Sun Valley 1A is located high up in the Village. Perfect for Ski In, Ski Out. At the end of the day just head down Ory's Trail and ski right to your door. In the morning ski down to Halleys Comet Chair ( previously called Falls Express ) or Gully Chair - no walking required ! However if this is all too hard, the free shuttle stop is only 50 paces away.

Sun Valley 1A is a cosy, warm , quiet studio designed for couples. It is light and bright with its own private entrance. It has a Queen size bed, a modern bathroom and a large TV. As we specialise in short term stays the cooking facilities are limited to a microwave, kettle, toaster and small fridge. However why not spoil yourself and make use of the many restaurants within easy walking distance.

All linen, bedding, towels, hairdryer and toiletries are included. We even provide a starter pack of tea, coffee and milk.

The prices stated are for the Studio. However we require a minimum 4 night stay during ski season. Winter prices are for the 2023 season

- "A fantastic little studio right in the heart of Falls Creek village. We stayed for 4 nights and had great proximity to restaurants, bars and chairlifts. We didn't have the best snow coverage in the village during our stay, however, usually it's ski-in/ski-out. There is a shuttle only 30 metres from the property which makes commuting around the village a breeze. Anita was a brilliant host who is very responsive and assisted us when needed. We look forward to our next stay!"

This fantastic apartment overlooks Halley's Comet chairlift and Slalom Plaza so access to everything is the best you can get at Falls Creek. Fabulous views over the Summit, just perfect for watching the sun go down after a great day out on the slopes. True ski in/ski out with the chairlift about 1 minute's slide away and at the end of your day you can ski down Wombat's Ramble, right to the front door.

The apartment has a full designer kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Caesar Stone benchtops, under bench electric oven, induction cooktop, Aldi coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules & front loading washing machine. The lounge has two comfortable couches (one is double sofa bed) and a large Smart TV.

Les Chalets 8 is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the third floor of the front building of Les Chalets. Commanding fabulous views over the Summit, the apartment features an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area & huge balcony.

The apartment is in a sought after position next to Halley's Comet chairlift which takes you directly to ski school and the beginner & intermediate runs). The apartment is within three minutes’ walk to ticketing, equipment hire, restaurants, supermarket & post office. To top it all off there is no oversnow transport for arrivals or departures required for Les Chalets as you can park quite close by to unload your luggage.

- "Will go back there again" - "Loved the locations and could stop off for lunch." - "Alpine View apartments was located right next to the snow, shops and ski lifts which went up to the summit area. This made it really convenient for renting gear and hitting the slopes straight away. Also there was a cafe right next to the apartment so if you were hungry you didn’t have to go far. Inside the apartment there were many beds, a SUPER comfortable sofa, bathroom, tv, and a kitchen for if you wanted to bring food and cook for yourself. The locker room was a easy to access and was fine for all our gear. One thing that I would want for the apartment is a place for drying things easier but you could use the heater instead. Overall we really enjoyed staying at Alpine view apartments and we will be coming back again."

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

When the snow is on the roads, you put your skis on at the back door and ski down through the village to Slalom Plaza to catch the lift up to Cloud 9 and access to all the terrain you need. Guest access
Room is located on 2nd floor of a 3 level building, with stair access. Coded door for easy access. You will be sent the room number and code the day of arrival.

In Ski Season if there are back to back bookings - check out is by 1pm and check-in from 4pm. While this may seem a late check-in, please remember you will also get a late check-out. In instances where there is no booking directly before or after you, I will inform you of the ability to arrive earlier or depart later, as it is always my aim to make your stay the most enjoyable and easy as possible.

There is an option to leave your luggage in the hotel complex before check-in if required. If you are arriving early to ski on the day of check-in, i'd suggest parking in a day car park (either the first one/bottom of Gully Chairlift, or the second/St Falls/bottom of Falls Express Chairlift), get changed in the day shelters there, ski for the day, then check-in after 4pm, then move the car to overnight parking.
On the day of departure you may also leave your luggage in the laundry area, though no responsibility is taken for your goods as all hotel guests have access to the room.

RESORT ENTRY FEES - WINTER

When visiting Falls Creek a Resort Entry fee is applicable for your stay. Resort Entry fees are an important part of resort operations, funding essential services such as Ski Patrol, Snow Clearing, Guest Services and much more.

Resort Entry is charged at a cost per vehicle for the duration of your stay. For all day and overnight visits Permits should be pre-purchased online and printed before arrival.

Remember to print your receipt before leaving home. If you forget you will need to stop at the Ticket Box or ATS Terminal on arrival to receive your Permit.

PARKING

Falls Creek is a unique alpine village with all facilities, including parking, available at the village. For most of the year visitors are able to enter the village with their vehicles and park alongside accommodation. During winter and other specified event periods, parking restrictions are in place and must be adhered to.

VILLAGE STATUS

The village has three distinct levels of parking access:

VILLAGE OPEN
For the majority of the warmer months (October to June) Falls Creek village is open to vehicles. When the village is open to vehicles you are able to drive your vehicle into the village (via Falls Creek Rd and Slalom St entrances) and park outside your accommodation or other businesses.

VILLAGE CLOSED
During the declared snow season (June 10 - October 1) Falls Creek village is restricted for vehicle access. From June 22 to September 11 Falls Creek village is closed to vehicles, part of our unique ski-in, ski-out environment. The Slalom Street and Falls Creek Rd entrances will be closed to all vehicles and the Accommodation Transfer Service will be in operation to transport guests and their luggage to their accommodation.

30 MINUTE ACCESS
in early and late season, visitors may be able to access the village, provided snow conditions permit. This can also aplly during busy Summer periods or events during the snow season. In this instance guests will be permitted to enter via Falls Creek Rd under a temporary 30 minute permit to drive to their accommodation and unload luggage. Vehicles must exit the village within the 30 minute timeframe. The Slalom Street entrance will remain closed at all times.

WINTER PARKING

DAY CAR PARKING
During the snow season day car parking is available in The Gully, Slalom and Windy Corner Day Car Park areas. Visitors may self-park in these areas provided they are displaying a valid Resort Entry Permit. Vehicles left in day car park areas overnight risk being issued an infringement.

OVERNIGHT CAR PARKING
Vehicles staying overnight (or for a number of days) must be parked in specified overnight parking areas. Visitors must drive to the Accommodation Transfer Terminal and look for signage indicating "Overnight Parking Here".

Once vehicles are at the overnight parking waiting point, a member of staff will direct them to an available overnight car park. Self-parking is not permitted.

AFTER HOURS PARKING
For arrivals outside of normal operation (ie 3am), vehicles may be parked in the After-Hours parking areas below the Accommodation Transfer Terminal and above the CFA Station. This area is lit and signed. Visitors must return to their vehicle by 10:30am to move to an appropriate parking area per the above.

GETTING FROM MAIN ROAD TO SILVERSKI HOTEL
Oversnow transport to the front door, or for the budget conscious you can walk up the metal staircase behind Accommodation Transfer (approx 10 min with minimal luggage).


For the majority of the season, Falls Creek village is closed to vehicles, part of our unique ski-in, ski-out environment. During these times the Accomodation Transfer Service (A.T.S) is the best way to get you and your luggage to properties high up in the village and/or away from the Bogong High Plains Rd.

The ATS provides on-snow transportation through its fleet of cat-track Husky vehicles. These vehicles are heated and sealed from the elements and have ample storage space for your luggage.

ARRIVING AT FALLS CREEK

When you arrive at Falls Creek by car, drive to the Accommdation Transfer Service (ATS) Terminal on the Bogong High Plains Rd. If arriving by coach the bus will take you here. At the ATS Terminal you can unload your luggage and arrange for a transfer to your accommodation.

NB: you will need to park your vehicle in overnight car parking see website for information on car parking and late arrivals.
TICKETS
ATS tickets can be pre-purchased online. You will need to print out your A4 receipt in advance which an attendant will validate for you prior to boarding an ATS vehicle.

If you arrive at Falls Creek after the Ticket Box has closed, you can also purchase your Resort Entry Pass at the ATS Terminal.

DEPARTING FALLS CREEK

Your return journey should be booked when your ticket is validated. If you wish to change the time of your return trip, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by calling. Due to demand for this phone service it is best to book in person when purchasing your return ticket.
Saturday to Thursday 8am - 10pm
Friday8am - Midnight

In summer the supermarket is open limited hours - so bring a few groceries with you.
In winter, book your ski passes/lift tickets/lessons/equipment rentals online before leaving home, they are cheaper this way and you won't have to waste time in lines!
Also pre-book your Resort Entry pass as this will be cheaper online and you will be able to drive straight past the ticket box (5km below the village)

Welcome to our cozy two bedroom unit nestled in a scenic location, at the top of the village.

The space
Downstairs features a private rear entrance leading to a mud area with a wet/drying room, a basic workshop, and storage for skis/bicycles before accessing the internal communal staircase to the apartment. Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.

The bedrooms are compact with walls that don't reach the ceiling, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Each room provides the convenience of single bunk beds and a small wardrobe.

The lounge room integrates a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony provides stunning views.

Little Liechtenstein is a funky, newly renovated, studio apartment room with kitchenette, ensuite & balcony set amongst the gum trees on the slopes of beautiful Falls Creek.

*Summer season is vastly different & like being in a remote rural town; you need to be aware of bushfires, power cuts, no grocery stores open in the village, etc.

The space
Little Liechtenstein is a small studio apartment room within the Silverski Apartment building at No.1 Sitzmark Street in beautiful Falls Creek.
The room consists of three single beds (1xBunk + 1xSingle), (no linen supplied during summer off peak season), a kitchenette with kettle, microwave & mini bar fridge, (no cooking facilities, only reheating in microwave), a mini ensuite, balcony, cafe style seating & dining table.
There is carpet in the bed section & the rest is all tiles. The hydronic heating is very warm & cosy in winter & in summer there is breeze from the balcony door & windows & a mini fan.
The TV has all free-to-air channels and an external HD with over 100 movies for all ages.
The location is situated up amongst the gum trees where you will see currawongs, lorikeets & rosella's. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the fresh alpine air.
Believe it or not the weather is always good at Falls Creek. In Summer you can enjoy hiking, join in many cycling events, fishing in Australia's highest fresh water lake: Rocky Valley Lake. Rods are available for hire at the Visitor Information Centre and bait can also be purchased. Pretty Valley Lake and the aqueducts also offer great trout fishing. Or launch your boat (under 10HP) or take a swim.

The space
Falls creek is both a summer and a winter resort.

The apartment is right in the resort with ski in ski out access in winter. It is the highest row of buildings in the resort.

The view is gorgeous, the bird life fun and colorful.

Being a ski flat it is small but very practical. And built in the 70's it has large bedrooms.

It is a simple and effective space that is pleasant to hang out in. But more importantly its located in a great resort whose location give you access to a great alpine playground fantastic for both summer and winter.

The whole apartment block has undergone a building upgrade early 2018. There are now steel steps up from the road to the apartment block. Double glazing, and a general 2018 update to a 1970s construction.

Guest access
The property has a code access. Check in details will be sent to you by Airbnb on your check in day.

The location map on mobile devices is incorrect (can’t be changed!) follow map in check in or search maps yourself with check in address.

There is car parking is at the front of the apartment on the road, with two flights to access the apartment which is located at the rear of the property.

BE AWARE - in Winter (June to October) and during busy times (Christmas / New Year / Easter and some event weekends) the resort management may close the resort for parking. You can drive up to drop off and pick up but then you will need to park at the bottom car park which and walk up to the apartment (10 mins uphill)

Note - physical access to the flat is up a stairs is steep, and can be difficult when there is a lot of snow.

Covid 19 updates - this may change anytime, before your stay make sure you check the Falls Creek Resort website and adhere to any Victorian Government rules.

This apartment is cleaned throughly after every guest stay. Sharyn is cleaning all surfaces with disinfectant and washing all linen, bath mats, etc. Doona covers are washed after each stay.

Beds will be made up for you with bottom and Top sheet, pillow cases, the beds have doonas. We will provide 1 towel per guest.

Cleaning is part of the rental (see additional costs) it assumes that you will leave the flat tidy, no dirty dishes or garbage to be put out etc. There are black garage and recycling bags please leave them in the garbage shed on the road.

If you book for longer than 12 days then an additional mid stay cleaning will be added to your booking at a cost of $50. Or you can chose not to have the mid-stay clean and this amount will be put towards the final clean. Any cleaning cost that not required will be refunded.

Mid Stay clean will be a surface clean, bathroom, kitchen, wipe down main surfaces and a vacuum, this will not include any change over of linen. There is a washing machine and a dryer should you want to refresh your bedding.

The mains power might be off when you arrive and the hot water will need a 30-60 minutes to warm up.

In summer please turn off the mains when you leave.

If it is cold outside, the apartment will need time to warm up. Put the heaters on as soon as you arrive. Where possible we will have them on before you arrive.

Long weekends are a of minimum three nights. Friday night bookings are minimum two nights.

Whilst I am happy for you to have pets in the apartment, the resort management are NOT. You must have permission to bring a dog into the resort. If you have this permission then your pets are welcome. Please see the Falls Creek Resort website for more information

The space
The space is compact, yet practical. There are 2 open-ish rooms - bedroom with bathroom, and kitchenette/dining.
It would suit a couple, couple with a third wheel, or small family.

Guest access
Room is located on 2nd floor of a 3 level building, with stair access. Coded door for easy access. You will be sent the room number and code the day of arrival.

In Ski Season if there are back to back bookings - check out is by 12 noon and check-in from 4pm. While this may seem a late check-in, please remember you will also get a late check-out. In instances where there is no booking directly before or after you, I will inform you of the ability to arrive earlier or depart later, as it is always my aim to make your stay the most enjoyable and easy as possible.

There is an option to leave your luggage in the hotel complex before check-in if required. If you are arriving early to ski on the day of check-in, i'd suggest parking in a day car park (either the first one/bottom of Gully Chairlift, or the second/St Falls/bottom of Halley's Chairlift), get changed in the day shelters there, ski for the day, then check-in after 4pm, then move the car to overnight parking.
On the day of departure you may also leave your luggage in the laundry area, though no responsibility is taken for your goods as all hotel guests have access to the room.

RESORT ENTRY FEES - WINTER

When visiting Falls Creek a Resort Entry fee is applicable for your stay. Resort Entry fees are an important part of resort operations, funding essential services such as Ski Patrol, Snow Clearing, Guest Services and much more.

Resort Entry is charged at a cost per vehicle for the duration of your stay.

All visitors accessing the resort must have purchased a resort entry permit online, prior to arriving at the resort. (**if you take the bus this is covered in your bus ticket cost)

Resort entry permits must be printed in advance of arrival to the resort.

This permit will need to be presented at the resort entrance at Howman’s Gap (ticket box) or the Accommodation Transfer Service (ATS) building (after 5pm) and placed on the dashboard when parked within the resort.

Those guests that have purchased a 2021 Resort Entry Season Permit are required to register the dates of their visit prior to arrival to the resort. Visit the online store via the 'Register Your Trip' button.

PARKING

Falls Creek is a unique alpine village with all facilities, including parking, available at the village. For most of the year visitors are able to enter the village with their vehicles and park alongside accommodation. During winter and other specified event periods, parking restrictions are in place and must be adhered to.

VILLAGE STATUS

The village has three distinct levels of parking access:

VILLAGE OPEN
For the majority of the warmer months (October to June) Falls Creek village is open to vehicles. When the village is open to vehicles you are able to drive your vehicle into the village (via Falls Creek Rd and Slalom St entrances) and park outside your accommodation or other businesses.

VILLAGE CLOSED TO VEHICLES
During the declared snow season (June 8 - October 6) Falls Creek village is restricted for vehicle access. From June 27 to September 9 Falls Creek village is closed to vehicles, part of our unique ski-in, ski-out environment. The Slalom Street and Falls Creek Rd entrances will be closed to all vehicles and the Accommodation Transfer Service will be in operation to transport guests and their luggage to their accommodation.

30 MINUTE ACCESS
Before June 27 and after September 9, visitors may be able to access the village, provided snow conditions permit. This can also apply during busy Summer periods or events during the snow season. In this instance guests will be permitted to enter via Falls Creek Rd under a temporary 30 minute permit to drive to their accommodation and unload luggage. Vehicles must exit the village within the 30 minute timeframe. The Slalom Street entrance will remain closed at all times.

EXCEPTIONS
Other access arrangements are permitted for residents and business owners. For further details contact Falls Creek Resort Management.

WINTER PARKING

DAY CAR PARKING
During the snow season day car parking is available in The Gully, Slalom and Windy Corner Day Car Park areas. Visitors may self-park in these areas provided they are displaying a valid Resort Entry Permit. Vehicles left in day car park areas overnight risk being issued an infringement.

OVERNIGHT CAR PARKING
Vehicles staying overnight (or for a number of days) must be parked in specified overnight parking areas. Visitors must drive to the Accommodation Transfer Terminal and look for signage indicating "Overnight Parking Here".

Once vehicles are at the overnight parking waiting point, a member of staff will direct them to an available overnight car park. Self-parking is not permitted.

AFTER HOURS PARKING
For arrivals outside of normal operation (ie 3am), vehicles may be parked in the After-Hours parking areas below the Accommodation Transfer Terminal and above the CFA Station. This area is lit and signed. Visitors must return to their vehicle by 10:30am to move to an appropriate parking area per the above.

GETTING FROM MAIN ROAD TO SILVERSKI HOTEL
Oversnow transport to the front door, or for the budget conscious you can walk up the metal staircase behind Accommodation Transfer (approx. 10 min with minimal luggage).

When under snow, Falls Creek village is closed to vehicles as part of our unique ski-in, ski-out environment
From late June until early September all roads in the Falls Creek village are closed to vehicle traffic. Outside of the snow season the village may also remain closed to vehicles if there is significant snow cover - check the Village Road Conditions status on the snow report for the current status.

During these times the Accommodation Transfer Service (ATS) is the best way to get you and your luggage to properties when staying overnight in the village and your accommodation is located away from the Bogong High Plains Rd.

The ATS provides on-snow transportation through its fleet of cat-track Husky vehicles. These vehicles are heated and sealed from the elements and have ample storage space for your luggage.

ARRIVING AT FALLS CREEK

When you arrive at Falls Creek by car, drive to the Accommodation Transfer Service (ATS) Terminal on the Bogong High Plains Rd. If arriving by coach the bus will take you here. At the ATS Terminal you can unload your luggage and arrange for a transfer to your accommodation.

NB: Once unloaded, you will need to park your vehicle in overnight car parking, then return to ATS. See here for information on car parking and late arrivals.

TICKETS

ATS tickets can be pre-purchased online. You will need to print out your A4 receipt in advance which an attendant will validate for you prior to boarding an ATS vehicle.


DEPARTING FALLS CREEK

It's best to book the date and time of your return journey back to the Terminal when your ticket is validated when you arrive. If you need to change the time of your return trip, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by calling.

Once you've transferred back to the Terminal you can fetch your car from its parking spot, load up and leave the mountain.

In summer the supermarket is open limited hours - so bring a few groceries with you.
Book your ski passes/lift tickets/lessons/equipment rentals online before leaving home, they are cheaper this way and you won't have to waste time in lines!
Also pre-book your Resort Entry pass as this will be cheaper online.

*bookings over the Peaks Challenge weekend (March) will only be accepted if 3 nights or longer.

Alpina 2 is centrally located in Falls Creek, just up from St Falls complex. A comfortable and relaxing base, perfect for all of your summer activities. Well appointed and super comfortable, this will be your home away from home.

Accessed directly from the street, this is a single split level in a block of 4 new apartments, all side by side.

The space
As you enter you'll pass the drying/storage room on the right and be facing the bedroom with single bunk beds.

Continue left through the hallway and you'll have a bathroom on the left and queen bed in a walled off but open-air room on the right.

Continue down a few stairs to the living area and then outside to the deck.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and all cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, pots pans etc are provided.

We also have Miele Washing and Drying machines available to you.

Guest access
You have full use of the apartment and its facilities.

This apartment boasts a great north west facing deck with rear access as well via stairs. It also has a great secure storage room underneath the deck for your road and mountain bikes!

Other things to note
Linen and Towels are included.

There are a few stairs between the bedrooms and living area, and stairs off the back deck, if you'd like to head out that way.

Please make sure that all dishes are washed and put away, heaters turned off and rubbish is taken out to the large wooden garbage huts out the front and just down the road.

Studio apartment in the heart of the action. Mountain bike trial head within meters. Everything Falls Creek has to offer is just outside the front door with direct access to your car.

The space
Studio apartment, with queen size bed to relax after an extreme adventure or just time with a book.
The kitchen has everything except an oven allowing you to self cater.
Full size fridge/freezer so can handle a good size shop

Other things to note
During events such as 3 peak and falls festival ect, resort management will restrict parking within the village, this means you can park in front of apartment, unload but will need to move to long term parking, (about 100 mtrs from apartment)
The restrictions apply thru out the resort during event to ensure all quests have access without blocking the parking.
