Our modern light-filled fully furnished Mindyigari apartment (named after our local Ngunnawal word for sky) is located in the upper levels of the convenient Altitude apartment complex. Our apartment is opposite a number of restaurants, fast food options, bars, and an easy walk to Belconnen Westfield (approximately 350 metres) and the Belconnen Town Centre, featuring a range of shopping options and more eateries. Close to work locations:

FREE PARKING: The cost includes a single undercover parking space for the duration of your stay. The parking garage has a maximum height of 2.15m. EV charging is available in the parking garage. You will require your own Type 2 charging cable, or rent one from us.
NO SMOKING: This property is for non-smokers only. This means no smoking anywhere, on the balcony, or entering the property while smelling of smoke.

This apartment is located on the 17th level of the building. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out.
BEDROOM:
Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
Note that the exhaust fan will stay on for extended periods if there is still heat or steam in the bathrooms. It’s on a self-timer and will automatically shut off when deemed necessary.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
You can walk to public basketball courts, a public skating park, bowling, Westfield Belconnen or go for a jog around the lake. The best cafe in the area is chatterbox which is just a two-minute walk down the road.
Ideally, you would drive. There is unlimited parking beside Mcdonald's if you have multiple cars.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
WIFI:
Due to the increased work-from-home and online classes for the general population, the current internet provision in the property may be intermittently slow. It can continuously accommodate sending/receiving emails and basic web browsing however, streaming is not advisable.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotionalsupportanimals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.

Entry is by way of stairs, there are no lifts, the total area is only 95sqm which is small by 3-bedroom apartment standards, the kitchen is small, the shower in the master ensuite is over the spa bath and is not easy to access and the second bathroom/laundry is quite tight. Neither bathroom has a heater which is not great in a Canberra winter. On the plus side the dining/living space is good and the balcony large and well furnished and would likely be enjoyable in summer. The furnishing are good being both practical and attractive. The apartment is light and well equiped. The outlook is pleasant although I would not describe views over adjacent rooftops as "lush". I have more to say but there is no space left on this form."

Enjoy the refined contemporary Belconnen lifestyle with and surrounding local shops. Located in the middle of Belconnen, has all the essentials just outside the building. It has close proximity to Library, UOC and Lake Ginnederra.

When we arrived to the new location the host was uncontactable, not returning calls or messages givings us the impression that the original booking apartment did not exist at all. - "The check in process was the worst I have ever experienced. Please allow extra time if you need to get to an appointment. It took us over one hour from collecting the keys from the laundry mat to finally finding the correct car space. We initially went to the wrong car park close by which strangely our fob key gave us access too, we were driving around for almost an hour as none of the numbers were in numerical order, this caused us a great deal of stress as we had to get to an appointment and had already driven 6hrs from Victoria. Once we finally discovered our car space the rest of the stay was ok. The location is fantastic and having the supermarket down stairs was very convenient. There were a few annoying things like only four towels left when there were 5 of us staying, doona left for the sofa bed in the kitchen cupboard looked dirty with dog/car hair on it so we dodnt end up using the sofa bed and instead had to sleepone of my three kids with us. I had also asked for an early check in leading up to our stay to allow extra time getting to our appointment, made comfy tried to charge an extra 99 for an early checkin which I thought was very cheeky. Overall stay was good but too many things have put me off coming back. "

To get the keys, you can drive 4 minutes from the apartment, approximately 800m away, or take a leisurely 4-minute walk, covering a distance of 250m if you don't plan on bringing a car.

This apartment is located on Level 5 of the Wayfarer Building. It is a cosy home away from home with access to an indoor pool on level 26.
BEDROOMS:
This apartment features two bedrooms, each designed for comfort and style. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, professionally cleaned and pressed linens, and beautiful views of Black Mountain and the Telstra Tower. The second bedroom offers a double-sized bed with equally pristine linens and a striking feature wall of frosted glass. Both bedrooms are spacious and provide ample wardrobe space for your belongings.
BATHROOM:
This property has 2 bathrooms - one of which is an en-suite. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
Exhaust fan - this will stay on for extended periods if there is still heat or steam in the bathrooms. It’s on a self-timer and will automatically shut off when deemed necessary.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:

You will have the access to the building's pool on the 26th floor throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. 2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotionalsupportanimals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for romantic, energetic, reflective, and business stays! The view from the 23rd floor is incredibly inspiring looking out to amazing scenery. It is a spacious large one-bedroom apartment stylishly put together with everything you need all to yourself! Comes with a basement car space. The indoor rooftop pool is 3 floors up with an amazing view. Located centrally for your convenience at the heart of Belconnen with everything at your fingertips from this spot!
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
- "I’ve stayed in many holiday rentals, but this was by far the most unhygienic and poorly maintained property I’ve ever encountered. The level of filth was completely unacceptable, and it’s clear that proper cleaning is not a priority for the owner. The bathroom was a disaster – mould in the shower, grime everywhere, and worst of all, poo stains left in the toilet. Absolutely disgusting. The towels weren’t just worn out; they had visible stains, including what looked like wiped faeces. There is no excuse for this level of neglect. It didn’t stop there. The pillowcase had blood stains, making it clear the bedding wasn’t changed properly between guests. To top it all off, the washing machine still had dirty laundry inside. The whole place just felt dirty and unkempt, as if no one had checked it before our stay. When I reached out to the owner, their response was completely indifferent – asking me to let a cleaner in, no sense of urgency. It’s clear they have no interest in maintaining basic cleanliness standards. I would strongly advise against staying here. For the price, you expect at least a clean and hygienic space, but this property fails on every front. Stayz should seriously reconsider allowing this place on their platform. Avoid at all costs!"

Living areas have been exquisitely furnished with modern furniture and the kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils.

All rooms have Thier own ensuites with large sliding doors that lead onto the balcony for those beautiful lake views.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotionalsupportanimals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

The pool, Spa and Gym are available every day of the year but if for any reasons they are closed (which rarely happens) we can’t take any responsibility as this things are out of our control. Maintenance is usually planned but sometimes things do happen unexpectedly and unfortunately there is nothing we can do. During the winter season the water is expected to be colder as this is an outdoor area. Just please remember that these issues are very very rare and we usually don’t have any problems or complaints. My place is located in a new apartment complex (Wayfarer Club Collection). It is modern & has a light colour scheme which blends in to darker shades. It has some artwork and decorations to make you feel like you're at home. It is suited to anyone that likes simplicity, practicality, comfort & convenience as it has all the items you need in a home and is located next to various amenities. It is located close to the University of Canberra, McDonalds, CISAC, a number of resturants & transport hubs.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
