Our two-storey self-contained, private and modern two-bedroom unit is located in the charming town of Gruyere in the Yarra Valley. The property features working horse stud with extensive equine facilities. Wake up to the sounds of horses neighing and the sight of them running in the paddocks over a coffee on the patio.
The space is accessible by a private entrance. This unit includes a kitchen, dining space, lounge area and a bathroom downstairs. The two seperate bedrooms can be found upstairs and are separated by a cosy reading nook.
The first bedroom contains a king bed and the second bedroom contains two single beds. Outside you will find a beautiful patio that contains a fire pit.
Gruyere is just 60 minutes outside of Melbourne and is the home to some of the most iconic wines of the Yarra Valley, making it the perfect destination for wine lovers. Nearby wineries include Killara Estate, Yarra Yering, Squitchy Lane and Soumah just to name a few!
If you are a bike riding enthusiast or simply love a serene country side walk, then the Warburton Rail Trail is simply a must and is conveniently located right next to the property.
Our property is a perfect base for exploring the Yarra Valley's many attractions, including the Yarra Valley Dairy, the TarraWarra Museum of Art, and the Healesville Sanctuary. You can also explore the local markets, take a hot air balloon ride, or simply relax and unwind in the comfort of our luxurious accommodation.
