The home is located practically on Long Beach on a quiet cul de sac street; you are literally less than 100m hop skip and jump into the pristine waters. Enjoy unsurpassed swimming, paddling, snorkeling, scuba, kayaking, beach fishing, long walks or just relaxing for hours on end. Additionally, national park walks are in close proximity.
The home is nestled into the escarpment at the back of the plot in a super quiet and private location, yet so close to the water.
A light and airy, contemporary home with high ceilings gives a sense of space and openness, built to capture the panoramic views of the water out to the islands and beyond. Dolphins are often sighted from the deck and we have heard whales have also made a cameo
3 large bedrooms, with 2 modern bathrooms and large garage, with more than enough parking space for your boat. The spacious modern kitchen is well equipped, the dining area seats 10 and has excellent water views.
Our favourite feature is the main deck where you will enjoy long lazy afternoon barbeques that linger into the evening, watching the beautiful kaleidoscope of sunset colours Or enjoy an afternoon siesta on the hammock listening to the melody of gentle waves.
The upper deck off the main bedroom offers exceptional water views and is great for quiet time for introspection. We really love the Zen feeling here.
We have ensured that most creature comforts that you would expect on a nice family holiday are provided. There is something for everyone Long Beach offers an amazing combination of peace, tranquility and convenience - perfect for a relaxing family holiday. You are only about 10 mins from Batemans Bay CBD, yet away from the hustle and bustle.

- "Great views, fabulous location, nice home. The home itself needs some maintenance issues addressed and the attention to detail in cleaning could be improved. We enjoyed our stay despite needing to roll up our sleeves. Definitely take your own linens and pillows. The kitchen had all we needed for meal prep. The BBQ was not cleaned so we didn’t use it. It was a very small electric bbq. Plenty of parking for our sail boat and cars. Small fenced area for pet, however, the grass was so long he couldn’t use the grass area. We would return if the maintenance and cleaning issues are addressed."
