It was a good price but the furnishings were basic and minimal and the second bed was not comfortable, the TV didn't work properly. Wi-fi was good. Kitchen was functional and well stocked with plates, cutlery and pots"

Parking available in the building at a cost of $25.00/day. Otherwise there are 4 council car parks with in a few minutes walk.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
