There’s some construction taking place next to our building. You may hear occasional noise during work hours, though it’s generally not disruptive. Our apartment is fitted with double-glazed glass doors, which provide strong sound insulation.

Situated on the top floor (3rd level). This cozy apartment is well equiped with a modern kitchen plus dishwasher. The spacious living room offers a balcony, allowing guests to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine whilst soaking up the beautiful water views of Brisbane Waters. You’ll also be able to catch the glistening sunset’s each night. The apartment is airy, but if needed has air conditioning. Kick back with the 4K 65 inch HD smart TV, plus free WiFi. For those coffee enthusiasts - you’ll find a pod coffee machine. Our place is perfect for relaxing with family and friends, and enjoying the spectacular views. Very convenient location of Gosford area on the Central Coast, mins walk to kayaking , Brisbane water, Coles, restaurants, parks and cycling along the Brisbane water. Bungaree Reserve playground with lots of wild ducks are just at the end of the street, it is one of the most popular places for family having walk along the water.
Mins drive to M1 Highway, Gosford Wharf, Mariners Stadium, waterfront park. Umina beach, Australia Reptile Park are not far at all.
Very comfy queen bed for a stop over night, fully fenced backyard for your dogs to run.
The studio is connected to the main house, the drive way is shared with the main house guests.
Free parking on site and off street, friendly neighbourhood.

Point Clare is a suburb between Gosford and The Penninsular of the beaches of Umina, Ettalong and small town of Woy woy.
We are located on a quiet street with water views from the upstairs bedroom and the back deck.
The Annex has its own private access from the main house . There is a small shower, toilet and sink en-suite next to the queen bed upstairs and a comfortable lounge area where you can soak in the views.
The Annex downstairs has a kitchenette with combined convection oven/grill/microwave, fridge, kettle , 2 x induction hobs. Cutlery and cooking equipment provided, along with cleaning items. An iron and ironing board is also available.
There is not a washing machine or dryer but there is a laundrette next to Aldi.
We are located at a 6-8 minute walk from Point Clare train station (1hr 15mins to Sydney City) and 15 minutes from the M1 freeway (1hr 15 to Sydney city and 1hr 15 to the Hunter Valley and Wine region). All Central Coast highlights, such as Somersby Falls, the various beaches of Umina, Ettalong, Avoca, McMasters, Killcare, Maitland Bay are all within a 15-20 minute drive.
This house is perfect for 2 families plus grandparents who may like a retreat on their own and therefore use the Annex space. Otherwise, plenty of space for all to enjoy the perks of the Central Coast.

A quiet little hideaway, a short drive to cafes, restaurants, and shops, with free street parking, and only 10 minutes drive to Terrigal Beach, all on a single storey, no steps, with free on street parking.
The space

Guest access
There is access to the whole villa except for one room and also the linen cupboard, which are kept locked. Thank you for respecting that this room and the cupboard are not available to guests. This is a single storey, no steps home.
Other things to note
Please be mindful that my villa is in a quiet complex. There is free on street parking and I recommend that you park on the low side as there's a bus stop on the high side of the road. The forecourt has sensor lighting at night and the footpath to my front door has lighting. There's also a porchlight that you can leave on if you'll be back late.
Additional rules
Please leave everything as you find it, including the key back in the safe box outside the front door.
Please take rubbish, tied in plastic bags, to the bins near the entrance to the complex. It's OK to use the nearest red and yellow bins as we fill up a bin before starting another one.
Please turn off all appliances and close the blinds in the bedroom.
