Breakfast at the harvest was extremely average but its a buffet so its what you'd expect. Kids absolutely loved the chocolate fountain and ice cream for breakfast. So much going on as its almost new years, we loved the hype. Staff were attentive and lovely (with broad shoulders, having to deal with high maintenance people and their silly unwarranted "complaints" staff deserve a medal for having to deal with people like this they handled it so professionally) thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We would love to come back and stay again next time we are back in the gold coast. "

The room was spacious and, like the rest of the hotel, was aesthetically pleasing and sleek. Very nice shower and bathroom. We had a small issue with the air conditioner not working in our first room and they had us switched to the next one in an hour and offered a bottle of wine. One point of feedback were the beds, which both my friend and I found to be very uncomfortable. They were hard and lumpy and the pillows weren’t great so we both tossed and turned a lot every night. The only other thing is that we had a lovely ocean view, but according to the pictures, we thought we were getting an open air balcony with an ocean view. Ours was a closed in balcony like an atrium and the windows didn’t open properly so we couldn’t get the sea breeze or the sound of the ocean, which I’d been looking forward to. I’d have to go back and check whether this was my oversight and I didn’t read the description fine print, but just something to keep in mind. We both rate the hotel and would stay again.
