The room is spacious, beds are very comfortable, so as the duvet. Indoor pool is very nice too, especially the sauna. Location is great, 3 mins walk from Southern Cross Station (coles exit), it is literally just cross the road. Many restaurants near by. Its well located within free-tram zone, you can either walked to Bourke Street or Lonsdale Street direction to catch tram right down to Melbourne Central or Bourke Street Mall. The only disappointment is that on the second day, when they made-up the room, they took out all the used towels without replenishing anything. So had to to called twice and waited for more than 30 mins. On top of that, they did not vacuum the floor. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, staffs are very friendly. Definitely recommended for anyone! "

To avoid the risk of you realising your lockbox has been cut off as has been experienced by past guests, we have arranged for you to collect your key from a nearby Key Exchange Service located 0.6 km from your apartment. This ensures the most seamless arrival. Please note Check IN is anytime from 3:00pm to 11:45pm.

Please plan your arrival accordingly. Our guests generally choose to use Uber to collect the key and then continue on to the apartment. Uber is able to park outside the Key Exchange Service and wait for you.

NOTE: From time to time, there may be a change to this process for reasons outside our control e.g. road blocks, a sudden change in operating hours of the Key Exchange Service. This will be communicated to all affected guests in advance.
