Bancroft Views 3 is a ground level property with a modern but homely feel, more suited to a longer stay.

Great furnishings and the best of appliances feature in this property, combined with enough space for two couples or your entire tribe. It is one of Metung's premium properties, and will make for a memorable waterside holiday. The outlook over the lawn to the property's private beach, and the jetty belonging to the property, all mean that this is a little piece of self contained paradise, right in the best part of Metung.

Laze on the balcony, do a spot of fishing from your boat or the jetty, or splash about on the private beach- it's all here.

The property features two queen size bedrooms, a retreat room (which can easily be pressed into duty as an extra bedroom -on application when booking), three bathrooms, a full laundry, and the most pleasantly light filled family room and open kitchen area. The kitchen itself features modern, easy to use appliances, and the large French door refrigerator with and ice maker. There is lots of bench space for the budding or experienced chef.

The retreat area, with the large screen TV and junior sound system, is an unbeatable and safe way to "lose the kids". They can entertain themselves in there for hours.

Just shut the door, and they have gone away. Time to look after yourself.

The living area just screams entertainment time! A bar bench and bar fridge make that easy. The rest is up to you.

The three bathrooms allow space and privacy for multiple couples and the larger family.

The master bedroom is simply huge, with its own spacious ante-room, and full size bathroom adjacent.

A spacious balcony, with an electric foldout sunblind, completes the outdoors component of the accommodation. A family size BBQ is ready for your use, so why cook inside? The ambience outside, on the protected verandah, or the lawn area, is hard to beat.

The Garden Studio in picturesque Metung, is ideally situated for a relaxing lakeside holiday. An easy five minute stroll will take you to the village with pub, cafes, shops, beach and boating activities.
The bright, sunny Garden Studio is fully self-contained, has its own entrance, sleeps two, has a private deck overlooking a tranquil garden and plenty of off-street parking.
Bed-linen, towels, coffee, tea and milk are supplied. Well behaved pets are welcome as the garden is securely fenced.

The space
The studio has a double bed, a comfy couch, a TV and a small dining-table. The recently renovated bathroom comes with toiletries and quality towels. The kitchen is appointed with a microwave, a small fridge and has all you need to prepare simple meals. A toaster, kettle and coffee plunger are provided along with coffee, tea and milk. On the deck is a barbecue and an outdoor setting.

Guests have complete access to the entire studio, with private entry, deck and garden and off street parking for a car and a boat.
Look for the number 35 on the fence and open the gate by pulling the string.
This property is not wheelchair friendly.
Please note that the step from the kitchen to the eating area, may prove difficult for guests with mobility issues.

Other things to note
Our very well behaved, friendly dog lives on the property with the host. He does not have any access to the guest-entry area, to the garden studio, deck or garden. He seldom barks and is restricted to a separate fenced off area.

Located at Metung's Shaving point with water views on both sides, very small, but cosy apartment, "Metung Pearl"is ideally positioned to take in the balmy tranquility of the surroundings. It is located right at the water front of picturesque Mutung's Bancroft bay. The building has a private jetty at the back through a door on the side of the build. Only two minutes walk to Cafés, restaurants, and yacht clubs completes the perfect getaway and a place to rest and forget your daily stress.

The space
My cosy one bedroom apartment(1/28 Metund Rd, Metung), has a very comfortable King bed in the bedroom and a sofa(the size of a single bed)in the living area. Space is most comfortable for one or two people, The apartment is about 31 sq, small but clean and cosy.

The kitchenette has simple cooking equipment including a Geranica Air Fryer Oven, toaster, kettle, steamer, microwave and fridge. There is a power point on the post near fish cleaning area at the back of the building on the private jetty for outdoor cooking(you are welcome to bring your own electrical cooking appliances for outdoor cooking only). Away from daily cooking hassle, just enjoy beautiful natural environment and what Metung local hospitality community only two minutes away has to offer.

What my guests love to do is to seat at the back of the building in the private space over the lake to immerse in that uninterrupted peaceful lake view or go for a walk along the lake right across the road from the apartment to enjoy amazing sunset.

The boat ramp is only 200 meters away at the end of the road to park your boat at the private berth.

Wifi is available, please enjoy streaming Movies at your leisure.

It is about 31 sq in size, most comfortable for two, the sofa is the size of a single bed and guests have in the past brought their own mattress too to sleep four maximumI( a bit crowed but workable).
There is no steps at the entry of the building and the apartment.

Other things to note
There is a private berth at the back for your boat(access through the gate on the left when you come out of the building, just press the button and push at the same time to walk into amazing water front views).
Metung Hot Springs is only an 8 minutes drive away.

If you would like to bring your four legged family member just communicate with me first. I can accommodate good behaving fur babies that don't shed hairs. Fur babies are not allowed on the bed as some guests are allergic to hairs. There is a charge of 15 dollars per stay for pets. Leaving hairs behind may result in increased cleaning fees. It is a good idea to cover the sofa with a blanket to keep it hair free.

Just a short walk to the Metung Country Club and Hot Springs with public golf course. Access is via a spiral staircase to your private balcony which has an uninterrupted magnificent view of Lake King and the mountains beyond. Dolphin Cove, just to your right attracts several species of Victorian raptors and other native animals.

Built in 2016, Sunsets365 accommodates two guests, with an en-suite bathroom next to a separate large bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the luxury bathroom has fluffy towels and twin basins. Handmade unique furniture items are featured throughout the apartment.
Both the lounge area and bedroom have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open to the balcony looking out to a 270 deg view over Lake King and the mountains beyond.
The lounge dining area has two leather sofas providing comfortable positions to take in the spectacular view in any weather. There is a large wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and many books to sit back and relax with. There is also a telescope in the lounge area for you to watch the dolphins, prolific bird life (including Sea Eagles and Whistling Kites) and other native wildlife.
The studio style kitchen features microwave oven, induction hotplate, mini oven, sink, exhaust fan, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (incl pods) and an under-bench fridge.
Rest assured that with two ceiling fans and a Fujitsu reverse cycle aircon, Sunsets365 is cosy and comfortable any time of the year, in any weather.
Wake to the magnificent view by raising the electric blinds via remote control from your bed and enjoy your first cup of the day watching the birds feed in the bird feeder located in front or if you are lucky watch dolphins play in Lake King.
You will arrive to find chilled sparkling wine and chocolates waiting for you to enjoy.
Sunsets365 truly has the wow factor! The view goes on as far as you can see, and provides a different spectacular sunset each day. Sunsets365 is all about relaxing, winding down and doing as much or as little as you please.
Access to Sunsets365 is via your own private side gate entry and spiral staircase to the balcony entry door.
Sunsets 365 is not suitable for babies, children or pets, therefore the apartment is offered for couples only.
We have Arlo security cameras set up at the front and rear exterior of the property. There is one looking out from the balcony towards the driveway and one looking out at ground level from the bird table towards our front door downstairs. There are no cameras in the interior of the apartment and none which look out on the balcony or the side entrance, or spiral stairs so your privacy is not compromised.

There are many walking tracks in the area to suit all levels of fitness. Metung village is accessible by a 5 minute car journey. Parking is on the road outside the property. The road is very quiet with minimal traffic.
