This cottage is a great place to relax and unwind while watching the dolphins/whales swim by. Located right on the beach with accommodation to sleep 8 people

Ideal getaway for 3 couples or a small family - with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers plus an outside shower for those sandy feet. A fully equipped kitchen with large fridge /freezer and bar fridge plus an outdoor deck and barbeque area. Sit around the fire pit with a quiet drink or toast your marshmellows for the kids. Just sit back with a book or swim, surf, ski or fish. All this is available right on your door step.

Outdoor private courtyard, - The north facing enclosed sheltered courtyard is an entertainer’s delight and the ideal escape during wintery days. Plenty of wildlife is attracted to this courtyard including kangaroos and birds.
Soak up the morning sun and afternoon shade on the private rear terrace. It is an incredible relaxing environment where you can sit back, enjoy the excellent view and listen to the surf. The covered terrace also features an alfresco setting -Webber gas BBQ. If you want a quiet time the rear courtyard is ideal with an outside table setting.
The double garage with internal access to the house, can fit a boat at least a 12 foot and trailer or 2 cars. There is extra parking for your visitors.

Hilltop delight adjacent to Cullendala Creek Nature Reserve at the door step. What a wonderful atmosphere:- Watch the grazing kangaroos listen to the kookaburras laugh and the twitter of the tiny finches and wrens or maybe a pair of Lorikeets with their flash of colour, while gazing through the gum trees to the sea shore. Easy walk through the reserve to the beach-the kangaroo tracks through the bush make a firm track down to Sandy Place, across the road from the beach. It is a pleasant shady bush walk.

NSW 's best kept South Coast nature secret...
Long Beach has an amazing colony of kangaroos! As you enter Long Beach with expansive ocean views on Blairs Road to Michener Court take care because there are wild ducks and kangaroos that wander the grassy slopes and the road - have your camera ready - it is a wonderful tranquil sight. This sets the scene for a restful holiday.

Short drive (approximately 400 metres) to the calm water's of Long Beach or down Northcove Road to Maloneys Beach with gentle playful waves safe for all ages. The beach is perfect for walking and rock pool exploring.

Challenge your fishing skills. Bring your boat down, dangle a line and be rewarded with a flathead or snapper. Great beach fishing.

Long Beach is close proximity to Maloneys Beach with a cafe/coffee shop with light meals and take away food. Batemans Bay about 12 minutes drive- take in a movie or stroll around the boutique shops.

Things to do other than beach activities:- A 1.8km return easy walk/bike ride to Square Head National Park up to the headlands through the Burrawangs and spotted gums with spectacular sea views and views back to the coast. The kids might spy an echinda foraging. Bench type seats along the track to rest while taking in the atmosphere. You can see the position of square head on the location map left of house icon. (check it out on google earth maps)

An interesting walk - 'Mangrove Walk' access - Cullendulla Creek Nature Reserve, Myamba Pde Surfside (1 beach south) has an easy 2 km loop track takes about an hour to walk through unspoiled reserve.

The Mangrove Walk winds through exceptional landscape via a 300m boardwalk and the beach at low tide or a track behind the beach at high tide. There are informative signs along the way.

A visit to the historic Mogo village wont disappoint. Lunch at the cafe's. Take in the Zoo for an amazing experience and delight at the Eurobodalla Botanical Gardens. Stroll through the art galleries and curio shops plus local hand made crafts. This area has been impacted by the bush fires - slowly rebuilding.

Start your day with breakfast at the Marina cafe on Beach Road Batemans Bay. Food and outlook - absolutely amazing! Live entertainment Friday nights if scheduled.

Don't let a rainy day spoil your holiday! Take a lunch time Merinda River Cruise on the scenic Clyde River to historic Nelligen. Enjoy the fresh fish and chips for lunch or relax with a cold drink. Leaves daily from Innes Boatshed Batemans Bay.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. The house has a separate dining room, which seats 8 comfortably.

The separate lounge room has a smart TV, and DVD. We also have books and puzzles for you to enjoy as well. Wifi and 3 split system air conditioners installed in the house to ensure you are comfortable all year round.

There is one very large main bathroom, with bathtub for those bubble baths, shower, toilet and vanity. We also have a laundry with front loader, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Enjoy the fire pit with plenty of seating to enjoy the warmth of the fire.

A variety of outdoor activities are at your doorstep - swimming, surfing, walks along the beach, bush walking, fishing, and sailing.

We would love you to experience this very special property, and make your own memories. It is a magical place. It has been totally renovated and is dedicated to my father Karel who died in 2012 who bought the property 75 years ago.

Right on the beach, the ocean is your backyard on beautiful Long Beach.

Long Beach, Batemans Bay is over 1 mile long. The house is located 10 minutes to Batemans Bay and also 5 minutes away from Maloney's Beach.

Enjoy endless swimming, fishing, snorkelling, boogie board riding, windsurfing, and long walks along the beach. There is beautiful Australian wildlife, kangaroos, cockatoos, rosellas and much more. If you love bushwalking there are some wonderful trails to discover as well.

At Long Beach dolphins frequently cruise up and down the beach in front of our house all year long. It is something very special to see. Also whales visit and are seen in the Bay between the months of June and November.

The property is located in a quiet area with the best views.

The property is fenced at the front of the house and is safe for children.

We also have cleaning products available whilst you stay.

Our home is non-smoking and 1 pet allowed, that is pet friendly. We ask that your pet does not sleep on the beds and furniture.

It was simply breathtaking in its layout, furnishings and design - you girls are true contenders for the Block. When Mary and I walked inside our jaws just hit the ground - awesome! Then we went outside and found it difficult to breathe for the first five minutes - just magnificent.

I thank your whole family for allowing my family to have a few days together in the most gorgeous surroundings. In fact, Belinda wanted to book a time for us again next year.

Sea Nest has primarily been setup for singles and couples looking for a quiet getaway. Because of this Sea Nest is not child friendly and we will not accept children which are mobile.

Take the Long Beach turn off (Cullendulla Dr) located four kms north of Batemans Bay on the Princes Hwy and then continue on this road another 4 km to 45 Long Beach Rd. If you go too far you will find yourself looking at the beautiful sandy strip and picnic grounds of Long Beach and across the sparkling water to Batemans Bay.

- "We stayed at Shell Cottage for 3 nights but did not want to leave! They have thought of everything, from the fully functional kitchen to the immaculate and well presented bedrooms. My children loved their private haven which included a bathroom, perfect for rinsing off the sand after an afternoon at the beach (3 minute walk!). The children’s books and games were an added bonus. Both bathrooms were extremely clean, no mould and the water pressure was great. The beds were really comfortable and beautifully presented. The thought and attention to detail throughout the house really helped to bring everything together for a relaxing and stress free stay. While we didn’t use them, we did notice a high chair and portable cot also available to use. We will definitely be back to stay again and highly recommend to any families looking for a family friendly holiday space where everything has been thought of. You just need to turn up and relax!"

The living area consists of of modern kitchen/dining and lounge room overlooking the back deck with BBQ. There are also native bush walks on the property and in the Murramarang National Park which is only 1.8km away with beautiful coastal walks and isolated beaches. Shopping, entertainment and restaurants are just 10km away at Batemans Bay.

There's free on-site parking and a private entry.

The space
The cabin is single space separated into two area: a small kitchen and bedroom space and a living area with table and chairs. There's a BBQ and private outdoor dining/relaxing area. It's situated on my 27 acre bush block on which guests are welcome to roam. It's only a 150m walk down a bush path to quiet Long Beach where there's calm swimming, snorkelling and fishing. It's quiet space for relaxing with wild but tame kangaroos, goannas and assorted bush wildlife. The Murramarang National Park is only a few kilometres away for more extensive walks along the coast line.

Guests have access to a private BBQ and outdoor dining/relaxing area (the table of which can also double as a table tennis table).  Guests also have full use of the 27 acre bush block to roam.  It's a quiet space for relaxing with wild but tame kangaroos, goannas and assorted bush wildlife.

The beach house was built and enjoyed for many years by extended family and friends and now we are opening the doors to guests to experience the wonders of beautiful Long Beach on the NSW South Coast.

We are now renting the downstairs part of our beach house in a quiet street in the beautiful suburb of Long Beach on the NSW South coast. Our property is absolute beachfront with a large yard and plenty of room for the kids / adults to run around and soak in the beachfront view. Access to the beach is simply a few small steps from the gate where you can soak up the sun and surf at your leisure.

The house features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with some recent updates including new carpet, beds, linen, lounges and dining table to give the space some modern touches throughout. The kitchen, living and dining area open out onto the large beachfront yard complete with outdoor pub style table, perfect for summer BBQ's. You might even see some of the local wildlife come into the yard such as Kangaroos & possums or the odd blue tongue lizard.
Batemans Bay CBD is only a short drive away, or there is a local cafe at neighbouring Maloney's Beach.

The space
Tyne is a private and self-contained studio with a Hamptons-style ambiance. It is located on a picturesque two and a half acre property and is separated from the main house, with its own private entrance. Tyne offers an intimate, open-planned lounge and kitchen area, a queen-sized bedroom, ensuite bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. It has reverse-cycle heating and cooling. There are ceiling fans inside and out. Wi-fi is available.
The outside entertainment area provides a relaxing and romantic space with candles, comfortable lounges and a breakfast bar overlooking the gardens and natural bush setting. Gas barbecue facilities complete the area. A perfect space to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, whilst listening to the morning birdsong. A quiet spot to sip an evening drink after a dip in the pool during the summer months or a place to unwind from a day of exploring the beautiful south coast.
Towels, linen, bedding, pillows and shower gel are supplied. Guests need to bring their own personal soap (if preferred), shampoo/conditioner, face washers, and towels for swimming. An iron and ironing board are included. A Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods are provided. This is in addition to complimentary tea bags, coffee bags, sugar, Long Life milk and biscuits. Cooking oil, vinegar, salt and pepper can be found in the pantry. Fresh rainwater is supplied by the studio's own tank and is very safe to drink.
Enjoy our selection of DVDs and board games. Swim in the pool (from October to March) and enjoy quiet walks around the property. Our two friendly cats, Sebastian and Charlotte, may come to say hello. Explore nearby Murramarang National Forest and Cullendulla Creek Nature Reserve. The beautiful beaches of Long Beach and Maloney's Beach are a 4 minute drive away. For shops, cafes and the cinema visit the seaside township of Batemans Bay, a 10 minute drive down the road.

Open plan living/dining with sliding doors onto an enclosed entertaining deck with outside seating area for 8 and BBQ. A perfect place to enjoy your favourite tipple after your day exploring the magical area.

During the winter months, guests can enjoy the wood burner for that cosy relaxing evening with a red wine in front of the fire.

Guests have a choice of three spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom comes with its own en-suite and opens onto a balcony with ocean views of the Tollgate Islands. There is a further bedroom upstairs which is fitted with a tri-bunk (i.e. double on the bottom and single on the top) and a further large bedroom downstairs that opens onto the entertaining deck. There are two bathrooms for guests use.

The Dans has a contemporary galley kitchen with ample storage, pantry and dishwasher. The kitchen has all of the appliances you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable and most importantly, feel free to use the coffee machine to enjoy your morning coffee. Guests are also welcomed to use the washing machine in the laundry and clotheslines situated outside.

Upon entrance you will find an open planned living space consisting of the dining/living and kitchen that opens out to a large front and back deck space. The spaces are private, the front with water views and back of the beautiful bushland that connects to a National Park. You will often see Kangaroos resting in the bushland behind.

Off the main living areas are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet with 2-way access from the main bedroom and other guest spaces.

A large laundry will see great use for families and pets with quick access to the back deck to hang out your swimmers to dry, ready for a swim the next day.

The study/reading nook finds a fireplace for the cooler months and the staircase from this, leads down to a ping pong table. A great place to send the kids!

SAFETY:
Please be aware you are surrounded by nature at Long Beach, our bush setting is unique and you must abide by any fire ban instructions issued by the local authorities. Fire extinguisher, first aid kit and fire blanket is located in the kitchen in case of emergency. Evacuate if needed via the back sliding doors.

BBQ:
Bbq is electric so you can still operate the bbq during a fire ban. Bbq is stored in the garage and can be easily wheeled to the decking where the outdoor PowerPoint is located.

SPA:
To operate the spa, ensure the water line is filled above the jets. Switch on the power in the walk in robe. Press the button on the spa to operate. Switch off power and empty the water when finished.

THE MEAL SPACE: Your large, modern kitchen contains all you'll need to whip up a light meal, including a fridge/freezer, double toaster and kettle, coffee pod machine, air fryer, induction cook plates, slow cooker, sandwich maker, dishwasher and plenty of cooking, crockery and utensils. We also supply specialty items including good quality olive oil, condiments and sauces and a range of tea, hot chocolate and coffee pods etc.

You have a quality dining table with comfortable chairs and plenty of space to assimilate nourishing meals and relax without being in each other's pockets. There'll be a complimentary bottle of wine for you upon arrival and if you have any special dietary needs, let us know and we'll do our best to provide them for you.

Breakfast items are also provided … choose from sourdough bread, fresh eggs, real butter and homemade jam; or granola with fruit, yoghurt and milk. And when available, we can supply you with some fresh green leaves from our veggie garden.


THE SLEEPING SPACE: The queen and single bedrooms offer a calm and comfy space to rest, with 1000 thread count sheets in summer and cozy flannelettes in winter; quality pillows, quilts and throw rugs; bedside reading lights, soft fluffy floor rugs, a ceiling fan and functional clothing spaces ... all the creature comforts. The rooms are super insulated and solid core doors for noise reduction.

The adjacent bathroom boasts a 1.6 m x 1.2 m shower with luxurious Sheridan towels, quality shampoo, conditioner and body-wash in an automatic shower dispenser; make up remover wipes and luxury body lotion and a 1m door for easy access.

This funky little house is the beach cottage from your childhood. Our owners have thoughtfully kitted it out with a mixture of vintage and new furniture. The living area consists of of modern kitchen/dining and lounge room overlooking the back deck with BBQ. Sit up here with a drink and take in the filtered water views while watching the kangaroos hop by!

There are 3 bedrooms with plenty of room for the family.
The main bedroom has a queen,
second bedroom a double
kids room has a tri bunk bed - with double on the bottom and single on top.

Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living room will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a cute bathroom with shower and under the house is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The house has free wifi and blue tooth speaker for those summer tunes! There is a second fridge and also Kayaks which you are welcome to use.

Linen is included in cleaning fee - This includes towels. This house is dog friendly but please note it is not fenced so dogs will need to be watched and not allowed to wander into neighbouring properties. Pets not allowed on furniture and not to be left in the house alone at any time.
