Sun Valley 1A is located high up in the Village. Perfect for Ski In, Ski Out. At the end of the day just head down Ory's Trail and ski right to your door. In the morning ski down to Halleys Comet Chair ( previously called Falls Express ) or Gully Chair - no walking required ! However if this is all too hard, the free shuttle stop is only 50 paces away.

Sun Valley 1A is a cosy, warm , quiet studio designed for couples. It is light and bright with its own private entrance. It has a Queen size bed, a modern bathroom and a large TV. As we specialise in short term stays the cooking facilities are limited to a microwave, kettle, toaster and small fridge. However why not spoil yourself and make use of the many restaurants within easy walking distance.

All linen, bedding, towels, hairdryer and toiletries are included. We even provide a starter pack of tea, coffee and milk.

The prices stated are for the Studio. However we require a minimum 4 night stay during ski season. Winter prices are for the 2023 season

- "A fantastic little studio right in the heart of Falls Creek village. We stayed for 4 nights and had great proximity to restaurants, bars and chairlifts. We didn't have the best snow coverage in the village during our stay, however, usually it's ski-in/ski-out. There is a shuttle only 30 metres from the property which makes commuting around the village a breeze. Anita was a brilliant host who is very responsive and assisted us when needed. We look forward to our next stay!"

This fantastic apartment overlooks Halley's Comet chairlift and Slalom Plaza so access to everything is the best you can get at Falls Creek. Fabulous views over the Summit, just perfect for watching the sun go down after a great day out on the slopes. True ski in/ski out with the chairlift about 1 minute's slide away and at the end of your day you can ski down Wombat's Ramble, right to the front door.

The apartment has a full designer kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Caesar Stone benchtops, under bench electric oven, induction cooktop, Aldi coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules & front loading washing machine. The lounge has two comfortable couches (one is double sofa bed) and a large Smart TV.

Bedroom 1: queen bed, Smart TV &full ensuite. Bedroom 2: double bed & 3 single bunks. Bedroom 3: 2 single bunks. All bedrooms have down doonas and ample storage.

Les Chalets 8 is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the third floor of the front building of Les Chalets. Commanding fabulous views over the Summit, the apartment features an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area & huge balcony.

The apartment is in a sought after position next to Halley's Comet chairlift which takes you directly to ski school and the beginner & intermediate runs). The apartment is within three minutes’ walk to ticketing, equipment hire, restaurants, supermarket & post office. To top it all off there is no oversnow transport for arrivals or departures required for Les Chalets as you can park quite close by to unload your luggage.

Bedroom 1: queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: double bed with single bunk above plus a set of single bunks, ensuite bathroom. All beds have down doonas. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge.

In the foyer there is a European laundry (washing machine & dryer) as well as one of two drying cupboards for hanging up wet snow gear.
