Linen and towels are provided, you only need to bring your own beach towels, and the beds are made up to make it effortless for your relaxing stay. There's no additional cost.
Your dog is also very welcome to enjoy the house and it's beautiful surroundings, providing they remain from soft furnishing and bedrooms.
The back and front yard is fully fenced and secured. You just need to open the gate and you'll be on the beach in 20 paces.

Quiet private location just 50 meters onto the Callala Bay beach. This beach is approximately two km long and backs onto the beautiful bush of Jervis Bay National Park.
The house is 150 meters from a boat ramp and a wharf that is great for fishing, and with its own resident pelicans. It is close to rock pools, walks, bike tracks and is a three minute drive to shops which include IGA, chemist, butcher, bakery, restaurants etc.
There are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom in the main house.
The third bedroom is in separate cabin with 2+2 bunks, its own TV, DVD and room to relax. It is perfect for older children. A separate small bathroom for the cabin is attached to the main house.

Studio self contained room, with private bathroom / laundry. Easy 200 metre walk through a bush track to the sandy pristine waters of Callala Bay.
Room fits 2 adults sharing a double bed. Self contained granny flat with a separate laundry/shower and toilet. The laundry / toilet area is clean and tidy, however has a slight 90's retro theme. The whole space has private access but shares a wall with the main home.
The main house is a private holiday home and often vacant.
Space has a flat screen TV, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. Double bed in room. Linen, towels and pillows supplied.
Your room will be stocked with tea, coffee, milk. Free wifi also provided.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space in the rear yard, which has plenty of tables and chairs, sunbeds and more to relax on.
Note: the room is set up as per the photos. There is no table and chairs inside the room but plenty of areas to sit in the backyard and on the front balcony.
Dogs welcome, please be aware i have 2 pugs that are very social and use the backyard as well. A $75 one off fee applies to all bookings with a dog. 2 dogs are fine as long as there small.
if you wish to do a spot of fishing, or use a Inflatable kayak just give me a few weeks notice and I can have them available for you to use for free during your stay.

"Jervis Shores" is a stunning, immaculate and magnificent tri-level absolute beachfront town house offering stylish, comfortable accommodation for up to 7 persons. A tranquil paradise tucked away (worlds best kept secret!) at a gorgeous location on the most northern point of Callala Bay. (the most secluded and quietest) Kookaburra's perch on the branch's virtually in your backyard watching you "while the hours away" in paradise!
The views are magnificent and the beach less than a minute stroll from the back door. White sandy beaches and clear blue water stretch across the bay in front of you. Swimming is great for children with gorgeous sand and calm waters.
Dolphins frolic and pelicans occasional glide down to check out the latest fare. Pace will step back as you settle in and relax with a glass of bubbly or a good brew.
As you enter the property, walk up the steps the world opens up when the blue of the bay appears through the glass before you! Breath taking indeed!
The house is architecturally designed with family friendly comfort in mind. 3 levels with privacy for guests in 3 well appointed bedrooms and separate bathroom (King size room with en suite).
Sailing boats bob up and down in the bay as the day goes on. What a way to spend a holiday!

There is a well equipped IGA store, Liquor store, paper shop, takeaway,pizza shop and cafe in Callala Bay's shopping centre (2 minutes drive or a 10 minute walk away).
Nearby Callala Beach has a Golf Club and there are a few more small eateries there.
Currarong (about 15 minutes east by car) has a gorgeous fish restaurant called "Zac's". Bookings for dinner required.
Greenwell Point and Culburra offer more restaurants (Pelican Rocks at Greenwell Point) has won the best fish and chips in Australia award this year.
Culburra has a large Woolworths supermarket and there is a bakery and variety of other small shops. Nowra of course has a large Woolworths, Coles, IGA supermarket for all your supplies.

Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. When everyone is up and ready for their first swim of the day, walk just five minutes to the gorgeous waters of Jervis Bay. The shining sands and sparkling waves continue for kilometers, so go on leisurely walks along the shore, or settle in on the sand for a lazy morning of swimming and sunbaking where the kids and pets can splash for hours.
For mealtimes, enjoy lunch cooked in the modern kitchen or out on the BBQ with the sea breeze and sunshine on the outdoor dining table surrounded by trees. During downtime, battle over a board game at the table, play a game of footy in the huge backyard or run around with your furry friends in the fenced front yard. Enjoy Netflix on the comfortable lounges indoors, and when you need some alone time, take a book out to one of the comfortable lounge chairs.
When it’s time for more adventure, the jetty is close by for the fishing enthusiasts, and there are plenty of parks and beaches to enjoy. At night, build up a fire in the outdoor fire pit and toast marshmallows under a stunning view of the stars above.

When everyone is up and ready for their first swim of the day, pack the beach cart with boogie boards and snacks in the esky, and walk just five minutes to the gorgeous waters of Callala Bay. The shining sands and sparkling waves continue for kilometers around Jervis Bay, so go on leisurely walks along the shore, or settle in on the sand for a lazy morning of swimming and sunbaking where the kids and pets can splash for hours.
For mealtimes, enjoy lunch cooked in the modern kitchen and eaten in the air conditioning, or out on the BBQ with the sea breeze and sunshine. During downtime, battle over a board game at the table, or play a game of footy in the huge, fully-fenced backyard. A separate rumpus room with table tennis means that the kids can have fun as loud as they like whilst the adults enjoy Netflix on the comfortable lounges indoors, then swap so the kids can play on the Xbox and the adults enjoy lawn games like Finska (Viking chess!) in the sunshine.
When it’s time for more adventure, the bay with its boat ramp is close by for the fishing enthusiasts, and there are plenty of parks and beaches to enjoy. Our space is totally unique. You won't find another place with the serenity and privacy, so close to Jervis Bay. You will have your own private entry to half of our beautiful, nearly new country style home. Relax in the two generous bedrooms both with super comfy queen beds fitted with quality linen, your own private bathroom and living area, all private from the main area of the house.
Relax and unwind to the sound of nature on your own verandah. Prepare meals and relax in your own private outdoor fully equipped glamping area with BBQ, fridge, cooking equipment and fire pit (conditions permitting).
You will never have to share this space with anyone.
Plenty of off street parking for those bringing a boat to enjoy the local waterways and abundant fishing.
We have walking tracks through the bush on the property and surrounding bush areas, so feel free to roam and spot wildlife, but please, respect our privacy.
We can cater for young families with porta-cots, high chairs, prams, etc. Please let us know when booking if you need anything.

Can catch a ferry across to Huskisson for shops and good cafes or just enjoy the beaches around Callala. It was raining on and off for quite a bit of our stay so we didn’t make use of the outdoor kitchen as much as we had hoped except to wash dishes (no kitchen sink inside) and to store food in the fridge. Spent most our time when not out and about in the inside lounge area. Lynette provided a number of items for breakfast and there was a coffee machine with pods provided which we made good use of. She was also a very responsive and helpful host. Would recommend this property to others if you like the idea of an outside dining and fire pit to relax around or just a clean quiet place to unwind. There is an abundance of things to do in the area, taking day trips to wineries in Coolangatta, Kangaroo Valley and Berry. Explore the many local National Parks in the area, learn to surf at local beaches in Culburra and Currarong or take the kids down to the Bay for gentle waters perfect for lazing about. Callala Bay shopping centre caters to all your needs, get pampered at our local hair salon, visit the take-away, cafe, bakeries or collect your essentials from our IGA, chemist or butchery. After a game of golf at the local country club enjoy dinner and on weekends live music with friends and family.

- "We stayed for a couple of days. Communication and directions/instructions were clear. The view is lovely. It is right across from the bay with rock pools and snorkeling spots to explore. House was really clean and comfortable! It has everything you need (and a few extras). There is wifi and the tv is able to get all the channels and you can log into all your subscriptions. A small shopping cente is literally down the road for all your needs. Will definitely stay there again!"

Darya Dream, meaning Dream of the Sea, is a perfect choice for families or couples seeking a relaxing, peaceful holiday. This stylish house is nestled on a quiet street in the heart of Callala Bay, an ideal holiday destination just 2.5 hours south of Sydney.
There is so much to see and do while staying at Darya Dream. Guests can enjoy boating, fishing, bike riding, swimming, dolphin watching and scenic walks along the shore.
This spacious home boasts four bedrooms, the main complete with TV and ensuite bathroom. Darya Dream is well equipped for hot summer nights with ceiling fans in three bedrooms and air conditioning in the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. Winter stays are sure to be comfortable and cosy, thanks to the wood burning fireplace in the lounge room.
Darya Dream has a well-equipped kitchen or enjoy a BBQ dinner in the undercover alfresco dining and entertainment area. Bifold windows from the kitchen to the outdoors makes dinner preparations a breeze.
A separate building containing a games room, bathroom and kitchenette provides the ultimate hang out spot. Complete with TV, foosball table, table tennis and a fridge to keep beverages cool while you play.

Darya Dreams has tank water for the gardens, toilets and washing machine usage. Solar hot water and energy efficient lighting.
Darya Dream is a 400m stroll to Callala Bay boat ramp, just 700m to Bicentennial Park where you can walk across a bridge to visit Callala Beach. You can also follow the walking and cycling path from Callala Bay to Callala Beach. The more adventurous cyclists can then continue on to Myola to catch the ferry to Huskisson.

Nowra is only a 20-minute drive away. Berry is located slightly further afield and well worth a visit. There are plenty of pristine beaches to explore around Currarong, Culburra Beach, or a further drive down the coast in Jervis Bay. Booderee National Park is fabulous for walks, including the Booderee Botanic Gardens where you can learn about bush tucker and native medicinal plants. Exploring Beecroft Peninsula and the lighthouse at Point Perpendicular also makes for an excellent day trip.

Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace/slow combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost.

WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Notes

Noise at Properties: NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.
Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

The perfect getaway for the active family. Comfortable and affordable and only minutes to many local attractions including picturesque Wowly Inlet. Enclosed backyard with new covered outdoor bbq and dining area. Feed the abundant natural birdlife (native bird feed supplied) and enjoy the wonderful mornings in the enclosed sunroom.

Welcome to 'Driftwood Callala Plus+' – a coastal retreat in Jervis Bay
An extension of the popular ‘Driftwood Callala,' this entire place accommodates ten guests with lush interiors, a new kitchen, plants, a hammock and a firepit. Enjoy sunsets from the deck. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three smart TVs, a beautiful sunroom, full of coastal charm and authentic artwork designed to make you feel comfortable and at home.
Whilst we are new to this website, as of July 2024 we are averaging a 4.90/5.00 from 244 reviews on a competing website where we have been active for 3.5 years. The reviews speak for themselves and the true reason for this is that we simply go above and beyond for our guests in every measurable metric that we can. Being a local for over 20 years, I have set up messages and information pamphlets for our guests so that they are aware of the plethora of beautiful areas, secret spots, places to dine, community and annual events with the goal to give our guests a truly memorable experience with their friends and family at Driftwood Callala Plus+. I am also beginning to collaborate with several locally-owned small businesses, such as yoga classes, stargazing workshops, brewery tours, kayaking and snorkeling adventures, learning to surf, etc. As a host, we are 100% responsive and are happy to answer any and all questions that our guests may have.

I’ll have plenty of advice on some spots in Jervis Bay that you wouldn’t find in a magazine if you decide to stay here. We pride ourselves on creating positive experiences for our guests. I hope you enjoy my place and respect the rules.

The property is located in the tranquil Callala Bay within Jervis Bay. The beach is just a 7 minute walk from the property and many other beaches and bushwalks are within a 5 minute drive of the property. This is a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood that is laid back and has plenty of nature surrounding the area. You'll be able to go for a walk early morning and likely see kangaroos on people's lawns and friendly pods of dolphins doing their morning laps down by the bay.
We have a shopping centre within 700m of the house which has an IGA, bakery, pharmacy, real estate, bottle shop, general store, fish & chip shop, butcher, hairdresser and physiotherapist.
There are many bush and beach walks around the area, places to fish, places to snorkel and paddleboard. It is a truly magnificent area. If you would like to visit the busier part of Jervis Bay (Huskisson), it is just a short 10 minute ferry ride from Myola.
- "we had a lovely time at Ryan’s property! The home was well-equipped, extremely comfortable, and exactly like the photos. We loved the fire pit and big backyard. The beds were comfy and we really enjoyed the stay. Recommend Sam’s around the corner for a great cup of coffee! We will definitely be back. Ry was communicative and kind. " - "We had a group of 10 with mostly children staying for our trip and there was plenty of beds and space for everyone. The 2 living spaces were great to seperate adults and children at night for movie marathons Our fave parts of the accomodation were the large entertaining table and deck with fire pit. The kids loved marshmallows by the fire. The town itself was quiet and secluded. We wish we were a bit closer to the beach as heading to take the kids out for water play involved a couple of cars and a drive but wasn’t an issue in the scheme of things. Sadly it rained most of our stay and was fairly cold but we were well equipped with board games for the family. We did have some little hiccups with water to the house but thankfully this was only on the last day so everyone was showered and ready for checkout. Ry was easily contactable and handled everything we needed assistance with. Thank you again. We’re talking about our next stay already as a family regular gathering. Thanks for having us. "

Lovingly hand crafted in the style of early settlers from reclaimed and recycled building materials, Barn 91 offers the comfort of modern ammenities, in a unique open plan space with open kitchen, dining, and lounge.
Barn 92 comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the loft.
Barn 91 is a short stroll to Callala Bay and is situated between long stretches of Jervis Bay coastline.
Barn 91 provides a true getaway experience with no distractions. No Wifi, Netflix or Foxtel. There is however good phone reception so you wont be entirely devoid of connectivity to the outside world.
At Barn 91 you can remove yourself from the hustle and bustle and constant connectivity of the world so that you can take time to enjoy the world at a slower pace.
Barn 91 is a short stroll to Callala Bay and Callala Beach both of which offer safe swimming areas for children.

Murray Cottage is a true 70s built Australian coastal cottage, with recent renovations honoring the easy beach style living typical of the period.
Murray Cottage is only 500 meters from the beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay. There are many amazing places to explore and many safe swimming areas for adults and children alike.
Murray Cottage has a covered north facing deck on the back of the house which is the perfect place for watching the sunset while sipping an iced drink.
There is a BBQ in the back yard and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt and sand once you return from the beach.

Enjoy the spacious ground floor of this house all to yourselves. On a corner block situated in a quiet street just a 50 metre stroll to the ocean, close to local shops, it’s the perfect spot for a holiday. The ‘apartment’ comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen and dining and enjoys alfresco entertaining areas both front and back. Kick back and relax!

It’s neat and tidy, and boasts a spacious living room with cool eclectic decor. The large comfortable sofa can be enjoyed by all the family in the evenings. Settle in after a day at the beach in front of the TV.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a gas stove and oven, fridge/freezer, a microwave and dishwasher, and has stools at the breakfast bar. There’s also a dining suite that seats 6. Outside the front of the house is further dining on the covered patio. There’s also a back veranda with comfortable sofa seating and a coffee table to sit at and relax with a book or a glass of wine.
There are 3 bedrooms: 2 Queen beds and a twin room with 2 King singles. One of the Queen bedrooms has a walk-in wardrobe, there are two bathrooms and all linen is provided for your convenience.
There’s plenty of parking out in the driveway and on the street. WiFi is provided and there are ceiling fans to keep you cool and heaters for the bedrooms and living room in August and September. The host resides upstairs and is usually available to help with any queries.
Jervis Bay is a popular holiday destination, famous for its white sand, its waterways and natural wildlife. It’s great for a beach and boating escape. Callala Bay has all the benefits but is less frenetic than the more touristy Culburra and Huskisson.
Only 20 minutes from Nowra and 10 minutes from Culburra, Callala Bay is perfect. It boasts the longest beach in Jervis Bay. Its calm waters are ideal for swimming and snorkelling and it’s a great spot for fishing and boating. Dolphins often play in the bay so keep an eye out!
For nature lovers, it’s an ideal spot for walking, with numerous routes along the coast and through local nature reserves. There is also a golf course nearby at Callala.
The local shops are a kilometre away, offering a few eateries and takeaways, an IGA, butcher and chemist. There's a new skate park here for the kids to play in too.
For an outing, explore the slightly larger townships of Culburra, Nowra and Huskisson. Culburra is only a 10 minute drive, Nowra 20 minutes and Huskisson just under half an hour away.
The relaxed coastal vibe of Callala Bay is the drawcard, and Coco Veranda offers the perfect space to enjoy it. Come and make some memories!
