Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink.
I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog.
However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along.

There is a quality fold-up sofa lounge if required, however I will need to know and there is an additional charge of $10.

On arrival you will find a folder with all information and manuals on how to operate all items in Owl Nest.
The property had electronic gates and they will be closed at night time to discourage kangaroos, they will be opened up early in the morning.

Please park your car at the bottom of the drive way on the left hand side on front of the rock garden.
SMOKE FREE HOME.
Our home is strictly smoke free zone, which helps us to maintain a fresh environment.
Please smoke outside in the designated area, where you find chairs, a table and an ashtray.
NO EXTRA GUESTS
If you have a visitor during your stay, no problem. But please make sure the only guests who stay over night are those listed in your booking.
RUBBISH & RECYCLING
We will take care of the rubbish, just seperate the recycling.
DAMAGE & SPILLS
Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, or you spill something please let us know so we can take care of it.
SIMPLE CLEAN UP
Before you leave please put away dishes or kitchen ware you've used.
Please don't feel you have to strip the bed or wipe the floors , we will take care of that
