This cottage is a great place to relax and unwind while watching the dolphins/whales swim by. Located right on the beach with accommodation to sleep 8 people

Ideal getaway for 3 couples or a small family - with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers plus an outside shower for those sandy feet. A fully equipped kitchen with large fridge /freezer and bar fridge plus an outdoor deck and barbeque area. Sit around the fire pit with a quiet drink or toast your marshmellows for the kids. Just sit back with a book or swim, surf, ski or fish. All this is available right on your door step.

There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in the loungeroom and lots of games and books to enjoy. Dishwasher included.

Outdoor private courtyard, - The north facing enclosed sheltered courtyard is an entertainer’s delight and the ideal escape during wintery days. Plenty of wildlife is attracted to this courtyard including kangaroos and birds.
Soak up the morning sun and afternoon shade on the private rear terrace. It is an incredible relaxing environment where you can sit back, enjoy the excellent view and listen to the surf. The covered terrace also features an alfresco setting -Webber gas BBQ. If you want a quiet time the rear courtyard is ideal with an outside table setting.
The double garage with internal access to the house, can fit a boat at least a 12 foot and trailer or 2 cars. There is extra parking for your visitors.

Hilltop delight adjacent to Cullendala Creek Nature Reserve at the door step. What a wonderful atmosphere:- Watch the grazing kangaroos listen to the kookaburras laugh and the twitter of the tiny finches and wrens or maybe a pair of Lorikeets with their flash of colour, while gazing through the gum trees to the sea shore. Easy walk through the reserve to the beach-the kangaroo tracks through the bush make a firm track down to Sandy Place, across the road from the beach. It is a pleasant shady bush walk.

NSW 's best kept South Coast nature secret...
Long Beach has an amazing colony of kangaroos! As you enter Long Beach with expansive ocean views on Blairs Road to Michener Court take care because there are wild ducks and kangaroos that wander the grassy slopes and the road - have your camera ready - it is a wonderful tranquil sight. This sets the scene for a restful holiday.

Short drive (approximately 400 metres) to the calm water's of Long Beach or down Northcove Road to Maloneys Beach with gentle playful waves safe for all ages. The beach is perfect for walking and rock pool exploring.

Challenge your fishing skills. Bring your boat down, dangle a line and be rewarded with a flathead or snapper. Great beach fishing.

Long Beach is close proximity to Maloneys Beach with a cafe/coffee shop with light meals and take away food. Batemans Bay about 12 minutes drive- take in a movie or stroll around the boutique shops.

Things to do other than beach activities:- A 1.8km return easy walk/bike ride to Square Head National Park up to the headlands through the Burrawangs and spotted gums with spectacular sea views and views back to the coast. The kids might spy an echinda foraging. Bench type seats along the track to rest while taking in the atmosphere. You can see the position of square head on the location map left of house icon. (check it out on google earth maps)

An interesting walk - 'Mangrove Walk' access - Cullendulla Creek Nature Reserve, Myamba Pde Surfside (1 beach south) has an easy 2 km loop track takes about an hour to walk through unspoiled reserve.

The Mangrove Walk winds through exceptional landscape via a 300m boardwalk and the beach at low tide or a track behind the beach at high tide. There are informative signs along the way.

A visit to the historic Mogo village wont disappoint. Lunch at the cafe's. Take in the Zoo for an amazing experience and delight at the Eurobodalla Botanical Gardens. Stroll through the art galleries and curio shops plus local hand made crafts. This area has been impacted by the bush fires - slowly rebuilding.

Start your day with breakfast at the Marina cafe on Beach Road Batemans Bay. Food and outlook - absolutely amazing! Live entertainment Friday nights if scheduled.

Don't let a rainy day spoil your holiday! Take a lunch time Merinda River Cruise on the scenic Clyde River to historic Nelligen. Enjoy the fresh fish and chips for lunch or relax with a cold drink. Leaves daily from Innes Boatshed Batemans Bay.

There is a barbecue provided outside with sitting areas on the beach front verandah.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. The house has a separate dining room, which seats 8 comfortably.

The separate lounge room has a smart TV, and DVD. We also have books and puzzles for you to enjoy as well. Wifi and 3 split system air conditioners installed in the house to ensure you are comfortable all year round.

There is one very large main bathroom, with bathtub for those bubble baths, shower, toilet and vanity. We also have a laundry with front loader, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Enjoy the fire pit with plenty of seating to enjoy the warmth of the fire.

A variety of outdoor activities are at your doorstep - swimming, surfing, walks along the beach, bush walking, fishing, and sailing.

We would love you to experience this very special property, and make your own memories. It is a magical place. It has been totally renovated and is dedicated to my father Karel who died in 2012 who bought the property 75 years ago.

Right on the beach, the ocean is your backyard on beautiful Long Beach.

Long Beach, Batemans Bay is over 1 mile long. The house is located 10 minutes to Batemans Bay and also 5 minutes away from Maloney's Beach.

Enjoy endless swimming, fishing, snorkelling, boogie board riding, windsurfing, and long walks along the beach. There is beautiful Australian wildlife, kangaroos, cockatoos, rosellas and much more. If you love bushwalking there are some wonderful trails to discover as well.

At Long Beach dolphins frequently cruise up and down the beach in front of our house all year long. It is something very special to see. Also whales visit and are seen in the Bay between the months of June and November.

The property is located in a quiet area with the best views.

The property is fenced at the front of the house and is safe for children.

Our property is cleaned by professional cleaners after each stay. We pride ourselves on having high cleaning standards by our wonderful cleaners.

We provide toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies such as dish washing detergent and laundry detergent and a small amount of trash bags.

We also have cleaning products available whilst you stay.

Our home is non-smoking and 1 pet allowed, that is pet friendly. We ask that your pet does not sleep on the beds and furniture.

It was simply breathtaking in its layout, furnishings and design - you girls are true contenders for the Block. When Mary and I walked inside our jaws just hit the ground - awesome! Then we went outside and found it difficult to breathe for the first five minutes - just magnificent.

I thank your whole family for allowing my family to have a few days together in the most gorgeous surroundings. In fact, Belinda wanted to book a time for us again next year.

The Eurobodalla area has a number of bush walks near by which will put you as one with the natural surroundings and a short drive to Batemans Bay will put you in suburbia with modern shops and facilities.

Sea Nest has primarily been setup for singles and couples looking for a quiet getaway. Because of this Sea Nest is not child friendly and we will not accept children which are mobile.

Take the Long Beach turn off (Cullendulla Dr) located four kms north of Batemans Bay on the Princes Hwy and then continue on this road another 4 km to 45 Long Beach Rd. If you go too far you will find yourself looking at the beautiful sandy strip and picnic grounds of Long Beach and across the sparkling water to Batemans Bay.

The sands of the stunning child-friendly and dog-friendly Long Beach shoreline is a mere 200 meters or two-minute stroll from your front door. Situated 10 minutes from Batemans Bay on the NSW south coast, 2 hours east of Canberra and 4 hours south of Sydney, this property is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended beach holiday.

Long Beach is a 2km long white sand beach, facing northwest towards the Toll House Islands. Perfect for walking, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and snorkeling. You will never lack for activities in this gorgeous unspoiled part of the world.

Upstairs features two generous queen sized bedrooms, with relaxing leafy views making them the perfect place to rest and recharge after your daily adventures. Start your day with coffee and breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the gentle ocean breeze and watching the waves play on the sands and rock pools through the graceful gums. If you are feeling energetic, set out on the walk along the shoreline at low tide north, where you can explore hidden beaches and rock pools on your way to the charming coffee shop and bakery at Maloney’s Beach. Or enjoy a day on the water, exploring the bay in one of the two kayaks provided for guest use.

Venture out for a day exploring local walking tracks, swimming, boating, boutique shopping or enjoying the delicious food scene of the Eurobodalla area. Make family memories at the Mogo Wildlife Park, the brand new Aquatic Pavilions splash park and waters slides, or the excellent playground in the Botanic Gardens.

- "We stayed at Shell Cottage for 3 nights but did not want to leave! They have thought of everything, from the fully functional kitchen to the immaculate and well presented bedrooms. My children loved their private haven which included a bathroom, perfect for rinsing off the sand after an afternoon at the beach (3 minute walk!). The children’s books and games were an added bonus. Both bathrooms were extremely clean, no mould and the water pressure was great. The beds were really comfortable and beautifully presented. The thought and attention to detail throughout the house really helped to bring everything together for a relaxing and stress free stay. While we didn’t use them, we did notice a high chair and portable cot also available to use. We will definitely be back to stay again and highly recommend to any families looking for a family friendly holiday space where everything has been thought of. You just need to turn up and relax!"

The over-sized Master bedroom with kingsize bed enjoys ocean views, its own deck and modern ensuite. Two other bedrooms on the same floor are serviced with a large bathroom, whilst the third downstairs bathroom maximizes privacy.
Other additional features include a good-sized laundry, double garage with internal access, reverse cycle heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans to maintain air flow. Unlimited internet access is provided by NBN. A 2-person canoe is available for family use.

Stunning walks along the beach and cliff top go to Maloney's beach where you will find a cafe with great coffee. Also there is easy access to the magnificent Murramarang National Park.
