The kitchen is fully equipped although there were no accompaniments usually found in apartment rentals, like salt, pepper, oil, etc. you are also only provided with one dishcloth one garbage bag and one kitchen scrubber, for multiple day stays perhaps leave more of these as expecting a traveller to either bring cleaning supplies or do a grocery shop is a little much, especially when you require the property to be left clean and garbage removed. You won't need a car to access all that Broadbeach has to offer, the surf, the buzzing eateries, Conference Centre, Star Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping and transport hubs, are all within a few minutes walking distance.

Our building, Savannah, although older, may not offer a marble foyer, however, the location is outstanding. The apartment has been refreshed with emphasis on convenience and welcoming comfort. You won't need a car to access all that Broadbeach has to offer, the surf, the buzzing eateries, Conference Centre, Star Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping and transport hubs, are all within a few minutes walking distance.

Full access to swimming pool and heated spa, both enjoy sunshine until late afternoon. The BBQ, bench top and sink, are under cover. Dining settings and sun lounges complete the holiday atmosphere. Change Room and Bathroom facilities are in the pool hut.

We take pride in our offer. Our cleaning schedules go well beyond the norm. Our bedroom linens, doona inserts, bed toppers, mattress protectors and pillows are refreshed regularly. We clean our windows, balcony and outdoor furniture regularly. The kitchens and bathrooms are deep cleaned regularly, and yes, we do check the cupboards, drawers, and even down to the detail of every glass, on our daily routines. We can offer this attention to detail because we do the cleaning and preparation ourselves, no third parties.We treat each and every guest check in with the same commitment to detail.
