A real home away from home" - "For years I have complained that properties on Stayz never have a lamp in the living area, so you never have the right lighting to relax & watch TV in the evening. This unit has not one, but two lamps, & because this is something I've taken note of for so long, it was proof that they have thought of everything. Another item that is often neglected is toilet paper. The exact amount of toilet paper that we needed for our entire stay was provided, which I really appreciated, as normally there's only 1-2 spare rolls. The diffuser was a really nice touch, as was the air fryer. The pantry items & toiletries provided mean that if you were to arrive late & realise you've left something at home, you at least have the basics to get you through. The bath bomb was a nice bonus as I am a bath person. A variety of long life milk options was provided in the pantry for those who don't drink normal milk. The coffee pods were also great. The kitchen has a plethora of glasses, mugs, dinnerware, cookware, cutlery & utensils so cooking is a breeze & you don't have to wash every cup or plate immediately since there's plenty to choose from. Both beds are comfortable & the couches have plenty of room if you were to have 4 staying there. The window shades helped to keep the unit from getting too hot, although when we did need the aircon it was very effective. The fans in the rooms are great to have as well. The QR code to connect to the wifi was a great touch. Thank you for a great stay!"

The Ringmasters is our second circus apartment, created with our guests comfort and ease in mind, a relaxed home away from home in the heart of Albury.

The bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed in each, and the apartment comes with a fully appointed laundry with washer and dryer. The open plan living area houses the kitchen with a dishwasher and gas oven, and complimentary milk, tea and coffee are provided. The lounge room includes a smart TV for a great night in, with complimentary Wi-Fi. We have recently added a fold out sofa bed in case of extra guests, let us know if you’ll be using it and we can arrange linen. The private courtyard is fantastic for relaxing during the summer months.

The main street of Albury is only a short 10-minute stroll away and will cater to your dining, shopping and entertainment needs for a night out. If a coffee and croissant is more your style, walk a few minutes in South Albury to reach the best boutique café and bakery in Albury.

The Ringmasters is owned by the Flying Fruit Fly Circus, and managed as a social enterprise. A pet door is installed in the security door. Enjoy your private secure yard with outdoor seating and table as well. We have two beautiful furbabies (Jack Russell and a Frenchie) who will be restricted to inside our house and the opposite side of our property.

Please park in the driveway in front of the single rollerdoor (next to mailbox) OR on the street. We can accomodate space for boats, caravans and small trailers- just message for options.

Access through the private side gate with the WELCOME sign. This is on the RIGHT hand side of the house. Check in anytime after 2pm (unless prior arrangements are made). A key will be left for you in the coded lock box next to the security door. The code will be provided prior to check in.

Also a good base to the snow fields .

We have approximately 11 kms of water frontage so you can find a private spot to swim ,fish ,boat /ski or just relax with a picnic.
Bike riding is popular on the main road with riders doing the Bethanga loop which takes in some stunning country side and the view from Bethanga lookout looking over the weir wall and Albury Wodonga with 2 shops and a pub to refresh you along the ride.
A new winery on the lake road is also worth a visit .
Further afield the drive following the mighty Murray river upstream ( Murray River Road) Talgarno to Jingellic /Walwa is rated in the top ten drives in Australia
There are great Pubs and Winery's in the area as well ,great day trip.
Southward of Talgarno is the town of Tallangatta ,the town that moved in the 1950 s due to the lake Hume rising.
Further on there are valleys to explore and the gold town of Beechworth with the famous bakery and many other shops to browse.

To our west is the border cities of Albury /Wodonga with all food tastes catered for and plenty of shopping .
Canoe hire is available on the Murray which includes pick up and drop off.
