I needed to leave early for my makeup job the next morning but we had no key to get back into the building and noone was around so my husband had to stand at the main door holding it open to make sure we didn’t get locked out. Otherwise, the pub itself has a really nice atmosphere and if I wasn’t getting up early next day, would have definitely hung around for a drink and listen to the live music. I think it was very reasonable for the price we paid. "

You’ll have basic catering options in your space including tea and coffee making, microwave, toaster and bar fridge, however our barbecue and al fresco dining area can be made available by arrangement. Mind you, Kiama has no shortage of cafes with our nearest just a 5 minute flat walk from home.

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. Its current owners have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds.

The space:
The cottage is a private, self-contained hideaway set on two acres beside the creek and separated from the main house by a grassy field, hill and tree cover. The cottage features a highly functional kitchen with a four burner stove, microwave, tea and coffee provisions including a Nespresso machine, as well as a small kitchen table and chairs. The cottage has been restored to reflect the local flora and fauna. Guests will enjoy a welcome breakfast basket delivery with fresh eggs from the free range chickens on site, a range of preserves, granola, fresh fruit and yoghurt, and a choice of bread. Afternoon arrivals will be welcomed with homemade treats.. The mezzanine bedroom with railed galley stairs is a cosy and comfortable sleeping space, while the sitting area beneath is the perfect place to relax and unwind with a book or one of the movies or board games provided. The front deck is the perfect place to enjoy the morning sun and the beautiful rainforest surrounds with the sound of the Minnamurra river and the birdlife, There is an outdoor setting and Weber barbeque at guests' disposal. The cottage has effective heating and cooling options for cool and warm days. Please note the wood burning stove is not up to current safety standards therefore not usable, but the cottage is lovely and warm with an effective electric heater and electric blankets for winter . It has a lovely cosy feel.

The Cabbage Palm is situated on a quiet street, only 2mins walk from the hustle and bustle of Terralong Street, where Kiama comes alive. You will find every cuisine at your finger-tips and a traditional ice creamery that will have you returning daily the ice creams are that good! Pubs and Clubs are also within short walking distance. The homewares, boutiques and all the gorgeous stores are just around the corner for you to explore.

Kiama station is just a short walk away and connects you directly to Sydney.

We are situation a 5 min walk from Kiama’s famous Blow Hole and on a day of big seas, the Blow Hole experience really is incredible. Enjoy the Kiama Harbour, Surf Beach and for the more adventurous, you can enjoy the Coastal walk, one of the most scenic in the country. Bring your walking shoes and make your way to Kendals, Bombo and Easts Beach.

There is an Epic Playground on Terralong Street completed in 2024, the kids will go bananas and ensure they get a good night’s rest.

The apartment is well located just a short drive to Berry, Gerringong, Jambaroo and Kangaroo Valley. The perfect base for all the exciting events in surrounding areas.

At the Cabbage Palm, if you prefer, you can park your car and not use it until you leave. The location is that good!

Off street parking in driveway. lovely headland walks in both directions and access to safe swimming beach less than 5 minutes walk down the hill.

The Studio is part of the main residence. Fully self contained with own entrance. Owners often away and if in residence very respectful of guests privacy.

Palm Terrace Kiama has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 guests. The apartment is on the top floor (level 2).

Welcome to the Londoner. This Tiny house was Inspired by husband & wife duo, Brett & Gemma’s time living in London.

We wanted to build a high end luxury experience in Kiama, one of the most beautiful towns in Australia. The Londoner was a labour of love, a passion project & something we hope you will get to experience. Every detail has been thought through, from the tranquil outdoor bath & shower amongst the trees to the serene skylight the looks up into the 170 yr old trees.

Every effort has been made to create something a little magical with little nostalgic nods to Gemma’s British heritage.

The Londoner is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, our door undercover seating, beautiful sunken lounge area to enjoy a game of chess or shisha, outdoor bath, outdoor shower and also a secret bathroom to rear equipped with a bath and shower facilities. There is wifi, and three tv’s to enjoy all the latest movies on.
