You will need to provide your own bed linen for the cot.
Small pets are allowed but we charge a pet fee ($60 for each pet) per stay. Please notify me prior to arrival. Unfortunately we do not allow puppies to stay. They are too unpredictable with wees and chewing. Your pet must be house trained. Please note there is no enclosed yard.
All linen is provided (bed linen, bath towels, bath mats etc) including soap but you will need to provide your own toiletries.
Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. However, if your staying for more than 2 nights you may need to bring your own supplies.
No smoking permitted inside the house.

If you require the use of the 6 bedrooms you will have access to the whole house. Otherwise if you are a party of 2-4 guests you will have access to 1 level of the house (you can choose which level). The space
Mudgee Apartments is a local family business, which is a setup of different apartments and addresses. Being a local builder who loves to travel, I designed, built and landscaped the Apartments on Horatio St as if they were somewhere I would love to stay myself with all the extras and very private. I am very proud of these studio apartments and have been very pleased with the positive feedback. These have only just been completed in April 2018.
Our plan is to build some more apartments with a requests to build some two bedroom ones similar to our Studio apartments on Horatio St for couples or families to get away and enjoy. So stay tuned.
