However when we arrived, we found there to be multiple units at this address. I had to call the property manager who struggled to understand my name then told me to call someone else. The second person told me it was unit 1. When we walked up to the property, there was a real estate agent showing someone through the property, 30 mins after we were told we could check in. This was completely unprofessional and we had small children who we needed to settle after the trip but we were stuck outside in the heat while the agent ushered the potential buyers out. The communication from the property manager was great until we realised we hadn’t been given all of the information. We were sent a link to a guide book about the property but this link did not work. In terms of location, it is close to shops and a lovely shaded playground and the layout of the house was really functional with enough room to comfortably fit 9 people with one on the fold out couch. Overall this was a nice property to stay in but the process of getting in was not ideal."

The open plan gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, even with sharp, chef quality knives! A coffee pod machine and water filter are also available.

The bedrooms are furnished with quality mattresses, topped with commercial quality cotton sheets and linen covered doonas. Each queen bed has 4 pillows to ensure your comfort. Bedroom 1 has a split system air conditioner whilst bedroom 2 & 3 have tower fans. Bedroom 3 has a daybed that can be made up as a single or a queen. A cot and a fold away bed are available upon request.

The main bathroom and combined laundry /bathroom have been recently renovated and have heating and exhaust fans. Complimentary Sukin wash products are available for your use. These are available in refillable containers rather than individual portions to save on excess plastic waste. Our white fluffy bath sheets are big enough to wrap yourself up.

The highlight of this property is the gorgeous private gardens, including pick your own herbs and vegetables and outdoor living, comprising of an undercover dining and seating area, courtyard with a firepit, spa and even a wood-fired pizza oven! Please keep in mind you need to allow 3-4 hours to heat up the oven and a similar time to proof your dough.

Each booking will receive 2 milk crates of firewood to use and these can be refilled at an extra charge. You will receive a money request from VRBO for extra wood you have used above the allocated 2 crates, or alternatively you can pick up bags of firewood at a petrol station. There is a level area of grass where you can enjoy a game of Bocce or Badmington. The rear yard is fully fenced.

We were impressed at how spacious and inviting it was. On top of that, the host had provided us with a wonderful welcome basket, along with helpful information about the house and the surrounds. The fridge and pantry had been stocked with some generous necessities to start us off, including a supply of coffee pods, and many pantry staples and condiments. It was all the little things that made a difference. During our stay, the host contacted us to let us know of an event happening nearby, which I really appreciated. And then, when we had a minor issue, the host was very responsive and came in person to check it out within an hour or so of me contacting them. (It turned out there was no issue after all.) Each bedroom is completely private and we were comfortable with a kid in each room and the bathroom in between. The bedrooms had ample closets in each room, and plenty of spare blankets. The bathrooms have amazing heat lamps, and there is a generous supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hot-tub in the backyard was the icing on the cake for me, and one of the reasons I chose this place. It was great to be able to relax and truly feel like it was a vacation. The hot-tub was clean and the jets worked perfectly. The host has thought of everything for this place! I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again in the future."

● SMOKING: Smoking, including cigarettes and E-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guest can smoke outside as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
● PETS: Pets are not allowed.
● BAGGAGE STORAGE: We cannot provide baggage storage on the property for security reasons.
● FOOTWEAR: We kindly request that no shoes be worn on the carpet.
● JUMPING: Please refrain from jumping on the bed or sofa.
● NOISE: Enter and leave the home quietly to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be reminded that loud noises, music, and other disturbances may negatively impact the experience of neighbors; please note if we receive a complaint, fines will apply from $2000 AUD.
● EXTRA LINENS/EXTRA TOWELS: Additional linens are available upon request for an extra $35 per set. Please notify us in advance before your arrival if you require this service. We implemented a policy of providing one towel per person during the stay, as part of our commitment to environmental conservation. However, if you need extra, it's $10/pc.
* BASIC TOILETRIES AND HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS: We provide basic toiletries and household essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing tablets, and laundry soap) in limited quantities. Once these run out, you will need to purchase additional supplies. Additional charges will apply if you require us to deliver more during your stay.
● KEYS/PADLOCK: We provide one key and fob set per reservation as part of our policy, which aligns with the guidelines set by the authorities and our short-term rental management contract. Also, ensuring the safety and security of all guests is our top priority, and extra sets could jeopardize this commitment. Moreover, handling multiple sets may result in confusion and potential security hazards. Ensure the property key and fob are always with you. Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$500 will be your responsibility. An additional fee for replacement keys and fob will be applicable if their loss is confirmed.
● KEY AND LOCK OUT ASSISTANCE: Please be advised that if you require assistance from our housekeeping staff in situations involving keys (e.g lockouts or key deliveries), an additional fee will apply and may vary depending on the time and location of the request. This fee starts at a minimum of $150, which covers the costs of staff attendance and service, in the event that a locksmith (our primary option) is not readily available.
● ARRANGEMENT CHANGES: Please refrain from touching, moving, or altering the arrangement or setting of any furniture within the property. We've carefully curated the space to ensure your comfort and safety.
● CHECK-OUT: When checking out, please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
● DAMAGES: If you notice any damage in the property upon arrival, we recommend taking photographs and promptly sharing them with the Aircabin Customer Service team via your booking channels. It's best to do so as soon as you've settled in at the property rather than until check-out. Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
● PARTY: Parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of a complaint, fines starting from $2000 may apply. Our neighbours be considered at all times please keep noise to a minimum, especially when using the outdoor areas.
