Beautifully renovated in late 2024, this cleverly designed getaway features a split-level living area, well equipped kitchen and separate dining area. Two large bedrooms with built-in robes and queen beds (plus single pull out sofa bed in second bedroom). One has a secret ensuite! The other bathroom has a bath, walk in shower for two and a spacious laundry with all the mod cons.

Surrounded by native bush gardens, Number 1 @ Wimbie is a great place to kick back and relax. Escape the heat relaxing with a book in the shady back courtyard; soak up the sun listening to the waves on the front deck; or settle down for a coastal nap on one of the comfy couches. Also a popular area for skydiving/ parachuting.
The cabin has been created by using recycled materials, it has been a passion of the host to show off this as an alternative building option.

We feel it is important to let you know what we are doing to provide a safe place for you to stay in these most unusual times.
The accommodation is a stand alone cabin set on 5acres in the rural countryside near the small town of Moruya. We believe this is a safe area to explore in peace and quiet.
In many ways the location is quite isolated, being on a dead end road there is little traffic.
The cabin only accommodates couples. We also cater for dogs and horses.
Denise and I spend a minimum of 2 hours to clean between clients and we pride ourselves on being very thorough.
This includes a full linen replacement. Check and rewash dishes and kitchen , all towels and dishcloths replaced with fresh ones. All door handles and surfaces disinfected.
We have confidence in what we offer and encourage you to come and enjoy and relax in these surroundings.
Naturally we understand there are many factors that will influence your decision to come and stay however we also ask that if you feel you cannot make it for any reason your earliest advice would be appreciated.

That's what makes this spacious apartment unique...A boutique one bedroom, fully self-contained, ground floor apartment ideally situated 350m walking distance to two of Malua Bay's pristine beaches. Walking enthusiasts can continue on for a longer walk to Lilli Pilli Beach which is such a hidden gem! The perfect place to enjoy a swim and wile away a few hours during your stay. Take a river cruise up the Clyde River to the historic town of Nelligen or go for a kayaking tour and learn all about our famous oysters. Great location for a round of golf or a hit of tennis.

We strive to create a relaxing space for you to enjoy and we need your help to make sure this happens, so we have outlined some requirements below that we ask all guests to agree to and comply with:
We ask the guest to thoroughly read the house rules as well as through the house manual, and check-in and check-out procedures to be well familiarised with the property.
On booking we'd like to know a little bit about you, when enquiring about availability please ensure you have completed your ID Verification, have a profile photo, and some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay. On booking, you will need to supply a photo ID verification as well as a selfie photo.
We require the person making the booking MUST be part of the travelling party. When booking, please advise that ALL the people staying in the house, adults, children and babies count as guests and must be included in the booking. No other guests staying other than those on the original booking.
We request the guest to do a walk-through upon entering the property and inform us immediately of any unreported damage, unsatisfactory cleaning or any issues to the property on arrival, we would love the opportunity to resolve those issues during your stay to a satisfactory standard. Any damages found at the end of the stay will be deemed to be caused by the guest.
The cancellation policy is strict and once you book you agree to it - we encourage all guests to seek travel insurance to protect themselves.
During peak season- Please be aware that the cleaning of the house may run over time. While we do aim for a 3'Oclock check-in and to be out of the house well before then, the cleanliness of the house as well as your safety is our most important consideration for you to enjoy a comfy stay.

Noise - No noise after 10 p.m. and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities. We ask that guests also respect our neighbours with quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am.
Keys - In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property at any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account.
Damage or cleanliness - We request the guest to inform us immediately of any unreported damage, unsatisfactory cleaning or any issues to the property on arrival, we would love the opportunity to resolve those issues during your stay to a satisfactory standard. Set at the rear of our main residence, is a fully self-contained one bedroom studio apartment.
This property has been recently renovated, and provides a fantastic getaway location for those who want to be close to North Broulee Beach and the wider NSW South Coast Region.
Located 20 minutes South of Batemans Bay, on Grant St in Broulee, access to North Broulee Beach is literally a walk across the road and over the sand dunes. The studio is also within short walking distance of the local store, bottle shop and Café and the recently opened Broulee BrewHouse.
The Studio is clean, comfortable and well appointed with a full kitchen, lounge and dining areas. Sleep wise the studio comfortably sleeps 2 people, the bedroom has a Queen size bed perfect for two adults.
The studio is located within a residential area at the back of our main house, so we want to ensure minimal impact to neighbours, so no groups, parties or schoolies.

We strive to create a relaxing space for you to enjoy and we need your help to make sure this happens, so we have outlined some requirements below that we ask all guests to agree to and comply with:
We ask the guest to thoroughly read the house rules as well as through the house manual, and check-in and check-out procedures to be well familiarised with the property.
On booking we'd like to know a little bit about you, when enquiring about availability please ensure you have completed your ID Verification, have a profile photo, and some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay. On booking, you will need to supply a photo ID verification as well as a selfie photo.
We require the person making the booking MUST be part of the travelling party. When booking, please advise that ALL the people staying in the house, adults, children and babies count as guests and must be included in the booking. No other guests staying other than those on the original booking.
We request the guest to do a walk-through upon entering the property and inform us immediately of any unreported damage, unsatisfactory cleaning or any issues to the property on arrival, we would love the opportunity to resolve those issues during your stay to a satisfactory standard. Any damages found at the end of the stay will be deemed to be caused by the guest.
The cancellation policy is strict and once you book you agree to it - we encourage all guests to seek travel insurance to protect themselves.
During peak season- Please be aware that the cleaning of the house may run over time. While we do aim for a 3'Oclock check-in and to be out of the house well before then, the cleanliness of the house as well as your safety is our most important consideration for you to enjoy a comfy stay.

Noise - No noise after 10 p.m. and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities. We ask that guests also respect our neighbours with quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am.

🏗️ Major Renovation & Expansion—The outdoor top deck will be replaced, extended further out the front, and wrapped around to the back, transforming into a double-deck spanning the entire length of the house, both upstairs and downstairs. Work is scheduled to begin in early June, with an estimated completion date of July 4th.

This is a fully renovated 2 bedroom townhouse in Batehaven. Close to everything. Enter into a lovely kitchen which overlooks the dining/lounge. Off here is a very nice, leafy, fully fenced courtyard - perfect for a BBQ or an afternoon drink after a swim. Located at the back of the block there is a real sense of peace and quiet at this property. The location is perfect - next to to Corrigans Cove fantastic restaurant, you can walk or ride your bike everywhere.
The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook up a storm. There is reverse cycle air con plus overhead fans to keep you cool in summer or warm in winter. There is also a convenient powder room on this level.
Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. We provide all linen and towels - just bring your beach towels.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
Both these rooms have overhead fans.
Add to this a garage for safe parking and you have the perfect little holiday getaway for the family.

Green Door Kiama has been carefully designed and purpose built as luxury holiday accommodation adjoining a new prestigious principal residence, for travelers to relax and escape the daily grind.
Located on the ground level of the main residence, this stylish self-contained 2-bedroom eco-friendly getaway has its own private entrance (a Green Door, of course!) and offers complete separation and privacy from the main residence. It accommodates up to four guests.
A striking blend of Mid Century Modern and Australian Coastal design, the home was completed in late-2023 by an award-winning local builder. The impressive all-white exterior of the house, together with its sweeping raked roofline, large windows, designer breeze blocks and colourful Palm Springs style entrance doors, make it one of the most valuable and prominent homes in the region.
Internally, the space feels luxurious and soothing with an elegant simplicity, using soft organic hues, so guests can just check in, unwind and relax, surrounded by premium furnishings and inclusions. It is on a single level with no stairs. The main bathroom is at the front with a second spacious powder room located at the rear.
The bedrooms exude comfort, warmth and style, offering premium solid timber Australian made Queen beds with ample wardrobe space, high ceilings, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Take a short walk downhill to the local cafes, shops and parks. Coming back is a short steep uphill walk but there is a slightly longer, flatter route available via Terralong street, past Woolworths and along Colley drive.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note, Sofia & Hayden live in the rest of the house. The adjoining wall and ceiling between Green Door and the rest of the house have been constructed with added soundproofing, but some minor noise may be expected when we are at home.
We have 2 bedrooms with queen beds and our super comfy couch converts to a memory foam bed, should one of the four guests wish to sleep separately. Please let us know at time of booking if this is required and we will provide extra bedding.
We have two friendly dogs, Roxy and JuJu, our beloved Hungarian Vizslas. You may see or hear them through your back fence, but you won’t come in direct contact with them (or us!) - unless you want to!
While we live onsite, we will not approach your space unless you ask us to, but we are just a text, phone or email away if you need us for anything.

We strive to create a relaxing space for you to enjoy and we need your help to make sure this happens, so we have outlined some requirements below that we ask all guests to agree to and comply with:
We ask the guest to thoroughly read the house rules as well as through the house manual, and check-in and check-out procedures to be well familiarised with the property.
On booking we'd like to know a little bit about you, when enquiring about availability please ensure you have completed your ID Verification, have a profile photo, and some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay. On booking, you will need to supply a photo ID verification as well as a selfie photo.
We require the person making the booking MUST be part of the travelling party. When booking, please advise that ALL the people staying in the house, adults, children and babies count as guests and must be included in the booking. No other guests staying other than those on the original booking.
We request the guest to do a walk-through upon entering the property and inform us immediately of any unreported damage, unsatisfactory cleaning or any issues to the property on arrival, we would love the opportunity to resolve those issues during your stay to a satisfactory standard. Any damages found at the end of the stay will be deemed to be caused by the guest.
The cancellation policy is strict and once you book you agree to it - we encourage all guests to seek travel insurance to protect themselves.
