As you enter Beachscape you'll be captivated by the magnificent panoramic ocean view.

This 3 bedroom house is perfect for a beach holiday or coastal getaway, for families or couples, and the pricing structure supports these options. It is situated in the second block back from the beach to capture the expansive view , so only a short few minutes walk to the sand and surf. As well as the pristine 7 km Dalmeny beach, there is also the lagoon which is perfect for young children, and the adjoining Mummaga lake which is ideal for kayaking, Stand Up Paddling and fishing.
The house is spotlessly clean and has been thoughtfully appointed and furnished for holidays, with the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen all taking advantage of the ocean vista.
This house is all about relaxation. Recline in the lounge and chairs on the upper level or on the verandah, and watch the sunrise over the ocean and set over the lake and mountain range. See the whales breaching out of the water during the southern migration, and get a closer look with the house binoculars. There is a wall mounted smart TV and high speed internet so you can catch up with viewing on demand. The comfortable master, second bedroom and main bathroom are also on the upper level.

The lower level has Bedroom 3 - a twin room, the combined laundry and second bathroom, and a generous living /rumpus space with TV and games cupboard.

There is a modern gas barbecue and outdoor dining furniture on the back lawn. The back lawn is flat, with ocean view to the south and is perfect for grass games like finska and badminton. Small bush wallabies are regular visitors to the garden.

There are many fresh seafood sellers around Narooma, particularly at the Bridge and around in Fosters Bay. The local shops are a few minutes walk and features a well stocked IGA supermarket open 7 days, an excellent fish and chip shop, cafe, and surf shop

If you have bikes you can cycle the 9 km beach path all the way in to Narooma, passing surf beaches and taking you along the famous Mill Bay Boardwalk where you can see seals and Manta Rays. The Narooma Mountain Bike Trails is a fantastic facility close by. You can ride from the house or arrange shuttles and bike rental through South Coast Escapes.

Fish off the beach or in the estuary, or there are numerous boat ramps nearby.
Walk to tennis courts, children's playground or along the Ocean Front paths.
Bring your bikes and ride along the wonderful 8km cycleway that winds along the beaches and wetlands into Narooma. Excellent MTB nearby.
Narooma features a magnificent cliff top golf course.
Great snorkelling and scuba diving.
Dalmeny shops are 200 mtrs away with excellent supermarket and Michaels famous fish and chips.
Whale watching and fishing charters are available from Narooma harbour, including trips to Montague Island.

We have collected our furniture, artworks, and other items over many years. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do and look after them.
The house, decks and gardens are strictly no smoking.
Please note that no stiletto heels are allowed in the house, please care for the timber floors.
When returning from the beach, please wash feet and keep the sand outside. There is also a warm water outside shower for when you come back from swimming.
Do not sit on the furniture with wet bathers.
Please bring the outside cushions inside before it rains.
Do not leave the gas fireplace running all night.
Please ensure the windows and doors are closed before you depart and that the house is locked.
Check-in is no earlier than 2pm on the date of arrival. Departure is before 10am unless otherwise arranged.
Guest Numbers: No more than 8 people in the house at any one time unless otherwise agreed in writing. (strictly enforced).
Furniture: On departure, furniture must be left in the same location in which it was found.
Ensure the BBQ is cleaned and turned off.

Cancellation Policy;
1. $250 of your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel outside of 6 weeks of your arrival date.
2. 50 percent of your deposit amount is non-refundable if you cancel within 4 to 6 weeks of your arrival date.

This house is suitable for those seeking a family holiday and to have time to recharge and recoup. (PLEASE NOTE: Strictly NO parties, excessive loud music and limit loud noise after 10pm)

This quaint coastal house features an air conditioned open plan living and dining area which opens out onto a spacious covered deck. The elevated deck offers guests the perfect spot to enjoy the serenity, soak in the views, enjoy a good book on the daybed or just relax with the family over a meal.

The kitchen comes fully equipped including a Nespresso coffee machine and also has all the little things you may need such as salt & pepper, herbs & spices, tomato/BBQ/soy sauces, vinegar, cling wrap, foil, baking paper, oil, tea and sugar.

To complete the amenities downstairs, there is a modernised bathroom with shower, bath tub and toilet. There is also a well appointed laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board/iron and clothes horse.

Upstairs, the home has 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children.

The generous, air conditioned master bedroom has a king sized bed with a day lounge perfectly situated under a window with water views.

Your kids will love the kids room which has single bunk beds plus an extra single bed, also with views of the water from the window.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
Pedestal fans and oil heaters are provided for bedrooms 2 & 3.

Don't clog up valuable space in the car with linen as bedlinen, blankets, bath towels are all provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

Enjoy a movie on the 55 inch LED TV from the extensive range of DVDs for both adults and children provided or bring your own. WiFi is also provided. Kick back on the oversized couches and feel the stress leave your body. There are also board games and books available.

The house has off street parking for 2 cars or 1 car and boat/trailer. Unfortunately, the garage is reserved for owner use only. There is an area under the house (see photos) where you could secure any MTBs, alternatively, the back verandah.

'Memories Lakehouse' is pet friendly and well behaved pets are welcome. They are only allowed downstairs and must be kept off all outdoor/indoor furniture. The public area behind the house on the foreshores of the lake are not leash free areas so please keep your pet supervised at all times and clean up after them if needed (a pet scoop is available). Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure.

The deck and yard is fully fenced, however, the grassed area is limited so please check the photographs for suitability. The house may not be suitable for large, active or multiple pets.

Please look carefully at the floorplan to make sure it suits prior to booking, there is only 1 bathroom in the house located downstairs; all bedrooms are upstairs (photo of stairs can be seen in the gallery); size of the main bedroom is much bigger than the other bedrooms.

This is a family home in a quiet residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down and STRICTLY no smoking and no parties or events.

Unfortunately, if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition, our cleaners will charge us additional fees which we will need to pass onto guests.

Dalmeny Shores 3 bedroom 2-storey house is the ideal getaway for a couple, family or extended family gathering, very close to beach and shops, affordable and with pleasant views. It is not a party house for noisy schoolies groups, football teams, etc as we require quiet after 10pm, for our adjacent guests and neighbours.

Enjoy watching the waves roll onto the beach from the comfort of contemporary leather lounges in the upstairs lounge room, or switch gaze to the quality original artworks or the 55" Smart TV with Netflix and Blu-ray DVD player or your pianist playing the Alex Steinbach piano, in ducted reverse cycle airconditioning.

Or move the entertaining to the large covered balcony overlooking the sea, complete with weather screens. Dine alfresco or at the large dining table adjacent to living room and the fully equiped modern kitchen, complete with dishwasher.

The large upstairs master bedroom has a queensize bed, generous dressing table and its own wall mounted LCD TV and similarly opens onto the large covered balcony and is complemented with a spacious ensuite bathroom. Dalmeny

Dalmeny is a beautiful village 6kms north of Narooma. It is located on a headland flanked by endless beaches in both north & south directions.

Noted for its beach fishing and prawning, but good catches of fish are also taken from the rocks off the headland and from the safe lake. For those with boats, a ramp gives direct access to the open sea and Montague Island.

The lake is also a favourite venue for sailing and other water sports. The lake entrance is a particularly attractive safe swimming area for small children, with large areas of flat, clean sand and gently moving shallow water.

Dalmeny has its own bowling club (three excellent greens and clubhouse), tennis courts, and shopping centre. It is only 6 kms along the beautiful beach road to the added attractions of Narooma, which includes one of the most spectacular 18 hole golf courses in the world.

We boast the warmest winter temperature and the lowest annual rainfall of any area on the South Coast. A really pleasant climate all year round. Just the place to relax and enjoy your holiday.
