The house is a perfect getaway for couples or families and because it's our second home, we continually make improvements to make sure it has all the home comforts necessary to provide the perfect holiday experience.

It boasts a fantastic front deck where you can sit for hours mesmerised by the swaying gum trees, watching the birds, and taking time out to reconnect or reflect. Together with the private back deck, there's plenty of comfortable seating options to follow the sun, or shade, and for everyone to find a quiet space.

In the main living area, we have two handcrafted 3-seater lounges from Bali, two retro, recently reupholstered armchairs and a 48" smart TV with free Netflix.

As we love to cook, the kitchen is very well equipped and includes an oven with an air fryer facility and a dish drawer dishwasher to cut down on those cooking chores! For your family meals, we have a dining table inside and an outdoor setting on the front deck, both seating up to 8 people.

Downstairs we have a separate TV area for the kids, so you can keep upstairs quiet and calm for the grown-ups! This is right next to the bunk room and a laundry shower room, and also houses a 1.6m high glass-fronted drinks fridge, so you'll always have enough fridge space for your holiday!

We also have a desk area downstairs in case you want to extend your holiday and work remotely. We have the maximum NBN Internet plan we can get for this area, with approximate speeds of 50 mbps download, 17 mbps upload.

We welcome up to two medium-sized, well-behaved dogs per booking and as our garden (like most gardens in Bawley) is unfenced, we find that guests prefer to leave their dogs on the front deck - with ample shade - if they have to go out.

As the house is in a cul-de-sac, there is hardly any traffic and our visitors' kids often hang out on their bikes or kick a footie on the road or in the nature reserve opposite.

On the subject of nature, we've seen dolphins, penguins and stingrays in the waters at Bawley; and had kangaroos quietly eating grass in front of the house - disturbed only by the kookaburras laughing at them!

To sum up, we all sleep better at Bawley and each time we go it is harder and harder to leave. We call it the 'Bawley Valium' that hits you soon after you arrive...

TOP TIP: Sleep with the blinds open in the king and queen bedrooms so you wake up to the awesome views!

Check-in is as of 4pm and check-out has recently been extended to 11am, so that you don't have to rush when packing up!

Occasionally we can offer an early check-in or late check-out, but please ask at least 48 hours in advance so we can check with our cleaner.

Bawley View is an older style, two storey North facing waterfront property overlooking Cormorant Beach with 180 degree views taking in the beach and looking up the coast to Ulladulla.
The house is divided into two sections.
Downstairs is the two bedroom owners accommodation.

Rental accommodation for 6 people only, is upstairs and consists of one double bedroom and two queen bedrooms one with ensuite, all of which open out onto large deck areas and is only available fo weekly bookings from December through to February.😆Modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven. Combined lounge dining area with television, DVD, and CD player make this a relaxed and comfortable place to stay.

Located at the end of the Cul de Sac at 49 Harrington Crescent, Bawley View is a short stroll to either Gannet or Cormorant beach, Other local beaches, Bawley, North Beach and Murramarang are also in comfortable easy walking distance.

Bawley Point is well known for it's surfing breaks and three of these are visible from the deck and within easy walking distance from the house. If bushwalking is what you desire, then you should enjoy the many and varied beach and forest walks in Murramarang National Park.

If you are after a relaxing or romantic stay then look no further.

We do not charge a cleaning fee and ask that you leave the house the way you found it.
Linen and towels are provided so all you have to do is relax.

Our lovely Beach House is located at Bawley Point on Rosemary Avenue approximately 500 m from Gannet Beach and within easy walking distance of Cormorant and Murramarang beaches.

The house offers 3 bedrooms with a Queen bed in the main bedroom, bunks comprising 1 x double with a single bed above in the second bedroom and a double with a night and day lounge in the rear bedroom. The house comfortably accommodates 6 people. Please note that we do not provide bed linen and towels. There are pillows, blankets, doonas on the beds. There are 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The house also has a private backyard with a deck for your use. The yard is fenced, and dogs are welcome.

Lochiel at Bawley is a spacious renovated beach house. A large deck overlooks the ocean with 180 degree views up the coastline. One can walk down to the beach from the front steps.

Surfing is popular in the area and there are 3 beaches within walking distance from the house. One can watch the waves from the deck and if lucky may catch glimpses of dolphins and whales. The area has many leisure activities including paddle boarding, great walks, and tennis and golfing facilities nearby.

Cleaning and linen (excluding towels) is included in the rental price.

The property also didn’t have any laundry so you couldn’t stay at this property for any longer the. ~3days unless you pack a lot of clothes. If you are looking for a holiday house of original and rustic character nestled amongst the trees, backing onto bush, "The Hideaway" is for you. The house was built in the 1970's by an architect and features a timber ceiling and floors in the main room, with an open fire place. The Japanese inspired design divides the 2 minor bedrooms from the main room with sliding doors that open up during the day. The main bedroom and living room flow out to the back deck, for outdoor eating and relaxing. With 2 bathrooms and three bedrooms, the house comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. The kitchen is well appointed with good quality cooking utensils, and there is plenty of space to store your food in the pantry.

The open fire place adds character and warmth. A few tips for guests who are not familiar with open fires, are to start with several rolled up sheets of newspaper, some fire lighters, and small sticks. Build the fire slowly, stacking wood to ensure air flow. Set the fire to the back of the fire place to avoid it from smoking. Once alight, it will really add to the rustic experience. You can always look up YouTube if you need further help!

Please note, If you are looking for an "upmarket" house with bling, this is not the house for you. It appeals to guests who like an earthy and character filled house. Also, please be aware that during spring, the gum trees drop pollen, which may cause allergies, in which case you can take an anti-histamine purchased form the Bawley Point chemist.

The house is in walking distance to three divine beaches. Grab a coffee from Flo's coffee van, south of Gannet Beach, buy the best sour dough bread from Lagom Bakery (next to the fish shop) at Burrill Lake. Ride your Mountain Bike on the Ulladulla MTB track and grab a pie for Hayden's pies on your way home. Take the kids or do some laps/gym at the Aquatic Centre at Bateman's Bay. Walk along the beaches or find a track in the National Park.

This open plan living area flows seamlessly onto the rear outdoor area through double sliding doors. Natural privacy is provided by the thick grevillea’s which frame the pool & surrounds. Enjoy a beer while sparking up the BBQ watching the kids swim or settle into a great arvo grazing at the 10 seat outdoor dining area. The actual Bawley Point Headland is a great walk as you generally see Dolphins or Whales, but just sit and enjoy the views from there.
The local coffee shop is 5 minutes walk away and there is a local IGA and Bakery just a short drive away. The Willinga Park Equestrian Center is world class and certainly worth an explore.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

Note: Please be reminded that pets are not allowed in the Bedroom.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $55 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.

1. When booking, please include your pet’s name and size in your message.
2. ⁠ must not be left unattended at any time.
3. ⁠Pets are not allowed on the bed, furniture, linen, or bath towels.

Bawley Surf Shack has just been internally renovated giving it a spacious and serene feel.
The open-plan lounge / dining area comfortably sits 6 people. The louvered windows allow the room to be filled with natural light all day long. Guests have full access to the smart TV, NBNand there’s even games & puzzles for the little ones. There is an indoor fireplace & a small oil eater for those cooler nights, or there is a spilt cycle air conditioning for those hot summer days - however good coastal breeze is usually all that is needed.

The kitchen is gorgeous with mint green cupboards and retro tiles. The cold water in the kitchen is micro filtered and safe for drinking! The kitchen provides everything you will need such as Nespresso Coffee Machine and Milk Frother, Espresso Stove top Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle, Blender, Microwave and all the essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar & coffee pods. Or if you want to use the BBQ you can do so on the undercover balcony.

Downstairs is a second bathroom with a Boshe clothes dryer & washing machine, toilet, shower ( cold water only) 1 x 6”8 Foamy Surfboard& a 2 x Boogie boards.

Make use of these fun water activities at one of the many beaches located in Bawley Point! A short 200 meters from Bawley Surf Shack is the “iconic” gantry. It is also just a short walk to Bawley Point Beach, The Gantry, Cormorant Beach plus so much more!

After spending a day in the sun by the ocean you can come back to Bawley Surf Shack and rinse off in the luxurious outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

Indulge in the local eateries such as Luci’s Café for great coffee and food. You will also be situated only a short drive to the local shops which include an IGA, bottle shop, takeaway, chemist, bakery etc. Ulladulla or Batemans Bay with larger shopping centres are only 20-30mins away.

Located just a short walk from Willinga Lake and some of the south coast’s finest beaches, including the favourite Bawley Beach, sits this lovely holiday home.

With its relaxing coastal style, the house is perfect for couples or a family get away. This holiday destination has a beautifully renovated interior and plenty of inside and outside entertaining area options.

Shearwater has a large well stocked kitchen, dining table and lounge area with a smart TV, plus a great gas stove and oven.
The space
It has 3 bedrooms (2 with Queen beds, one with a King bed) and beautiful outlooks including bush behind the property and a large back lawn. There is a bathroom with a large shower and a separate bath and toilet, plus another separate toilet. Laundry and washing machine is separate in the house with plenty of storage if needed. A Weber BBQ is on the main deck for outdoor eating.

There is also a hot/ cold water outside shower for refreshing after a swim or walk, and a combustion wood fire in the living area for cosy winter days indoors. There is reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in all the rooms for the hotter months.

The property is fenced, and backs onto bushland reserve, plus access to Bawley Beach and the Lake are a short walk away. Gannet Beach is a short drive away as well, or a longer walk around past The Gantry, and through Cormorant Beach.

We are close to Luci’s Café for great coffee and food, and a short drive to the local shops which include an IGA, bottle shop, takeaway, chemist, bakery etc. Ulladulla or Batemans Bay with larger shopping centres are only 20-30mins away.

Guests will gain access with keys in a key box.
No access to garage or lower part of the house, and one of the hall cupboards.
Parking is at the front of the property. Please don’t park down the side of the house as grass is renewing, and there is no access to the garage or under the house presently anyway, but there is plenty of parking at front of the house.
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome however need to remain off chairs, lounges and beds etc.
The fencing around the house is approx 3 feet at the front of the house and side of the house, in case that helps you decide to bring your pup. The back is a higher fence and gate to the back lawn.

Linen is available, but you will need to bring your own beach towels.

- "Awesome location, looking north over Cormorant Beach. Modern home, great deck. Actually sleeps 6 adults, not 8 as listed, cause the bunks are juvenile size...can't sleep a teenager in them. Also, hard to sleep in front bedrooms when moon is full..no blockout blinds. Take an eye mask! Unfortunately the owners stuff fills most of the cupboards, so very limited options for your own stuff. Deck would benefit from a sun-lounge, bean bags, some rain protection and lights ...hard to use the deck after dusk cause there are NO outdoor lights. Easy access to beaches, plenty of parking. Take your own toiletries...no soap in either shower, and only one hand-towel for all 8 of us! Property needs better maintenance...driveway drain overflowed in a heavy storm ... could be avoided if maintained adequately. Deck table is dodgy...time for a new one. Note : no airconditioning or ceiling fans. No Netflix/Foxtel. You need to bring your own HD cable or similar. We'd stay again, purely because of the location and breathtaking view."
