You don’t need a car to get around as buses run every 10 minutes and the stop is about 20 metres away. Noise from Pittwater Rd can be a bit loud but the sound of waves more than compensates.

The closest parking in Mactier St can be challenging but there is the club car park next door and usually Goodwin or Clarke Streets have space.

Cork floors are cool in summer, warm in winter and soft underfoot (but no stiletto heels, please).

This was fine if a broken window didnt bang all night There was not room in bedroom or bathroom to change your mind. The location was great, except the beach waa fenced off Again, none of this wouid matter if the price wasn't for a luxury apartnent. I stayed at a nearny 4 star hotel for a similar price. On rhe upside, the host was nice, and they left a great welcome hamper He rang me personally, and sent me great detail about arrangements and logistics. - No pets are allowed on this property.
- Lots of all day free street parking around, strangely enough, Narrabeen doesn't get anywhere near as busy as the other beaches during summer. There is always street parking on Ocean Street (our street) and the side streets adjacent, especially on Albert Street which is only meters from our block.

This modern and spacious apartment is situated over 2 levels. The bedrooms are located on the lower level; it is hard to distinguish the master suite as both have king beds, their own brand new bathroom and access to the East facing balcony. One of the bedrooms has a SMART TV with Nettflix.
Moving upstairs to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, the spaces are combined however, a small nib wall between the kitchen and the lounge allow two separate conversation places. Generous balconies on either end of the upstairs entertaining spaces encourage the very best of indoor/outdoor living. Each balcony boasts water views with one end overlooking the ocean and the other over the lake. The kitchen has all that you will require to cook a family meal, and we of course provide the basics - salt, pepper, olive oil and most importantly coffee, for the Nespresso coffee machine. This fully furnished unit has a large living room with a flat screen TV, complementary Netflix and high-speed wifi for fast web browsing and email access, your own washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, a King bed (can be changed to single beds) in the main bedroom and a Double bed in the second bedroom.

A king-sized bed in the main bedroom is one of the comfiest around. We provide all guests with fresh linen each stay, along with beach towels and other essentials. If you're travelling as singles, if it meets your requirements, we can change the bed into two King Singles.

In the separate brand new, modern kitchen, there is plenty of workspace available to cook up a storm.

This apartment is great for busy people who still need to catch up with business or personal affairs, using a high-speed internet connection. Ocean Apartments uses the latest WIFI mesh technology, allowing you full wireless connectivity anywhere on the property (even the backyard).

Apartments One, Three and Four in this apartment complex are next to each other on the ground floor, with Apartments One and Five being single bedroom units and Apartments Three, Eleven and Four being two bedrooms. If you have an extended family situation, with two or more families or groups travelling together, where you want to be close together but with individual accommodation, this is the ideal location and set up.
Each of the ground floor apartments have a private yard, which is fenced and gated, allowing for your privacy or for families to have the children stay close at hand, or spend time in the backyard or the sandy the beach.


This apartment is on the first floor and does not have a yard, but a fantastic view - being sunny and light. Located on Level 1, with glorious sweeping views to the ocean and up and down the beach, overlooking the headlands at either end of the beach, it's perfect for an extended or weekend getaway.

Guest access
We want our guests to feel welcomed and right at home. During your visit, please make use of our well equipped kitchen, read a book, swim and surf, watch dolphins and whales frolic as they pass by, go beach fishing and catch your dinner, or simply sit in the backyard and experience the serenity of life. At night watch the Bilbies forage in the garden
There is an abundance of birdlife; watch as a flock of Pelicans glide through the air, skimming the tops of the waves, the Sea Eagles and Hawks wheeling through the air and pouncing down for their dinner.
You have your own private apartment, within a security building, with an intercom system, overlooking the beach and yard, with sweeping views from the lounge, kitchen and bedroom, from headland to headland, watch the incredible sunrises and the beautiful sunsets from your apartment.

Other things to note
Public transport is very easy, with access to buses across the street.
This apartment is up a flight of stairs, however you still have direct access to the beach from the apartment complex
The lifesaver patrolled section of the beach is only 3 doors down from the apartment.

There is a major hospital (Northern Beaches Hospital) less than 10 minutes away in the event of any emergencies.

To access your private apartment, the entrance is at the main entrance in the Security building. After hours, Guests will be able to contact our onsite manager to collect keys. Directions will be provided in a follow up email after you have booked.

Coachhouse on the Beach's Apartment 4 has its own private garden outside the lounge room and master bedroom, opening onto the communal garden and South Narrabeen Beach.

Complete with a European bathtub/shower, full size kitchen, washing machine, dyer, Netflix, Foxtel and WIFI. Both bedrooms provide the ability to have either a king bed in them or two king singles in each.

The second bedroom is also fitted under the same bedding setup, and can be changed from its existing King bed to two King Singles.
For versatility, we also have a spare proper single mattress that guests can use to sleep one more person, in addition to a baby cot.
