Didnt get to experience the pool on the upper level as kids enjoyed the larger pool with music etc. The whole hotel had a beautiful scent through it and was very clean. Breakfast at the harvest was extremely average but its a buffet so its what you'd expect. Kids absolutely loved the chocolate fountain and ice cream for breakfast. So much going on as its almost new years, we loved the hype. Staff were attentive and lovely (with broad shoulders, having to deal with high maintenance people and their silly unwarranted "complaints" staff deserve a medal for having to deal with people like this they handled it so professionally) thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We would love to come back and stay again next time we are back in the gold coast. "
