The main large bedroom overlooks the river and has a king sized bed. In the wardrobe of the main bedroom, you will find an extra single folding bed which can sleep a fifth guest.
The ensuite to the main bedroom houses a large, deep, spa bath with overhead shower. The second bedroom sleeps two people and the bed can be configured either as a king sized bed or as two long single beds. The choice is yours.

Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and televisions and a luggage rack for each is provided. The television in the main bedroom is on a full swivel. It can be pulled gently towards you from the wall and then swivelled to the left to suit your desired viewing angle.

There is a narrow remote entry lock-up garage which allows internal access into the home.
Under the stairwell inside the home, you will find a storage area which houses the ironing board and iron, floor sweeper etc.
Inside the garage on the wall (accessible from the interior of the property) you will find a rechargeable Dyson stick vacuum cleaner.
There is a separate downstairs outdoor area with seating, also accessible from the living area. There is a wall mounted exterior clothes line beside that area.

Shazza's Retreat, a home away from home in the quiet of Sussex Inlet and surrounding suburbs of Swan Lake, Cudmirrah and Berrara. This part of the South Coast hosts amazing beaches, golf courses and beautiful National Parks where you can swim, surf, fish, bush walk or just relax with a good book in the sun.

My house is situated in a quiet street with fully fenced front and backyards where your 4 legged friend is welcome. It has 3 bedrooms with queen, double and king single beds and a sofa bed if needed.

The quaint kitchen has all the basics needed, gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, toasted sandwich maker and rice cooker. There is a selection of tea & coffee, including some basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, pepper etc) if needed.

The bathroom has a shower and a nice size bath tub for a relaxing bubble bath. Separate toilet and laundry.

On cold days there is a fireplace in the main living area that heats the whole house with some wood provided. Also air conditioning for those hot days.

The family room has a TV & DVD, with a comfy lounge. The dining table seats 6, there is also an outdoor setting for 6 with a BBQ.

- "When we arrived, the entrance through the side gate to get to the house was flooded. We had to carry heavy suitcases, could not wheel them. Not a huge drama, but a suggestion would be to put a footpath from gate to house so we weren't walking in mud. Like coffee machine, even included coffee pods, cling wrap, foil etc., an abundance of cleaning products, it was a home away from home. This house has two separate living areas, one downstairs with a Dvd player for the kids and upstairs is a large lounge area opening up to the front deck. The main bedroom of this home has a queen size bed, built in robes and access to the large balcony overlooking beautiful Sussex Inlet.

The other two bedrooms also offer built in robes as well as two sets of tri bunks, making this house sleep max of 6 adults. Walk out the backyard of this house and you will be amazed by how big and green the backyard is, with stunning native bushes right across the back fence. The house also offers a huge laundry including a second toilet and shower downstairs.

As you enter the house, you'll find yourself in the inviting lounge room upstairs. To the left, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, providing a private and convenient space for some of guests. Continuing through the house, you'll discover the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, which are seamlessly integrated into the same room.

Heading downstairs, you'll find a second lounge room, adding an extra area for relaxation and entertainment. The remaining two bedrooms and another bathroom are also located on this level, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable space. From the lower level, you have direct access to the backyard, allowing you to make the most of the outdoor environment.

Outside
