I love my guests to set the pace. If they are on the Gold Coast for the first time and want a local guide then often I will go out with them and have fun myself. Others are independent and we say good morning or goodnight as we pass in the home! Up to you.

We value our 5 star ratings and love to give 5 stars. This accommodation is classed as a non serviced apartment to keep our price very low for the region. Daily clean up by all ensures no huge weekly clean is required. Yes..that includes each guest each day (largely to avoid issues with Australian Drop Bears).

As such everyone over 18 is required to clean. Our suggestion is only five minutes per day total in the bathroom and the kitchen area. Please read the room manual. Take note of all notices especially for safety, especially in the laundry.

Everything required is provided including eco-cleaning materials. If anything is missing please let me know via text message ASAP. If you have any concerns please also text me regarding cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and bathroom areas.

The good news!!! We have high speed unlimited WiFi! Feel free to listen to music as you cook or clean.

My place its walking distance to Robina Town Centre, Titans (CBus) Stadium, train station & bus terminal, Robina Hospital, High School, Library. Short drive to beach & theme parks.. You’ll love my place because of the tranquil atmosphere, comfy bed, home comforts.. My place is good for couples, solo and business travellers.

The space
My property is a three bedroom town house. I have two queen bedrooms with firm but comfortable matresses. The main bathroom and separate toilet are for the sole use of guests. I don't generally let both rooms to airbnb guests at the same time (although there are exceptions), you are welcome to book both rooms, so the bathroom and toilet are exclusively yours and located directly outside your bedroom door.

On the lower level is the sitting room, a light quiet space with comfy sofas which is available for your use.

There are ceiling fans for cooling in both bedrooms. This bedroom does NOT have air conditioning.

Its a comfortable home with modern furnishings. There is a desk in one of the bedrooms if you need to do some work whilst you are away and there is free wifi.

I live in a small gated complex which is very tranquil. Beautiful gardens and you can access the common areas which are lovingly manicured with fountains and gardens. You may use the shared swimming pool and hot tub, in accordance with the rules of the complex.

I am happy for you to use the kitchen to prepare light meals or heat food but would prefer that you don't cook or use the stove/oven. Microwave, toaster and kettle are available for this purpose.

I usually provide a light self-service breakfast, for at least the first day of your visit, which you can enjoy in the alfresco area. If I am away whilst you visit you will need to make your own breakfast arrangements.

Tea and coffee are available for you.

On street parking is 3 hour only from 9am to 5.00pm Mon-Fri although there is plenty of parking there and you would be able to move your vehicle easily with minimal effort. It is located directly outside my house. In some circumstances you may be able to use my carport directly outside the front door and within the gated complex.

During your stay
I will generally be available in person or by telephone during your stay. I am happy to give you the privacy you desire though will be on hand should you require any assistance.

If you have any issues I would be grateful if you would please communicate them to me immediately so I can endeavour to assist.

If you are happy in my place, then I am happy and I'd like to try and ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

If you would like any tips on places to visit, how to arrange things, etc then please do ask.

This property is not suitable for gatherings. I would prefer that you do not have guests visiting as this is my home.

The property is located within a small gated complex, due to the proximity of neighbours this property is only suitable for guests who are happy to keep noise to a minimum.

The space
You will have your own private room and bathroom ensuite. You can also use the laundry (also located in front to your room) when needed. You will have a lock on the door in your room, and the building and the area are very safe.

The bathroom/toilet is right next to your room, a fully private ensuite, but also has another door that connects it to the rest of the apartment, allowing you to go directly to your bathroom from the laundry, etc.

In addition, there's a little balcony with a small table and chairs that will help you to enjoy the amazing view.

We don’t share the kitchen. However, you have a mini fridge in your bedroom and a kettle with cups and plates. We have tea and coffee available for our guests.

There's street parking available, is close to the building. But please when parking ask us and make sure it is free so you don't get a ticket as other places nearby are not free.
