- "This property is just excellent - pure class!! The set up is fantastic and the communication wonderful. Just prior to lockdown due to Covid, we had an unexpected visit from cousins across the ditch - NZ, we also had our elderly parents in need of a sea change and some time out . So we looked for a quality place to stay, three bedrooms, space to move , central location - not too much walking etc . Not only was this first Avenue property perfect but it was also sheer luxury . It is so well looked after and so well set up ,the bedrooms spacious and deluxe, the kitchen has everything you require , even though there are restaurants and cafés right at your doorstep. Sawtell is a picture perfect little town - amazing for walks and the beach. Our host ,generously left delicious nibbles and milk etc for our arrival , So lovely, and then also rang and checked if we were comfortable and everything met our needs , a very kind gesture. The lift in the building , for our elderly parents was modern , smooth and a blessing . To this day , they still talk of the wonderful time they had. Little did we know how blessed we were to stay in a top little town , in beautiful accommodation and that the memories of our great little trip with our extended family would assist us throughout the Pandemic lock down period . We cannot recommend , this accommodation enough its the best and John is a delightful caring host . We will definitely be back !! "

This spacious studio apartment ( built March 2020 )has a large living area/kitchen which is flooded with natural light and leads out to the room’s full length balcony. It has a well appointed bedroom and beautiful adjoining bathroom . There is a large wardrobe, separate toilet and hidden laundry. It is a short 5 minutes drive from Sawtell beach and 10 minutes drive from the Coffs Harbour Stadium. Situated 3 minutes from the highway, anywhere on the Coffs coast is accessible.

Meals can be prepared in the small functional kitchenette and we provide a continental breakfast of muesli, yogurt, pastries, fruit and orange juice. A gourmet platter and champagne on arrival can be organised for a small additional cost if requested. Just communicate your needs.
A relaxing night in, watching movies, reading from the well stocked library or playing board games are another option.

Whilst we are on a residential street, we are extremely close to the action. The renowned quaint Jetty Theatre is literally a 1 min walk and you are spoilt for choice for cafes, restaurants, artisanal bakery, tourist attractions and natural beauty virtually on yr doorstep. There is also laundrette down the road if needed, because lets face it, who wants to do laundry whilst having a break?

SEA BREEZE SAFETY BEACH B & B is a new fully self contained light and airy 1 bedroom air conditioned apartment. It consists of a large bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed (1000 count cotton sheets) a combined kitchen/ living room, with a double size sofa bed and a fresh and bright bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a full size fridge, compact oven and hot plates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Breakfast consists of a selection of cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast and condiments. There is a flat screen TV (plus one in the bedroom), with Foxtel and Stan, and free WiFi, We are situated a 5 minute walk to Woolgoolga RSL 18 Hole Golf Course and an easy 15 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) to miles of gorgeous beaches. It's a short 5 minute drive or an easy 30 minute walk along the beach to the coastal township of Woolgoolga (known by the locals as Woopi) where you will find a number of great restaurants and cafes. Woolgoolga Diggers Club and the Seaview Tavern Hotel offer a free door to door shuttle bus service. If you prefer to do your own cooking we have a Woolworth's 2 minutes down the road and a lot of specialty stores in Woopi. During the months of May thru to November you will see whales swimming past especially if you walk up to Woolgoolga Headland. Safety Beach is renowned for the number of friendly kangaroos that live here. We can guarantee you will see a number of them munching on grass or relaxing in the sun. Our apartment is located and easy 20 minute highway drive south to Coffs Harbour and 30 minutes drive north to Grafton. We are half way between Sydney and Brisbane...Perfect place to break up your trip!! There are some beautiful drives surrounding our area, it's a lovely drive up to Dorrigo or out to Nana Glenn (where you might spot Russell Crowe who has a house there). You will never be bored in our area there's always plenty of activities - swimming, fishing, golf, walks, waterfalls, kayaking to name a few. The ocean is as close as it can be in Woolgoolga. Whale Watch is are situated 100 meters from a patrolled beach. Within 200 meters you can be sitting on a peaceful rock with your fishing line and for those who would prefer to beach fish it is a short stroll in the other direction and the boat ramp provides access for boats and deep sea fishing. A surf school operates virtually at the front door for morning sessions and for the surf enthusiast it is an easy stroll over the grass to the waves.

The adjoining back-half of the cottage is home to Coffs Coast Accommodation s designer corporate office.
Crackers is pet-friendly and is decked out with a doggy bed, water bowl and a starter pack of doggy treats. An off the lead dog-friendly beach is also within walking distance.

Holiday in the popular Jetty area of Coffs Harbour and take in the breathtaking views from this trendy 2-bedroom refurbished apartment. Living and entertainment space:
The air-conditioned open plan living space is lovely and light, with a cool coastal vibe to the décor. In the lounge area, you will find cosy couches with a big screen TV and the dining table seats 6. With a breakfast bar and stools, meal prep can be a social affair in the sleek kitchen which is fully equipped and has an oven, cooktop, microwave and full size fridge/freezer.
Glass doors lead out to the east-facing balcony with an amazing panoramic view out over the sparkling ocean. Cook up a BBQ, sit back with a cool drink and soak up the wonderful ocean breeze as you listen to the waves lapping at the shore.

The studio is modern (2023) and open plan . It is located under our 2 story home. It's bright and cozy and has everything you need for a short stay in Coffs Harbour. We are a family of 5 with our minature dashund, Luna.
The space
The studio is open plan with a small kitchenette equipped with microwave, expresso machine, kettle and toaster. The ensuite bathroom is modern and spacious.
Guest access
Access is by a path down the western side of our house. The studio is screened off and the small area is completely for guests. However, it is not totally private due the proximity to our upper deck and living area (see pictures).
Other things to note
We named the studio Kahon in jest. We have done our best to insulate the floor above the studio. However, with timber floors there is still some noise that travels. Occasionally our kids stomp around the house and the noise can carry. We do our best to be mindful of guests. However, if you are sensitive to noise, Kahon Studio may not be for you.

Fully equipped with all the required household items so you don't need to leave except to walk the beach, and swim in the pool, have a game of tennis, or have a BBQ in the under cover area with outdoor seating.
Downstairs has a bedroom with queen bed, feather doonas, different styles of pillows, a walk-in wardrobe and the bathroom with spa bath and shower.
All our bed linen including quilt covers are freshly washed for your visit, you can use the sheet or just the quilt, whichever way you prefer it.
You will find beach chairs, beach towels and tennis rackets in the bedroom cupboards. There is even an outdoor shower along the walkway back from the beach and a tap just outside the front door.
The villa has a Smart TV with Apple TV that can be connected to the internet, please note that Live TV reception is not very good at the resort. The TV apps are installed for use with your login.
The calendar is usually set to weekly stays (with a discount) , if you'd like to stay for fewer nights, feel free to drop us a message, and we can consider your preference. Minimum is two nights.

You may be able to spot whales from the balcony travelling during migration between May and October.
Sapphire Beach is beautiful and quite remote with very few visitors, you can walk for kilometres to the North or the South along the beach. Please note that the beach does not have red and yellow flags. The beach can have strong currents and big swell. The closest patrolled beaches are Diggers Beach and Park Beach to the South. Jetty Beach is enclosed by the harbour and good for swimming or have a go jumping off the Jetty. Moonee Beach to the North has an estuary and creek.
The restaurant at the resort is currently closed. There is a Thai Restaurant at Nautilus resort a couple of streets away which is open every night.
The petrol station at the top of the resort has essentials as welll as some local produce.
The closest supermarkets are in Moonee Beach - about 5 minutes on the highway to the North, and Park Beach Plaza in Coffs which is 5 minutes to the South.
