Just a few minutes walk is Moonee Beach reserve and estuary with endless water activities to be enjoyed. On high tide you can kayak/canoe or paddle board up the estuary to either fish or explore the wonders of the waterway. Swimming against the tide in the estuary is also a popular form of exercise for many locals. As is an early morning surf at the beach. Alternatively you could go for a walk to the headland in search of whales and dolphins or further beyond along the beautiful beaches to the north and south. This is part of the great Solitary Island Coastal Walk from Sawtell to Arrawarra (60km).There are BBQ’s and a picnic area right on the estuary for you to take full advantage of.
Moonee Beach shopping centre is just 5 minute walk with all the amenities you would need, including 3 dining options. In the same complex is a 24/7 gym and indoor swimming pool. Across the car park is the Moonee tavern and bottle shop.
Moonee Habitat BnB is located just off the A1 highway 7 minutes north of Coffs Harbour. Buses run daily to Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga, there is also a local taxi service. Pick up from the airport can be arranged.
If you're a cyclist there are cycle lanes both on the highway and local roads to the north and south of Moonee Beach. As well as many great rides into the hinterland on the western side of the highway.

We were treated to a coffee they kindly prepared for us before we set off. Bon Villas B&B Bonville
Homestead Villa - which can sleep up to 6 people, with large kitchen, lounge and dinning area, plus three bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) plus bath and shower. Please note that the Queen bedroom is also a thoroughfare to the lounge/kitchen area. Also has 2 separate entrances plus undercover parking and a large enclosed verandah.
We allow dogs but because we have our own pooch, Bronson, who is only a small Boston Terrier X French Bulldog, we do insist all dogs be kept on a leash, at least until we know they get on with Bronson who is very friendly, well trained and socialised.
Dogs that have behaviourial issues or are aggressive are not suitable to stay here. Your dog must not be left in the room alone if you plan on going off site as that can leave them quite stressed. Please bring their food and bed to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Any damages caused by yourself or your dog will incur charges.
Please clean up after your pets and remove any “unwanted parcels” from the garden.

Studio Villa - a self contained cottage for two with king size bed, lounge area, ensuite, dinning room and kitchen, separated from the main homestead it has its own private entrance and undercover parking.
We allow dogs but because we have our own pooch, Bronson, who is only a small Boston Terrier X French Bulldog, we do insist all dogs be kept on a leash, at least until we know they get on with Bronson who is very friendly, well trained and socialised.
Dogs that have behaviourial issues or are aggressive are not suitable to stay here. Your dog must not be left in the room alone if you plan on going off site as that can leave them quite stressed. Please bring their food and bed to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Any damages caused by yourself or your dog will incur charges. Please also pick up after your dog.

Our guests love that the Guest house is so private. It is nestled at the bottom of our sloping block but is still elevated enough to catch glimpses of the split solitary island. The large deck is a winner and we often hear that people love to sit out there in the morning enjoying the sun, the sound of the birds and enjoying watching the lambs prance around the agricultural plot below. It's an easy walk to the Jetty's restaurant strip and famous markets.
There are two bedrooms that both have a large amount of storage space. A compact bathroom with washing machine and dryer. A cozy living space with a leather lounge. The kitchen is fully set up and has a breakfast bar for meals. The living area opens onto a spacious deck with a wonderful view. There's comfortable outdoor furniture to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view as well as a Webber bbq. There is a private pedestrian access to the back lane. The guest house is fully fenced.

The trade-off for the views and the private yard is a 30m uncovered walk from the bottom our driveway to the cottage entrance (there are umbrella's). If you park on the street it is 60m uncovered walk to the Cottage.

The space
The studio has one bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed and a living room/kitchnette. It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, not suited for 4 adults though. It's on the ground level of our house and we live above, so you will hear us and our dog foot step a little bit at time . The back door opens onto a patio and a shared garden, and it has been designed to cook and eat outside. A gas stove, and a BBQ are available (that will need to be cleaned up before you leave). Linen, bedding, and towels provided.
Please note that our house is a 25 years old family home and Coffs Harbour can be very humid. Be aware that there is a fan but no aircon in the studio, people with breathing issues such as severe allergies or asthma are better to rent elsewhere to avoid problems. Being at the ground level it is probably getting more dust from outside and can sometimes be damp depending on the time of the year. We have an extra matress and trundle bed so we can accommodate another child if needed for families of 4.

The property fronts a paperbark-studded billabong that’s home to many kinds of waterfowl, including ducks.
Conveniently located a kilometre from the highway between Sydney and Brisbane, Duck Heaven is less than 10 mins from the beaches of Urunga and Mylestom, 15 mins from Bellingen and 20 mins from Coffs Harbour.
The space
Duck Heaven has a rustic vibe that will suit people looking for a space that’s a bit different.
It has a queen-sized bed with a comfy mattress as well as a sofa bed that could sleep an extra adult or child.
Please note that the studio is open plan. The bedroom area is one leg of an “L” shape, so it has some privacy from the sofa bed in the living room, but there’s no door separating them.
The kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger and bar fridge, as well as crockery and cutlery.
We supply a simple breakfast of cereal, milk, tea and coffee.
The billabong that runs on two sides of the property is home to many species of waterfowl, including wild ducks, spoonbills, herons, egrets, purple swamp hens, and the occasional jabiru.
We don’t advise swimming in the billabong as there are many other beautiful watery spaces nearby without mud and eels.

The studio and the fenced courtyard are all yours. From inside the studio, you can enter the garage via a connecting door to access the laundry, additional clothes hanging/drying space, and a selection of books in a glassed cabinet.
The studio occupies about half of the mud-brick building that was the original home on the property. The rest is our garage and laundry. The car kept there is not used much, so it’s unlikely you will be disturbed by the sound of the roll-a-door.
Our own house is down the hill and is fenced to keep our dog confined, so please be careful not to leave any gates open if you need to visit us.
If you follow the driveway through a pocket of rainforest down the hill past the main house, you can explore the garden and billabong area and meet our small flock of mixed poultry.
Other things to note
We’re in a rural area so you may encounter some insects, possums, bandicoots, brush turkeys, or a (harmless) green tree snake or carpet python.
We have tank water and a septic system.

The space
Our Cubby House has grown with our family over the years. From storage room to nanny accommodation and teenager's study cave it has come a long way and been fully renovated and freshly carpeted in 2024.
Where there used to be palm trees and an island garden bed we have now created our tranquil blue oasis to share with you.
After renovating the bedroom we added a brand new cabin to house a kitchen and bathroom with laundry facilities and installed air-conditioning in both the bedroom and kitchen for heating and cooling.
Both buildings are now connected by a breezeway creating a cosy readung nook with beautiful sunset views.
Please note that due to the creation process stretching over several decades the rooms are at slightly different floor levels, all just a single step up or down and there is a low clearance of 195cm into the bedroom. Unfortunately this means our unit may be unsuitable for the mobility impaired.

You have the entire guest house to yourself and can enjoy your stay knowing that your hosts are available to help with any queries when needed but far enough away to give you complete privacy.
Access is through the shared front gate. Simply follow the driveway straight past the main house into the backyard and you'll find The Cubby House at the end of the drive way.
If you arrive after dark there will be plenty of automatic lights illuminating the way.
We are happy to accept last minute bookings and late night arrivals are no problem either due to the easy check in procedures.

The king size bed and sofa bed are in the same room. the sofa bed sleeps an extra 2 people but takes up a lot of space in the room when extended so the unit is not suitable for longer stays of more than 2 people.
We are happy to host pets on request. Please contact us to discuss prior to booking as we have two cats and a guinea pig roaming free.

Here you will see many Eastern Grey Kangaroos and beautiful bird life. The bed is very comfortable and all linen is provided. The Pouch is spotlessly clean with quality inclusions. This is a couples retreat only; no children allowed due to the close proximity to the waters edge. Close to shops and cafes.
The space
If you love Australian wildlife then The Pouch is the place to visit. We regularly have tourist buses pass by as everyone loves the kangaroos. The bird life is abundant here: parrots of many colours, water hens, ducks, galahs', kookaburras', magpies, honey eaters, rosella and frogs. There are no street lights here which helps to create an ideal place for nocturnal creatures such as possums and owls. It is so peaceful and quiet. The perfect place to relax and unwind. Many guests say they just don’t want to leave. Come and enjoy!

Our property is two and a half acres and you are most welcome to walk around within the boundaries. It feels very private. We have many tall gum trees' here and we only ask that you don't wander around under these when it is a windy day; old tree branches can fall without warning. Having said that there are no trees in the direct vicinity of The Pouch cottage. The park where we live has a circuit road which is idea for bike riding and jogging (approx a 3km walk around the block). The B & B is tucked in behind a large three bay shed which creates privacy and quiet from the local traffic. Free off road parking is at the front of this shed.
Other things to note
We have a local shopping centre called Moonee Market. There is a Coles, Aldi supermarket, chemist, butchers, newsagency LPO, cafe, take-away, bakery, bottle shop, and even a gym. There’s a great new garden Centre just down the road with a lovely cafe. The access on and off the highway (heading North or South) can be made at the Moonee Beach turn off ramp. We live about 5kms from Moonee beach and 14 kms from Coffs Homebase.

The river is there for fishing, we have fire pits for hire during the winter months and the swimming pool is available during the warmer months. The children’s playground is there to keep the kids busy. Communal bbq areas and picnic tables are scattered around too. If all else fails, visit the office where you can participate in a book swap or hire board games.

We also have bbq areas, camp kitchen, and children’s playground available to all guests. Fire pits also available during low fire danger (generally the winter months).

You can find us halfway between Brisbane and Sydney, 3km off the Pacific Highway in the small town of Repton, just 10 minutes drive from the well known arts and craft town of Bellingen and just 15 minutes south of the conveniences and attractions of Coffs Harbour.
Our 2 bedroom Villas sleep up to 6 guests and are self-contained, providing a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, private facilities, linen and gorgeous waterfront views of the Bellinger River.
The space
Guests are welcome to make use of all facilities at the caravan park. The river is there for fishing, we have fire pits for hire during the winter months and the swimming pool is available during the warmer months. The children’s playground is there to keep the kids busy. Communal bbq areas and picnic tables are scattered around too. If all else fails, visit the office where you can participate in a book swap or hire board games.

There is a guest amenities block. There is a water filling station, baby change area as well as laundry within the amenities block. Opposite the office is our pool. We also have bbq areas, camp kitchen, and children’s playground available to all guests. Fire pits also available during low fire danger (generally the winter months).

There are a number of lovely restaurants in Urunga from Anchors Wharf by the river, a Greek influence in the Sundance Taverna, the Hotel View Pub, Thai and Chinese and a number of cafes all within walking distance to the beach and board walk.
Urunga have 2 small supermarkets Spar and Foodworks, Bellingen has a larger IGA, although Coles and Woolies are only 20 minutes away at Toormina.

The space
The property is located on the hills close to Macauleys Headland. The guesthouse has its own entrance, driveway and off street parking close to the guesthouse.
The elevated front deck (up 5 steps) reveals the stunning panoramic views taking in the southern edge of Macauleys Headland, Mutton Bird Island and the ocean in between. On a clear day distant coastal mountains are visible to the south.
Visiting whales are visible May to October
If arriving on a Thursday afternoon you might see members of the Coffs Harbour Yatch Club racing around Mutton Bird Island. Parachute jumpers can often be seen floating toward the southern end of Park Beach. On the horizon, cargo and container ships are often visible.
On entering the home you enter into an open plan living area with sea views. The full kitchen with dishwasher is on the left and the breakfast bar can be located near the kitchen to provide extra bench space or in the living area, under the window. The new lounge has a large ottoman for relaxed TV viewing with multiple streaming services via starlink unlimited internet.
There is a separate bedroom with queen size bed and new supportive mattress with pillow top. All linen and towels are supplied. A full ensuite adjoins the bedroom.
The rear deck (down 3 steps) is the spot to sit if you enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine. It also has sea glimpses and overlooks a reserve. Kookaburras often sit in the trees on this side of the home. Bush Turkeys usually wonder around the open woodland under the trees.
The washing machine and clothesline is tucked away on the side of the rear deck.

Other things to note
Guests may be required to reverse down the private access road as there is limited space to turn around. The elevated location means our neighbours have the same issue and you will find neighbours are very courteous.

A local landcare group tends to the reserve areas adjoining the backyard and guests may see them in the distance.

There is also an enclosed grassed and paved courtyard and undercover area with alfresco dining and allows your furr babies to be safe when out shopping and exploring with the option to feel to try your luck hanging ten at the local beach with complementary surfboard at your disposal. - No laundry ( if you need washing done, we can do this for you from the main house for an additional charge)
- We live upstairs with 2 kids. The studio is located on the ground floor under one wing of the main house. Even though we paid extra to have the studio fully sound proofed during construction, unfortunately you still do hear us/our kids at times above. We try our absolute best to remain quiet at all times, but sometimes it is inevitable some sound may transfer.
- We do live on quite a steep driveway ( hence the good views!) we have a designated car space at top of driveway for you but if you are not a confident driver we would suggest you park on the street and walk up the driveway. Otherwise drive front facing up onto the rocks ( where the studio is located) and either park there or reverse back into the open visitor car space then when you are leaving you can drive down the driveway front facing also. ( easy once you do it the first time).
- there is no air conditioning. There is a sturdy ceiling fan above the bed and multiple windows for cross breeze. Fortunately because built into rock/under house, the studio is fairly cool all year round.

The space
Featuring a queen-size bedroom, a double bunk with single bunk on top and an extra matress and cot upon request, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, and air-conditioning. An economical and comfortable place to stay for both business or pleasure. Located in the semi-rural suburb of Emerald Heights. The unit is located underneath the house occupied by the owners and is completely self-contained. Emerald Beach is a short 3 min drive away, Woolgoolga is 5 mins and Coffs Harbour is 20km away.
This unit is close to the sea on one side and surrounded by leafy trees and bushland on the other.
Outside the unit is fairly simple. Should we have the pleasure of hosting your next stay, we hope that you see the improvements we make over time and invite you to come on the journey with us and witness our progress. Our aim is to turn the property into a semi-farm stay with chickens, bees and a vege patch. We hope to have better outside amenities in the future including a BBQ area and utilisation of the balcony.
The neighborhood is semi-rural which means that there are critters and wild animals around. There is an abundance of wildlife, from native birds to wallabies and lizards. The property is sprayed regularly for insects but being rural means they can still be around. Bug spray is provided for this reason. There are baits for mice but please let us know if there are any unwanted visitors and we will take care of them straight away.

The unit is on the ground floor, however the driveway is steep and not suitable for anyone in a wheelchair.
The property is unfenced. Children will need supervision when outside.
Other things to note
There is a dog on the property and her name is Bella. You will likely not see her as she spends most of her time with us upstairs or doing her favourite thing which is going for walks on the beach :) In the unlikely event that you should meet her, she is large and will likely bark to alert us that there is someone she doesn't know on the property. She is not aggressive and will not approach you but rather bark from a distance.

The space
Located at the back of our property Mullaway Studio is private and tranquil, where you can relax on the deck looking out to a lush garden and beautiful bushland backdrop. There is a full kitchen, open lounge space, two bedrooms and a bathroom/laundry. A private outdoor shower and bath for guests to enjoy for sandy wash-downs after beach days and also for the ultimate outdoor relaxation under the stars. Off street parking is at the front of our property and with a 40m walk down to the studio along gravel path.
You can say hello to our chickens on the way past!
Less than 10 min walk to two beaches and boardwalk; along the way you'll pass our local general store. For families there is Mullaway Park tucked away among the gum trees right beside Mullaway Beach. There are many more beaches, bushwalks and bike tracks, all within short driving distance too - including reknown surf break Arrawarra Headland and Wedding Bells Mountain Bike tracks.

Thoughtfully appointed and beautifully styled, this freestanding poolside studio is centrally located to all the attractions the Coffs Coast has to offer. Modern, light and airy, we've thought of every detail for the perfect getaway. Situated in a quiet street with Coffs Central shopping centre only a 2 minute drive, 10 minutes to pristine beaches and 2 minutes off the Pacific Highway, Studio 26 is ideal for couples holidaying, those travelling for business or an ideal stop-over for travellers.
The space
Studio 26 is a modern, Hamptons-inspired oasis which is centrally located just two minutes drive from the CBD in a quiet suburban street. Whilst surrounded by neighbouring properties, the freestanding studio is set back from the street and is totally private and peaceful, surrounded by tropical gardens and with direct pool access. Private entry is via electronic keypad. Undercover, off-street parking is accessed via the driveway to the side of the main residence and is just steps from your front door.
On arrival, you'll be welcomed through the double French doors to your own private space which is air-conditioned for year-round comfort. The studio opens to a large poolside deck surrounded by tropical gardens and includes a BBQ. Please note this area adjoins the main residence but the owners value your privacy as much as their own.
The bedroom is beautifully styled with a quality queen size mattress dressed with soft bamboo linen, perfect for a sound night's sleep. There's a wardrobe with ample storage and a dedicated office desk for the business traveller.
Moving to the lounge/dining area, the large comfy lounge is perfect to languish in whilst watching the 55" smart TV. This area also includes a dining nook.
The fully equipped kitchen is a modern light-filled space. Thoughtfully appointed with plenty of space, a ceramic cooktop, microwave, kettle and toaster. The under-bench area also includes a combined washer/dryer for extended stays.
The contemporary bathroom is styled with a relaxed, natural vibe. With quality linen and fixtures (including a brilliant shower head), the intimate space will leave guests feeling instantly refreshed.
For the coffee lover, the Tin Donkey coffee shop with treats is just a short stroll to the end of the street. The adjoining Corner Store also has locally sourced grocery items and flowers.
Guest access
During your stay, you'll have the entire studio exclusively to yourself including the outdoor deck, pool and tropical gardens. Make yourself at home, relax and unwind!

Studio 26 is perfectly situated between the many pristine beaches of the Coffs Coast to the east and the tropical World Heritage Gondwana Rainforest at our doorstep to the west.

This is an absolute' to die for' creative stylish apartment with extraordinary ocean views in the beachside village of Emerald Beach.
The space
We have three apartments available. The others are listed on Airbnb also, called ArtHOUSE Beachfront No. 1 and No. 3. So, if there is no availability here please try the other. Our apartments are absolutely unique in design and location. This particular apartment has ocean views from every angle with complete glass frontage and outside surrounding decks and gorgeous coastal gardens for privacy. The space is an open plan design with a queen size bed, lounge areas, two televisions, a self-contained modern and new kitchen with all appliances, and a beautiful sleek bathroom. All linen and consumables are provided for guest convenience.

Guests can access all parts of their beachfront apartment.

The only other things to note is that you are surrounded by beaches and national park and may get a visit from the local kangaroos!

Flamingo House is an impeccably styled retreat just 250m from the heart of Bellingen.
Our Palm Springs inspired 2 bedroom ground floor apartment boasts two oversized bedrooms that open onto a bright open plan lounge & kitchen.
There is a private grassed front yard and only a few minutes walk away to Bellingen’s famous brewery’s , cafes, river and shops.
We are also conveniently located across the road from the Bellingen Markets, park, tennis court and children’s play area.
The space
Bellingen is a small bustling community half way between Sydney and Brisbane in the beautiful hinterland just 20 minutes to the beach. It’s located on the base of Waterfall Way on the Bellingen River.
Bellingen is peppered with cafes and restaurants and beautiful alfresco areas to unwind. Art galleries, leather goods, woodcraft and the old butter factory. There is no shortage of things to do.
The famous Saturday markets held the third Saturday of every month and the Growers markets are held on every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month are a must do.
And for the golf enthusiasts, you haven’t played until you have hit the green at Bellingen

Parties:
One of the things we pride ourselves on, is offering a comfortable and restful nights stay with us at Flamingo House.
Whilst we love get together with friends unfortunately, we need to be strict about “no parties” as our beautiful neighbourhood is full of families with young children so we can not tolerate any loud music after 10pm. Due to liability issues , our backyard or upstairs ( private residence) is not available for use.
The brown leather folder on the coffee table contains wifi passwords as well as lots of fantastic restaurants and cafes and pub recommendations where you can let your hair down and make some noise.
We hope you understand and that you too enjoy a restful nights sleep with us.
