The Beach Retreat is perfect for two couples and two children or a family of six. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and two bedrooms upstairs. Pet friendly Townhouse with a fully fenced and secure yard. Alloway is only a 3 minute walk to access the boardwalk around Lake Curalo and leads to our famous, leash free, Aslings Beach. Lake Curalo is home to an abundance of wild life and a great place for bird watching.
Set in a quiet residential area of Eden our townhouse provides a great relaxing atmosphere but still only a short drive or even walk into town. The Townhouse comprises of 2x bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom has a queen bed where as the 2nd bedroom has 1 x queen bed and 1 x single bed. The bathroom/toilet is upstairs but there is also a 2nd toilet downstairs for convenience. There is a separate kitchen/dining and lounge room. There is a four seater dining table inside and another one outside. Step out into the backyard and enjoy some time with your four legged pooch, walk out the back gate and watch the locals battle it out in a game of NRL, or else you can leave the hammock up and read for the afternoon. A short walk to the beach, the marina and main street it is perfectly located to explore the best of Eden and the surrounding area. The unit sleeps 6 people comfortably and has ample space, and lots of amenities including toys, books, and DVDs. Pets are welcome to stay in the outside yard and pet shelter. Sit on the large front balcony and enjoy the views of the water or wander down for a swim and enjoy!

Welcome to ‘Nautical Retreat' - A couple's holiday hideaway.
If you are after some true inspiration, then Nautical Retreat will not disappoint. The expansive grounds are home to one of the largest maritime collections in Australia. You will get lost wondering through the gardens. There are numerous vantage points to sit and take in the extraordinary view. Not only are there multiple BBQ’s but there are also a few different areas that have fire pits, all scattered along the ocean front. There are covered areas, open areas, bar seating areas where drink holders have been cut into the table (For those of us who are a little clumsier than others) and numerous nooks and crannies dotted along the waterfront. The entire estate is designed to provide guests with a secluded getaway. Guests are welcome to wander onto the roof and take in the magnificent 360 degree views.
The apartment is fully equipped (including unlimited wifi) for your stay and awaiting you to unwind and relax. A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. There is also a lounge area with tv and dvd. The bedroom also has a flat screen tv. Although guests have their own outdoor area with sun lounges and a bbq, you will find yourself wandering down to relax on the waters edge.
There are only two areas that are off limits to guests (the gazebo near the house and the outdoor spa – please respect the owners wishes). A brand new luxury 2 bedroom apartment. Shore Break is located just a stones through away from Eden's Famous Aslings Beach. With stunning ocean views and salty ocean air you will relax and enjoy this beautiful apartment and all it has to offer.
Shore Break is set out on 2 levels. Downstairs houses a small outdoor area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the laundry. Shore 6 and 7: The Main bedroom consists of a Queen bed and built in robes. There are 2 x single beds in the second bedroom with built in robes.

The Main bathroom boasts a lovely free standing bath as well as a walk in shower. The hidden laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. In addition, the second bathroom has a walk in shower and toilet.

The Beach

Sea Salt Beachside Apartment is situated right on Aslings Beach. A small tidal lagoon separates our end of the beach from the main beach so often you can have the beach all to yourself.
There is nothing like being the first footsteps on a beach in the morning.
There are so many opportunities to enjoy our lovely beach. Diving, fishing, kayaking and a great tradition is a simple bbq on the beach as the sun goes down. Truly memorable.

Eden Region

Eden is an untouched paradise. Pristine waters which are abundant with fish for the enthusiast. Fantastic Whale watching opportunities both from the home and on board a cruise.
Great golf courses are only a short drive away.
There is lots of history in the area, including the unique whale watching industry.
Great restaurants can be found in Eden, Pambula and Merimbula.
In addition, Eden is surrounded by National Parks so there are a multitude of great walks for those who love the outdoors. There are many walks in this area for you to enjoy. Curalo Lake Walk is adjacent to the property, Bundian Way, Light to Light Walk & Mt Imlay are all an easy drive.

The Beach Retreat is perfect for two couples and two children or a family of six. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and two bedrooms upstairs. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and the main bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 long singles. Please specify when booking whether you require 1 queen, 1 king, and 2 singles or 1 queen and 4 singles (Bedding configuration requests are only available when staying for 3+ nights). Although there is only one bathroom, there is a second toilet in the laundry.

The large open plan kitchen, living and dining room (with reverse cycle air conditioning) means that there is plenty of space for the whole family to cook, eat and socialise. Not only are you close to the beach but are a flat 200 meter walk to the centre of town. Easy access to the shops and if you venture a bit further down to the stunning Eden Wharf.

Shore Break is set out on 2 levels. Downstairs houses a small outdoor area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the laundry. Shore 6 and 7: The Main bedroom consists of a Queen bed and built in robes. There are 2 x single beds in the second bedroom with built in robes.

The Main bathroom boasts a lovely free standing bath as well as a walk in shower. The hidden laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. In addition, the second bathroom has a walk in shower and toilet.

- "Disappointing at best! Great unit, lovely ocean view, but not luxury. Certainly not worth the price. While driving to the unit we received a txt message informing the access detail and the Unit had no Wi-Fi ! Wi-Fi was a main reason we chose this place. The web site did not mention NO Wi-Fi so we assumed that accommodation in this price point would be connected; ironically, there’s a TV with a Netflix remote but NO Wi-Fi! Upon entering the unit everything looked clean and inviting, but looks can be deceptive. The unit is not dirty but its cleanliness needs much improvement. The cockroach that greeted us in the kitchen was an unwanted guest! Bathroom window and stairway ledges were grotty with dead insects. The inner pillow covers in the bedroom were slightly stained. Strangely, many of the kitchen/bathroom drawers were open: kept springing open. Game changer – no aircon or fan in the bedrooms. So hot! All accommodation we have visited previously have supplied complimentary toiletries – small soaps doesn’t meet the standard. Coffee machine but no coffee pods. Stingiest accommodation ever. There are safety issues: - excellent parking but the space at the side has a steep drop. This is dangerous - entrance step to bathroom is a tripping hazard - no shower mat – slipping hazard - bathroom basin height is high – awkward for shorter people Excellent customer service - fans provided within hours after contacting the manager."

Welcome to ‘Nautical Retreat' - A couple's holiday hideaway.
If you are after some true inspiration, then Nautical Retreat will not disappoint. The expansive grounds are home to one of the largest maritime collections in Australia. You will get lost wondering through the gardens. There are numerous vantage points to sit and take in the extraordinary view. Not only are there multiple BBQ’s but there are also a few different areas that have fire pits, all scattered along the ocean front. There are covered areas, open areas, bar seating areas where drink holders have been cut into the table (For those of us who are a little clumsier than others) and numerous nooks and crannies dotted along the waterfront. The entire estate is designed to provide guests with a secluded getaway. Guests are welcome to wander onto the roof and take in the magnificent 360 degree views.
The apartment is fully equipped (including unlimited wifi) for your stay and awaiting you to unwind and relax. A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. There is also a lounge area with tv. The bedroom also has a flat screen tv. Although guests have their own outdoor area with sun lounges and a bbq, you will find yourself wandering down to relax on the waters edge.
There are only two areas that are off limits to guests (the gazebo near the house and the outdoor spa – please respect the owners wishes). Come and be awestruck – If the ‘Nautical Retreat’ is not on your bucket list, it should be – The property is certainly a tribute to one man’s creative vision. The owners reside on site (In the main house) so please respect there privacy, as they will yours.

Guests have full private & separate access to the studio apartment with their own entrance. A washing machine & dryer are located in the apartment and a dedicated clothes line is outside in the courtyard. The apartment is on one level with no steps at all. The small paved courtyard directly outside the unit is private and a lovely outdoor relaxation space for guests. A Webber gas BBQ is available on request for cooking outside in the courtyard.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you check-in details and directions, as well as WiFi SSID & Passwords and codes for the lock box.
Many guests are travelling and stopping at Eden on their way north or south. We appreciate this and have a flexible self check-in process, you can check in without any host assistance and timings are very flexible to suit your needs. If you do require assistance (of any kind) please just text or call the number provided. But do not worry if you are running behind your planned schedule, you can come and go from the apartment as you please and will not disturb the hosts.

Other things to note
The apartment is suited to one couple only. It is not suitable for children. It is not suitable for more than 2 adults. There is a Queen bed and a fold-out single (on request) for 2 adults who are travelling together but not as a couple. This property is not able to cater for pets.

PHEV: with regards to the charging of your PHEV, we have a consumption meter fitted to the 3 pin 240V/10amp outlet you would be using (in the garage) to charge your vehicle. An extension cable is available, however you will need your specific plug/socket to charge. The tariff is 31c/kWh and the meter will provide the additional energy costs you will incur. Payment of these costs can be made in cash prior to your departure.
