The many additional features include a good-sized laundry, double garage with internal access, reverse cycle heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans to maintain air flow. Unlimited internet access is provided by NBN. A 2-person canoe is available for family use.

Long beach is safe for children and excellent for swimming, canoeing, sailing and paddle boarding.

Motion Detection Security Cameras: There are motion detector security cameras operating in the front and back yards on the property.

No domestic pets allowed on the property, with the exception of a guide dog (proof required), as there are protected environmental areas and species on the property.

Sex workers, strippers or similar are banned from entering and being on our property at any time. Any guests who are found to have breached this rule during their stay will be immediately evicted without notice or refund.

RATES: Please do not request a reduced rate as refusal may offend.

Rate displayed is based on 20 guests. Extra guests, may be allowed at the owner's discretion, and will incur an additional charge of $25 per extra person per night.

Owners live on the property and only interact with guests should there be an urgent matter requiring attention.

Other things to note
Pet Rules:
1. All pets to be kept controlled at all times, so as not to disturb the neighbours or wildlife.
2. Always clean up after your pet.
3. No pets allowed on beds or furniture.
4. All your pet’s requirements must be provided by you. [Home plates and bowls are NOT to be used for pets].
5. Grass etc from pet’s feet must be cleaned up before leaving. Extra cleaning required due to pets will incur an additional cleaning fee. Additionally, if the carpet (when applicable) is soiled, you are responsible for the steam cleaning which will be deducted from your bond.
6. Any damage to the home or furniture must be paid for. Flyscreen mesh is the common damage from pets. Replacement due to damage is $100 per door.
7. Pets must NOT be left unattended.
8. Pets must be limited to downstairs area.
