- "Location to beaches, shops and ferry. There were plenty of dining options close by. Everyone from the cleaning staff to reception were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a harbour view one bedroom apartment and the view was stunning. Layout of the apartment was good. We liked the fact that our bedroom was separate to our grandson who had a trundle bed set up in the lounge area. We could watch tv in our bedroom and not disturb him at all. He slept like a log. Even though there is a busy road and bus stop out the front, we slept very well in the most comfortable bed ever. We didn't hear any traffic noise during the night. The bathroom is looking tired and in need of a spruce up and the doorways could do with a paint, but apart from that everything was great. Very well equipped kitchen, there was even salt and pepper provided with tea bags, biscuits etc. Great work guys."

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and this warmth continued throughout our whole stay. The whole team were superb we stayed for nine nights and I was travelling with my elderly father who has mobility difficulties. A shower chair had been place in the bathroom for him and my sofa bed was readily made for our arrival. The hotel staff were happy for a hired mobility scooter to be delivered and they held it for us in their storeroom until we checked in. The location was perfect and was only a short stroll to the ferry terminal which we were also able to use with the mobility scooter or wheelchair. It was so nice to have the balcony and a safe and comfortable base where we could relax after busy days sightseeing. Thank you all so much it was very much appreciated. "

MUST LOVE PETS.. You'll be sharing the apartment with me and my two cats - Captain Fluffy Paws 3 years old), Cleo (14 years old & loves to sleep) & I now have a little rescue dog - Billie Jean (7 years old). I'm very quiet (I often work from home). Yes, a mini farm!

I'm very clean & tidy (I have a cleaner come weekly). But albeit having a cleaner, I do have two fluffy Ragdoll cats who leave fluff haha.

For coffee drinkers, I have a Breville Nespresso coffee machine plus a variety of teas.

The space
A stone's throw away from Many Wharf, and up to a 10 min stroll to the beach, this apartment is in the perfect location. I am located towards the bottom of a hill (a steep street) so there is a little bit of hill that you need to walk up. It is great exercise (A lot of Manly is quite hilly). I am on the middle floor of a three-story apartment building so there are some stairs to walk up (maybe about 15-20). There are two entrances to the building with one having no stairs. The street is quite busy during the day with car traffic, but much quieter in the evening. The bedroom is located at the side of the building so not directly on the street front (my bedroom is on the street front). If you see the reviews, I haven't had many guests complain about this - most sleep really well and love the bed :)

I have the two cats and a dog. I am clean and tidy and try my best to ensure there is no fluff but it is hard. If you love animals you will love it here. All the animals are very friendly. People love Captain Fluffy Paws (like LOVE him). Billie-Jean is very quiet but she being a rescue she has some habits I am trying to break like seeing dogs on a tv she starts to bark and when people open a door - I am working with her to stop this. She is getting better every day. I am very proud of this little dog.

The room has a large wardrobe & smart tv so you can watch all your favourite streaming services (you will need to log into your services). I ensure it's a cat-free zone - the door is always closed to the little kitties (unless you decide otherwise :)

The bed is double in size and lifts up for extra storage. It is a decent size bedroom and gets nice light in there during the day.

The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher & wine chiller. The washing machine sits in the kitchen with an area in the bathroom to hang laundry (or out in the common area).

Other than offering Nespresso coffee and tea (a variety of T2's) I also offer fruit and bottles of water.

In the lounge area, you can set up to work remotely. I have a desk in my bedroom so the lounge area (dining table) can be used if you need to work whilst you are staying in my home.

The bathroom is lovely and has space to put toiletries etc. It has a heated floor and towel rail.

Regards to parking it is very difficult in Manly. I don't have parking but have a pass if you wish to park your car (this allows you to park all day and not get fined - yay) and I always find parking but sometimes it does take a bit of time. This is a little price to pay for such a beautiful area :)

I have a parking permit to park your car if you decide to drive. That allows street parking - I can show you which streets to park in (Tower Hill permit). Parking can be quite difficult in Manly so please allow extra time to find a street parking spot.

Hikers can head up to North Head or towards Manly Spit Bridge for scenic trails on the entrace to Sydney Harbour.

Unit is a modern renovation in a 1930 Art Deco building. Look out for the local birdlife in the patio garden.
Note: This is also my home and only rented out when I'm not onsite.

The space
The couch folds out to a queen bed for an extra guest, or can sleep two children. You will need to fold the bed back up after use to make the most of the lounge space.
The space is compact at 50 square metres, however it is light and airy with a separate room for the bedroom.

Pick up the beach umbrellas, rug, and picnic basket and head out to the nearby sands. The sun keeps shining back inside too, thanks to the large north-facing windows and high ceilings, plus light wood floors, bright white walls, and coastal feels.

We are located 1 minute from Manly Beach, and 3 minutes walk to the wharf where you can easily access ferries to the city. Also a short walk to Shelly Beach.
Relax, snorkel, paddle or have a coffee downstairs. Holidays have never been easier

The beach is located just at the end of the street. Ocean views from kitchen window. So much to do and see.

Apartment is located above pizza pocket so does have potential for some noise in evenings.
