A charming little yellow brick 1970s beach front cottage has private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). A large back balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you'll can spend most of your time enjoying the beach, when you're not swimming. Culburra is a relaxing suburb. In summer Culburra is filled with people. In winter and autumn it slows down to only the locals (great time to enjoy a weekend away from the city).

Forty Paces offers the perfect place to unwind in luxurious yet welcoming comfort. It has beeen lovingly renovated, impeccably styled and thoughtfully appointed, all with the guest in mind. It's the little things like the fireplace, the hot outdoor shower and the Nespresso coffee machine that make this house feel like a home. From the moment you walk in the door, the stunning water view, the salty air and the sound of the crashing waves, lets you know you're on holiday.
Ideally positioned, facing north, it is a short stroll from the back gate to the patrolled flagged area or to the more sheltered Tilbury Cove. Culburra Beach is pet friendly, so the 4.5km of sandy shore is doggy paradise. You may just be lucky enough to spot a whale or even swim with the dolphins that are often seen close to shore.
With two bedrooms, two living areas and two bathrooms the house works perfectly for a family or friends. Having a separate space for the kids works brilliantly and is a rarity in a holiday house. Cleverly designed, Forty Paces is an extremely adaptable space that also suits those looking for a more intimate and romantic getaway.
The large level fenced backyard is equally as exciting for the four legged family member as it is for the kids. The gardens have been designed with the prettiest of native plants that entice the incredible birdlife in the area, the Black Cockatoo a firm favourite. Bronwyn, the host was lovely to deal with right from the beginning of our booking. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The House
The house has an additional 4 bedrooms and loft, which is unavailable as part of this rate, however guests have unrestricted access to the open living areas of the house, verandahs and surrounds.
There are a number of outdoor sitting areas for you to enjoy, two with beach front views, one off the dining area and undoubtedly the most outstanding is the front deck with its panoramic outlook over the beach leading onto a grassed lawn area.
The house has polished floor boards throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.
There are two bathrooms, both with showers and toilet and the main one also has a spa bath to really relax. Bathrooms have hairdryers and are fully stocked with quality toiletries.
The kitchen is well appointed with granite benchtops, microwave, dishwasher, coffee making machine, quality crockery, stainless steel pots and pans, sharp knives and beautiful glassware. We also have a well stocked pantry salt, pepper, herbs and spices, sugar, olive oil, sauces etc,

Guests requirements
* We are pet friendly but requests regarding bringing of pets MUST be made at the time of booking. Max number of pets is two. We do have indoor and outdoor dog beds and stainless steel food and water bowls. There is a secure area to the left side of the house where your dog can reside when needing to leave the property.
* The guest limits ( 2 adults) apply at all times during the booking. The booking is for couples only with the Master Queen bedroom available. If an additional bedroom is required please advise on booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay and will incur additional charges if agreed to. We will not tolerate couples birthday/pre/post wedding/anniversary events with additional day/evening guests.
* If you receive a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We have neighbours that are permanent residents and therefore guest requirements/ house rules must be adhered to.

Baltica is a 2-bedroom holiday house located only a short stroll to the beaches, the lake, the local cafes and shops in the beautiful coastal town of Culburra Beach. It offers the perfect place to unwind in comfort and listen to the waves.
The house was renovated at the end of 2016, adapting it as well as possible to the needs of our guests. It has 2 good size bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a tri-bunk and a pull-out trundle, bathroom with a walk-in shower and fully equipped kitchen with a revolving pantry. The main living/dining area is air-conditioned, just in case the sea breeze is not enough to cool you down. There is a large screen Full HD TV, board games, some books, magazines and a PlayStation 3 with 2 controllers and a collection of games. The front veranda offers a great place to have your morning coffee, while the level grassed backyard and the gazebo with a BBQ and gas pizza oven provide the perfect setting for your afternoon and evening entertainment.
Culburra Beach is a lovely coastal town nestled between 2 beaches and a lake on the NSW South Coast. Even though it's a very small and quiet place it offers a full-size grocery store, a local club as well as a number of cafes and restaurants and even a day spa, all of which are within 15 min walk from the house. The beach is even closer - about 400 metres away. Culburra Beach is mostly flat and a bicycle would be a great way to get around if you don't feel like walking.
We provide pillows, doonas and linen for all beds as well as bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper. Just don't forget to bring your beach towels.
Pets will also be considered if requested at the time of booking and attract a one-off fee per stay. Pets are not allowed on any of the beds or other furniture provided.
There is also a cleaning fee is which is charged once per stay and a security deposit, which is refundable within 3 days after checkout, providing there are no damaged or missing items.
Baltica is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, so we ask to please keep the noise to a minimum. Parties and events are strictly not allowed.

Enjoy the Bellevue's tranquility when you sit out on the balcony overlooking the Lake whilst enjoying an afternoon beverage with friends and family. The children can play in the parkland surrounds while you watch on from the comfort of the deck or lounge area; all of this can be viewed through the glass doors that lead out onto the balcony. This whole property has been refurbished inside & out and is now a very comfortable - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom cottage with separate powder room plus extra toilet.

Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Front and rear yards are spacious and the front deck was the place to hang out and have drinks. Bathroom arrangement was peculiar with separate bathroom (basin and bath) then a tiny shower room and a separate toilet also. Unusual but made it work although crying out for a renovation and making the whole section more user friendly. Laundry out back was handy and second toilet also good to have. Overall we had a fantastic long weekend in a part of the south cost we love."

This 2 bedroom guest house is a perfect place to relax and unwind. It is attached to a main residence of which no one is in occupation during a guest stay in the guest accommodation.
Start your day by wandering down onto the beach and you could be lucky enough to have an early morning swim with the dolphins playing in the breaking waves right near you. This guest house is attached to a large main house but it is advised that there is no one in occupation of the main residence at any time that there are guests staying in the guest accommodation.

Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Located within a small, peaceful complex of four, Villa Mare is a bright and modern two bedroom villa. With spacious living areas and doors that open out onto a compact, fully enclosed courtyard where you can simply relax outside and enjoy the sea breeze.
Inside the property is wonderfully equipped. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy Netflix on the big screen TV – or listen to some tunes on the Bluetooth speaker. Whilst the kids play with the toys you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary wifi.
When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find 2 bedrooms with inviting queen beds, a sofa bed for two in the living room, a warm shower and extra pillows and blankets if you need them. SO close to Culburra Beach, Dolphinity Beach House is is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends (fur babies included!) Only 2.5 hours drive south of Sydney, you will find yourself immersed in the serenity of beach side life with a stunningly beautiful surf beach only steps from your door. You will be amazed at how quiet and underpopulated our beach is! NOTE: Many post-pandemic enhancements including new bathroom, covered outdoor hot tub and AC on both floors now included
The space
Our beach house is set up with families and groups of friends in mind, with plenty of board games, movies and puzzles as well as TVs in both upstairs and downstairs living areas including Wii gaming console. Our beach house has benefited from many upgrades and enhancements during pandemic times, including a fabulous covered backyard spa/jacuzzi, a new upstairs bathroom and shower, split system air-conditioning/cooling units and a spacious office space for work that can’t be avoided ;-)
The kitchen is well-equipped for self catering including a large fridge-freezer to keep those drinks and ice-creams cold. You will sleep like a baby in our super-comfy beds as you listen to the waves rolling in when the surf is up and love enjoying beach walks, fishing, swimming and surfing at what often feels much like a private beach!
The house itself is two-storey with two living areas and two bathrooms, so there's plenty of room to spread out, and our huge securely-fenced backyard means your pooch can have a good amount of space too. Plenty of room for parking can be found out front too. Bedding configuration is master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with bunks and a built in extra long queen "captain's bed."

Our easy breezy beach house is comfortable, well-appointed and less than two minute’s flat walk to one of Australia's best beaches.
Probably one of the cheapest holiday rentals you'd ever get this close to the beach. Even with upgrades we are offering our place at the same low pre-pandemic prices to encourage our visitors back after missing you all for so long :) You'll have everything you need and will sleep like a baby whilst listening to those waves crashing nearby.

Dolphinity Beach House is the place to go to unwind, refresh and rejuvenate!
We have restored this old beauty giving Dolphinity Beach House an given her a refresh of her own, removing carpet, polishing floorboards giving the bedrooms a fresh coat of paint and purchasing new linens which we provide for our guests to make our beach pad comfier and more inviting than ever!
In the second bedroom there's a set of bunks for the kids as well as luxurious high queen bed.
A games area space with a second smaller wall mounted TV as well as a large selections of board games upstairs means the kids can have more room to be kids while grown-ups can have a bit of well-earned space too. :)
Downstairs living area comprises of larger TV, extensive DVD collection as well as lounge and dining areas. Feel free to use any games and DVDs and make sure you return them to their homes after use.

- "We loved our stay at this cute little original beach house. There was everything we needed to cook and cater for Christmas lunch. The house is across the road from river reserve, not far from beaches and lake.which is part of National Park and full of birds. We swam, kayaked, snorkeled and surfed everyday. The house is not right in the very heart of Culburra though it is close which was perfect for us. Can hear the sound of the ocean and it maintains the feel of a smaller town village which we really liked. Deb was fantastic to communicate with; very generous and responsive. We would definitely go back if holidaying in the area again. "

We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.
Getting Around:
There are endless options for day trips, from hundreds of pristine beaches to the many wineries of the region, the possibilities for your stay are endless. It is recommended that you use private transport throughout the Shoalhaven. There is limited access to public transport and the train service only runs to Bomaderry. Some options may include; Nowra taxi service, private bus, limousine service or car hire.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Bonnie's Bliss is in easy walking distance of everything, and when the urge strikes to have your first swim of the day, you can grab a towel and have your toes in the sands of Culburra Beach in less than ten minutes to float as long as you like in the soothing waves, or for a peaceful swim in Curley’s Bay.
When hunger strikes, cook up a storm on the BBQ to enjoy on the outdoor dining table with your favourite tunes playing on the portable Bluetooth speaker for everyone to enjoy, or stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather with the air conditioning and watch Netflix or play a board game at the table.
Once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights. A skatepark and playground are right up the road from the house for active kids, and a short drive away is the beautiful Wollumboola Lake, which is fabulous for bird watching, walking, or paddle boating. The owners recommend treating yourself to fish and chips from The Little Snapper, or dinner out at Loco Lane Mexican Cantina and Cocktail Bar.
