The cottage is newly renovated, centrally located, provides off street parking and a private entrance for guests. We are in a quiet residential area. Walk to Aslings Beach, Eden Killer Whale museum, the beautiful "Snug Cove" port, cafes, boutiques, antique shops, pubs and a range of restaurants. Watch for whales and enjoy the ocean views from the private deck. Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available for infants.

Located in a quiet residential area in Eden, just walking distance to the beach and Lake Curalo as well as a short walk into town. Monaro cottage is set back on a large block surrounded by stunning foliage and natives, the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing seaside vacation without the feeling of being surrounded by neighbours.
Our cottage is filled with lovingly restored furnishings throughout. An eclectic mix of furniture coupled with artistic flavours means that there is plenty to discover throughout the house.
As you enter the house you will be welcomed with a an opened planned living with gorgeous picture windows that allow the sunlight to shine in all day.
Our fully equipped kitchen has more than enough cooking utensils and appliances for a family feast.
The main bedroom is host to a queen sized bed and access to the bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and a large north facing window that captures the morning sun.
The third bedroom consists of a set of bunks and a diverse variety of books and dvd¿s to suit everyone¿s tastes.
Walk upstairs to the light filled bar/seating area that boast a deck with ocean views!

Bring along your four legged friends to enjoy this beautiful property and run free on the close leash free beach.

Please note there is no fenced yard and dogs are to be kept on a leash whilst in the yard.

Bungo Beach House is as the name suggests, a great place to hang out at the beach!

Four bedrooms + a second living area which has a sofa bed. The house is fully equipped with all of life's modern conveniences. With reverse cycle air-conditioning for the warmer months and a wood fire place so you can enjoy our beach house all year around. Bungo Beach House is set-up to entertain for larger families including 3 x flat screen t.v's, Free WiFi, gaming consoles, games and activities for the kids. Don¿t forget the four legged kids, there is a large fully fenced secure yard.
As you pull up into the driveway you will straight away feel the sensation of being away from the City. The is an outdoor lounge on the front balcony with a bar style hand rail with stools to enjoy the morning sunrise overlook the water and town of Eden.
Enter through the front door and to the left you will find the main bathroom and 2x main queen bedrooms one with a flat screen Tv. To your Right you will find a cosy living area with plenty of seating, a second flat screen Tv and DVD player, the living area flows through to the dining room and kitchen area with a large dining table, full sized fridge/freezer and gas cooktop.
Towards the back of the house you will find the second living area equipped with plenty of seating areas, bean bags, a flat screen TV and gaming console, There is also the 2x single bedrooms that come off the second living area. The perfect area to keep the kids entertained. Towards the back of the house you will find the second bathroom and laundry. Open up the back doors out on to our large covered balcony and enjoy a BBQ on the deck with plenty of room for all.

You are welcome to bring your pets with you. Although we don't encourage you to leave your pets alone, Bungo Beach House boasts a fully fenced yard. Please note that you will need to bring bedding for your pets.

Bellevue on the bay.

Bellevue on the bay is an absolute entertainer¿s delight, bring the whole family along and even a small pet for stunning a peaceful break on the coast.
Set in a quite street, a 2 minute drive to the main street or a few minute drive to the beach and just a 5 minute drive to Quarantine bay boat ramp this house is located to suit everyone¿s preference.

With a large double lock up garage, there is plenty secure space for you to store your boat or jet skis.
Bellevue on the bay is a 2 story, 5 bedroom home with flat entry into the main level and out onto the gorgeous covered in balcony.
On the main level of the home, you will be welcomed to a large opened plan living area and kitchen that leads out on to the large balcony. The property backs onto a reserve that is home to an abundance of wildlife, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the wonderful sounds of nature.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, full sized fridge and even a dishwasher for those who love to entertain but hate cleaning up the mess after. The main level is home to 2x bedrooms, 1 being the Master Bedroom with a king bed, walk in robe and an en-suite with a bathtub the second is a smaller bedroom with a king single bed.
Head downstairs to find the additional 3x bedrooms.
Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed, bedroom 4 has a queen sized bed both with built in wardrobes.
The 5th Bedroom is a perfect larger room for the kids, with 2x king single beds and built in robes.

Take your family back to the way things use to be. Set on a large block, there is room for everyone. You have more than enough room to bring a boat, bring the family dog, have a cricket or football match, or just laze around and admire the views. Large secure fenced yard.

Dar-el is the ideal holiday spot for those that love the simpler things in life. While maintaining the character of yesteryear Dar-el has all modern conveniences. The kitchen, dining and living areas are spacious and comfortable. There are surprises in every room which will delight: a rocking horse at the front, shelves of books, a children¿s swing hanging from the tree an old wood box in the wall of the kitchen which was used when cooking was by wood stove (There is also a conventional stove), down to match holders on the walls in the hallway.

Dar-El is perfect for those wishing to spend time together. There is a dedicated BBQ and outdoor dining area.

The homestead sleeps 11 people comfortably:

Our 4 bedroom home has recently been completely refurbished, but still has hints of the original house throughout.

Our house offers, great boat parking, free WIFI, a large entertaining deck, air conditioning, a stunning original fire place for the Winter months and is also pet friendly, what more would you need for your next holiday.

Original timber floor boards throughout the house, high ceilings and even a traditional sun room with great ocean views, this house will have you feeling that original home style with a touch of modern.

The 3x larger bedrooms have Queens sized beds.
The fourth bed has a single bed with a roll out single trundle bed.

Enjoy the cosy living area with flat screen wall mounted TV and relax infront of the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare and cook for the whole family. Both of the bathrooms have been fully restored, one even had a large bath tub.

There is a larges fully fenced yard for you to bring your pets along with you, please be considerate of our neighbours if you are leaving your dog at home alone. We please ask that you clean up after your pets.

Kitchen supplies - beyond coffee, tea and sugar - are not supplied for guests as part of the rental. But we leave `the basics¿ of what we cook with and you are welcome to use what¿s there. Please forgive us if you find something past it¿s `use by¿ date. We love Eden and our home here. We hope you do too. Please be gentle with and look after things as if they are your own. If you choose to move things around, please make sure to put everything back where it was.

Aptly named and curated with love! The property sits high over Eden Cove with some of the best ocean views you will find. An entertainer's dream, from the private pool, the indoor and outdoor dining areas, the front deck with magnificent views, not to mention the purpose-built cinema room. You will be spoilt for choice (even on a cloudy day).
The village sprawls over 1 level which means there is plenty of room to move. The master has a king bed with ensuite, the second bedroom has 1 x queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 x single beds. Leave your car at home and walk to the beach. Alternatively, spend the day at the pool and organize a movie night with the kids.
The village also boasts unlimited wifi, a coffee pod machine, reverse cycle air conditioning and an electric fireplace. The chef's kitchen completes the picture. With its open plan living, dining, and lounge, coupled with the large doors that open from the living space to both the front deck and back pool area the Village really does make the most of our nations obsession with indoor/outdoor living.
