Minutes from Lake Curalo and Aslings Beach we love our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. A short walk to the beach, the marina and main street it is perfectly located to explore the best of Eden and the surrounding area. The unit sleeps 6 people comfortably and has ample space, and lots of amenities including toys, books, and DVDs. Pets are welcome to stay in the outside yard and pet shelter. Sit on the large front balcony and enjoy the views of the water or wander down for a swim and enjoy!

The property is a fusion of heritage character and modern touches with 9ft ceilings and light filled renovated dining room and kitchen. There are two queen-sized bedrooms with built-in-robes and ceiling fans, reverse cycle air conditioning, modern bathroom and a laundry with second toilet.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second 2 x single beds (plus a trundle bed). There is plenty of cupboard space if you are staying a while.

We have equipped the unit with toys, books and DVDs to help you keep little ones (and big ones) occupied, along with a internet and Netflix.

- "We were very happy with our choice of accommodation and Eden as a destination. The weather wasn’t great, but given the floods further up North we were very lucky. Just being able to soak up the view from the deck and listen to the waves crashing made for a relaxing stay. The accommodation is near new, very comfortable and well appointed. - "The property was clean and in good condition. The pool had some debris in it from the various storms but the sun lounger was working very well. The location is beautiful and sunny in the morning with an easterly outlook. The very short drive to town for pubs, restaurants, and main street was not a problem. Asling beach is nearby and so so nice, clean but after 3:30 the sun is blocked by the vegetation so get in early. There is everything you need in Eden that you could need. I mixed in some 4wd driving on the many dirt tracks and explored many of the remote sights. Top tip from Eagle Heights is to visit the museum which puts Eden in perspective. Really enjoyable and relaxing experience for me."

- "Disappointing at best! Great unit, lovely ocean view, but not luxury. Certainly not worth the price. While driving to the unit we received a txt message informing the access detail and the Unit had no Wi-Fi ! Wi-Fi was a main reason we chose this place. The web site did not mention NO Wi-Fi so we assumed that accommodation in this price point would be connected; ironically, there’s a TV with a Netflix remote but NO Wi-Fi! Upon entering the unit everything looked clean and inviting, but looks can be deceptive. The unit is not dirty but its cleanliness needs much improvement. The cockroach that greeted us in the kitchen was an unwanted guest! Bathroom window and stairway ledges were grotty with dead insects. The inner pillow covers in the bedroom were slightly stained. Strangely, many of the kitchen/bathroom drawers were open: kept springing open. Game changer – no aircon or fan in the bedrooms. So hot! All accommodation we have visited previously have supplied complimentary toiletries – small soaps doesn’t meet the standard. Coffee machine but no coffee pods. Stingiest accommodation ever. There are safety issues: - excellent parking but the space at the side has a steep drop. Guests have their own private access to the ground level accommodation. Guests can come and go easily with off-street parking. The entry is along a short 8 metre garden laneway which joins the small courtyard sitting area and entry (bags may need to be carried due to ground surface). Further details are provided before check in.

Other things to note
Our neighbourhood is usually quiet, however some street noise can filter through the garage door. We live on the premises also, with our kitchen and dining area located above the converted garage, so around meal times you may hear some noise above (for example footsteps, regular home noises, muffled conversation). Our small child is an early riser and breakfast sounds can start around 6am, with house going quiet around 8pm. A great base for those heading out to explore the areas national parks, bike trails and coastline.

The small paved courtyard directly outside the unit is private and a lovely outdoor relaxation space for guests. A Webber gas BBQ is available on request for cooking outside in the courtyard.

Many guests are travelling and stopping at Eden on their way north or south. We appreciate this and have a flexible self check-in process, you can check in without any host assistance and timings are very flexible to suit your needs. If you do require assistance (of any kind) please just text or call the number provided. But do not worry if you are running behind your planned schedule, you can come and go from the apartment as you please and will not disturb the hosts.

Other things to note
The apartment is suited to one couple only. It is not suitable for children. It is not suitable for more than 2 adults. There is a Queen bed and a fold-out single (on request) for 2 adults who are travelling together but not as a couple. This property is not able to cater for pets.

PHEV: with regards to the charging of your PHEV, we have a consumption meter fitted to the 3 pin 240V/10amp outlet you would be using (in the garage) to charge your vehicle. An extension cable is available, however you will need your specific plug/socket to charge. The tariff is 31c/kWh and the meter will provide the additional energy costs you will incur. Ideal for couples and small families. The studio guest suite is newly carpeted comprising a separated living / sleeping space. You have access to your own deck and extra large full size bathroom.

There is a small induction cooktop (with induction cookware provided), gas BBQ, microwave, mini fridge and mini freezer (will be turned off - unless required).

These basic facilities are located on the outside deck. There is no internal kitchen but rather a kitchenette with an electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

We provide BBQ and tomato sauce, olive oil, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Kitchen utensils, including kitchen knives, wooden spoons, tongs, can opener etc are provided.

Also bowls, plates, cutlery, cups and glassware are provided (even plastic plates, cups, knives and forks for the little ones!)

There is a large stainless steel sink with hot and cold water with a generous draining board. We supply dishwashing detergent, paper towel, tea towels, scrubbing brush and dishcloths.

There is a modern queen size bed (with generous king size quilt), with a spacious walk in wardrobe and storage space.

There is a portable cot and the sofa can be converted to a double bed (with bedding provided), if needed.

On the covered deck there is a dining table with 6 chairs for you to enjoy your meals, or you may prefer to sit back and relax in the reclining deck chairs with a beautiful outlook towards the beach.

Every unit gives you close access to our beautiful solar heated pool and spa that look out over the horizon. If you are feeling the need to hide away, there is nothing better than reading a good book on the couch or sharing a movie night with the family. The main bedroom is spacious and home to a queen sized bed, large built in wardrobes and a small floor heater for those chilly nights. The second bedroom is home to a single bed and a double bed (sleeping 3). The living area is opened planned and flows from the kitchen and dining, there is air-conditioning in the main living area to enjoy no matter what time of the year.

The fenced balcony provides seating and a bbq for your use.

Eagle Heights offers 2 scenic units, located in the middle of the complex. Each unit has beautiful views of the pool and Ocean from the main living area. The scenic units are great for families, allowing the parents to relax in the living area and keep an eye on the kids running around the complex having the time of their lives.
Each unit offers everything you would need to enjoy your next holiday. With full kitchen, and Unlimited Wifi what more could one ask for.

The space
Eagle Heights of Eden is the cliff top accommodation with the most spectacular ocean views.

Eagle Heights is located on the headland between two bays. With views of the ocean, beach and rocky headlands, there is no better place to watch the sun rise over the ocean!

Wake up with the sound of the ocean and you’ll know you’re back at Eagle Heights. Situated off the main highway in a quiet residential area, nothing will distract you from your task of becoming one with nature. Eagle Heights is the perfect based to explore all that is great about Eden and indeed the entire Sapphire Coast.

The complex includes one of the largest privately owned swimming pools and a cliff top gazebo with a BBQ and 3 sitting areas. In addition, the grounds and gardens are impressive. If you do venture off site, a 500 meter walk will see you at Eden’s Famous Wharf . There is also ample off-street car and boat parking.

Although all our 2-bedroom units have the same layout, they are privately owned and individually furnished. Sleeping up to 4x people comfortably, with 1x queen bed in the main bedroom and 2x single beds in the second bedroom. Every unit gives you close access to our beautiful solar heated pool and spa that look out over the horizon. If you are feeling the need to hide away, there is nothing better than reading a good book on the couch or sharing a movie night with the family. With free unlimited WIFI there is something for everyone.

For those relaxing summer nights, our Gazebo and BBQ area is perched on the cliff which provides you with the perfect position to catch the last of the day's light as it reflects off the rocks in streaks of gold. This is a breath-taking experience, perfect to end a beautiful day!
