I wanted to pass along some gripes that we had with the property. When we arrived most of the doors downstairs were unlocked with insects that had come through. The living room on the middle floor has mosquitos and flies over the walls, several cockroaches and spiders. There were cobwebs that weren't cleaned/removed prior to our arrival, one of the kitchen lights didn't work and was flickering, there was no instruction for heating/cooling in the property and we were only able to sit out the unit in the main living room which also leaked water.. overall the house was ok but had run down vibe which is very disappointing. Also the spa in the master ensuite spewed "gunk" out of the jets as I was advised by the couple who had taken that room. There's a few other minor things but nothing worth mentioning.
