The Space:
This large studio room includes a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with garden access. The room is equipped with reverse cycle aircon for winter warmth and summer cool. Of course there is free wifi. A camp-style bed is available for a 3rd person, though not recommended for large people as it is low to the ground. The bathroom has floor heating during winter for that extra bit of comfort on cold mornings and evenings when you come back from the snow.
A large double glazed sliding door provides access to the garden, as well as making this a light and comfortable room. The garden, with lake views, includes outdoor seating and a bbq
Bedding
The bed is a comfortable king/split, which can be configured as 2 separate single king beds for a small additional fee ($20 per booking). A camp-style bed is available for a 3rd person, though not recommended for large people as it is low to the ground. The bed will be made up with fresh linen, and towels are provided.
Eating In
The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, convection/microwave, portable induction hotplate, and an air fryer. Smaller appliances include Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, sandwich press, toaster etc. Of course cutlery, plates, cooking pots etc are proviced. Outside areas include a bbq with lake views, 6-8 person hot-tub and fire-pit, which are shared with guests of Aalen1 and Aalen2. As the owners live upstairs, there is nearly always someone on hand to attend to your questions including information on restaurants, bike trails etc.
Guests can walk through adjoining reserve to shopping centre, restaurants. Banjo Paterson park and Lake Jindabyne which is a 5 minute walk away.
Off street parking (not under cover) is available for 1 car.

If you're a couple who appreciates the comforts of home while travelling, this beautifully appointed, non-smoking (this includes on the balcony) deluxe studio apartment with a sleeping alcove in the Rydges complex on the shores of Lake Jindabyne is a perfect choice.
The apartment, conveniently located on the ground floor, offers north-facing, uninterrupted views of Lake Jindabyne and the snowy mountains. It is centrally located in Jindabyne, within walking distance of Nuggets Crossing and the Old Town Centre, so you can comfortably leave your car in your dedicated undercover parking spot and enjoy the variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars.
Designed with couples in mind, this unit is not child-friendly, and unlike many other units in the complex, additional guests are not permitted to sleep on the lounge. If you book for a couple but attempt to bring extra guests, including babies and young children, your reservation will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be provided. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom has a full-size bathtub and an over-bath shower. It also has a washing machine and dryer.
The combined lounge, dining, and kitchen area also features a split-system reverse-cycle air conditioner and a 50" TV, complete with an Apple TV box, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountain or sightseeing. The Space:
This booking space includes 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom with separate loo (for busy mornings) and a living area with dining space.
The living room is equipped with reverse cycle aircon for winter warmth and summer cool, and both bedrooms have separate heating. Heating in the bathroom is complimented with in floor heating during winter for that extra bit of comfort on cold mornings and evenings when you come back from the snow.
Of course there is free wifi.
There is access via a double glazed sliding door from the living room to a garden area, complete with bbq, outdoor seating and lake views.

Bedding
The bed is a comfortable king/split, which can be configured as 2 separate single king beds for a small additional fee ($20 per booking). A camp-style bed is available for a 3rd person, though not recommended for large people as it is low to the ground. The bed will be made up with fresh linen, and towels are provided.
Spa
a 6-8 seater hot-tub and bio-ethanol firepit are available for use. This area is shared with other guests, but there is not usually any crossover. Specific time use can normally be negotiated through Dianne
Eating In
The kitchen includes a full size fridge, cooker with hot-plates and overn, and microwave.. Smaller appliances include barista coffee machine, and coffee grinder, slowcooker/pressure cooker, kettle, sandwich press, toaster etc. Of course cutlery, plates, cooking pots etc are proviced. All basic kitchen needs are provided,If you find you are in need of anything, just check with Dianne upstairs.. Pantry items include coffee, tea-bags, sugar, salt/pepper, olive oil, cereals etc.
Eating out
Outside areas include a bbq with lake views, 6-8 person hot-tub and fire-pit, which are shared with guests of Aalen1 and Aalen2. As the owners live upstairs, there is nearly always someone on hand to attend to your questions including information on restaurants, bike trails etc.
Laundry
A washing machine and dryer are available in the entry foyer; these are shared with guests in Aalen2 Lakeview Suite (maximum 4 guests). Washing soap is provided

Aalen is located close to the centre of Jindabyne, guests can walk through an adjoining reserve to shopping centre, restaurants, Banjo Paterson park and Lake Jindabyne which is a 5 minute walk away. If you prefer to drive, the major shops are just 300m away.

The large kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven microwave and large fridge can cater for a full family dinner after a hard day skiing or mountain biking. The bathroom has gas hot water, full laundry facilities and plenty of space outside to leave the boards and bikes. The courtyard at the entrance of the property has a locally made picnic table and the hooded gas BBQ is ready to fire up.
The lounge room has a dining table and lounge seating for 5 people with a large flat screen TV with Netflix and Wifi to stay connected. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress and a single trundle bed, there is also a wall mounted TV in this bedroom and a built in wardrobe. The spacious living area is very comfortable with a large flat screen TV, free WiFi and reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating in Winter and cooling in Summer. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and there is a large dining table for every one to comfortably sit around.

Eliza Lee is a well appointed, recently renovated two bedroom apartment. The main bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a set of bunks. Both rooms have built in robes and electric heating. The open living has a new kitchen, modern appliances and reverse cycle air conditioning and a recently renovated bathroom.
Below the apartment, you have a double garage with laundry and extra toilet and plenty of space to store your bikes, ski's and snowboards.

- "Would love to be back again. It is quite small, however perfect for 4 adults. If you are coming with children this space is also suitable as the family/kitchen/dining area is open and provides enough space to lounge. The layout of the space is very convenient. And the location is easy an easy commute to the shops or the slopes. Would like to note that it is situated atop a very steep driveway - unless your car is 4wd you may have difficulty climbing. There is no entrance to the home via the double garage, only via the front stairs through the balcony. None of these things were dealbreakers for us. Highly recommend staying here. It truly felt like a calming space after a long day of boarding. The host has done a wonderful job in furnishing and renovating the space to its best capacity. We utilised all the appliances during our stay, including the Allergy model of their Hoover (vacuum) - perfect as our party had individuals allergic to dust mites so regular vacuuming came in handy! Thank you for the wonderful 3 night stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

Located in the heart of Jindabyne, Lakeside studio is cute and compact with all the essentials for a stay in the Snowy Mountains.
Timber floors, full kitchen & bathroom with bath/shower. Its a no fuss place to stay on a budget in Jindy just a short walk from the shops and a to the lake for a swim.
Lakeside studio is suitable for 2 guests.
The space
Studio apartment with a double bed, lounge, Plenty of storage for clothes and a single off street car space available.
The building is double brick and stays very cool in the summer, especially with Timber floors.
The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer which you are welcome to use during your stay.

Access to our properties is via a coded door (or coded lockbox) or key access. You will be sent via SMS on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you.
Before the day of your arrival, once we have received your completed guest registration information, you will receive all relevant arrival information & directions via email.

We give our guests the space they need and are available when required. For any further assistance, questions or inquiries please contact our office between 9 am - 5 pm. We manage 60+ properties in Jindabyne, so if your desired property or dates are not showing please contact us directly and we will be able to assist you in finding the right property to make the perfect visit.
Our properties are fully self-contained and all linen & towels are included. We do not complete a daily service of the apartments & houses. A small starter pack of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper & garbage bags are supplied to begin your visit. You will need to bring more of these items or buy locally if you are here for more than two nights.
Other things to note
Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit and signing our lease agreement via digital upload.
If you are entering the Kosciusko National Park Entry Fees Apply - All vehicles entering the Kosciuszko National Park are required to have an entry permit displayed on their vehicle and can be purchased either online or from the Snowy Region Visitors Centre in Jindabyne, Cooma, Tumut or Khancoban.
The Kosciuszko National Park entry permit is not included or associated with your booking and is a separate requirement outside of your booking details.

The Lakehouse offers one bedroom apartments right on the shores of Lake Jindabyne, just 500 metres from town. There is access to the lake from a sandy beach directly in front of the property. Summer or winter there is no better location in Jindabyne.
The space
The Lakehouse has four separate one bedroom apartments. All apartments have lake views, reverse cycle air conditioning, free wifi, their own kitchens and recently renovated bathrooms. Apartment D is a slightly larger apartment.
Guest access
We have access to the lake from a small beach at the bottom of the garden and we have just put new steps in to make access easier. It does depend on the level of the lake what the beach is like: we nearly always have a beach but if the lake level is high it is small and quite flat, but if the lake is low (usually in winter) it is larger but steeper.

Our cosy apartment is well located with access to Lake Jindabyne, the Jindabyne Hotel, and the local shopping centre and pool/gyms all within 100 to 150m. A short 30 minute drive to Perisher or Thredbo, our place is a great base for you to enjoy the wonders of the Snowy Mountains including Koziosko, Perisher and Thredbo - during summer or winter.
You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the outdoors space.
My place is good for couples, parent/child combos, solo adventurers.

This rental is for the entire unit - guests will also have access to a small patio area immediately adjacent to the unit. One parking spot is available directly at the door of the unit. There is additional non timed parking in the street. Use of ski lockers on site to keep gear secure.

Self check in will make it easy for you to arrive and let yourself in - the code and instructions will be available on the Airbnb site once you have a confirmed booking. WiFI codes are also provided at this time.
Towels and linen are supplied for the number of persons in the booking. Coffee, tea, sugar and some pantry items are stocked in the unit. Toilet paper, soap, etc is supplied as a guest starter pack. Woolworth's is just across the road for fresh food items such as milk, bread etc. and anything else you may run out of.

The space
This is a self-managed apartment in Horizons that is virtually identical to the one that we have been renting successfully on airBnB. Please check the other one if the dates you want are unavailable for this one. Both are equally lovely.
Our studio unit in block 1 overlooks the lake and mountains. The unit includes a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher & also an internal laundry, air-conditioning/heating and wonderful views.
It has an allocated car space in an undercover car park and there is also space for a boat in Summer. Horizons resort is running a policy where you can park in any available space.
Our unit is renovated, has a large LCD TV, and you have access to resort facilities including the beautiful indoor heated pool (free), tennis court (free), massage & beauty, bar and restaurants. A great base for skiing, lake activities, hiking the high country, touring or chilling out. Jindabyne's largest shopping centre, Nuggets Crossing, is diagonally across the road. It includes a well priced Woolworths supermarket, take-away food & restaurants & cinema. There is also easy access from our unit to walk the path along the Lake edge.
Bedding is one Queen bed plus one sofa double bed. Linen & towels are provided.
Our prices are much cheaper than booking through the management rental pool and you are guaranteed a well maintained unit with lake views!
Prices are roughly $99 per night outside ski season and $119/$129 for Christmas/New Year & Easter. Ski season prices are just $139 per night or lower for June & September up to a maximum of $259 for NSW school holidays. Extra people are just $8

The hot water system, like the apartment it is a small one but it runs continuously. A hot shower can last up to 8 minutes when the system is full and takes around 15 minutes to reheat.
The heater in the bathroom is on a timer. You need to activate the timer to activate the heater.
Your parking is in space number 1, right beside the building and if you can park well forward so the driveway access under the awning isn’t impeded that would be much appreciated.

Pick up after 4pm & return by 10:00am on the date of departure. You may not return to the property once keys have been returned.
