This coastal hideaway provides a spacious room that has a sitting area near the window to sit in the sun and read or have a cuppa. There is also a lounge area to sit and watch TV (Netflix, Disney & Free to Air Apps all provided), and a double bed at the rear in a nice peaceful area under the Avocado Tree.
You also have a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge (sink and bench space are provided in the laundry).
There is a sofa that can be made up for an extra charge so please enquire if you are needing two beds.
The bathroom and toilet are accessed via the laundry leading straight of your room via an internal door. These spaces are shared but are mostly closed off to the rest of the house when possible during your stay.
The front garden has a hedge that provides privacy from the street and is a beautiful place to sit surrounded by trees.

As this flat is under a main residence there is some noise from footfall, and the main entrance, so if absolute quiet is your desire this may not be the property for you, but as we're family friendly, we don't mind the noise of the kids playing, so please don't worry!

If you’re not up for the challenge, we totally get it & reckon another property might suit you better. In the cabins, our lounges & beds are off-limits for your four-legged mates (we’ve got luxury linens that don’t mix well with paw prints). If the fur flies, there’s a $75 cleaning fee.

Pets in our resort pool? Nope. Our designer sun loungers are for human bums only & our pool is strictly for non-furry swimmers. Break this rule, and you may not love the $150 pool cleaning fee.

Also, no pets are to be left alone in the cabin—ever. It’s just not on, for them or for us. And sadly, we’ve got to say no to cats altogether. They’re top-notch escape artists, and this property just isn’t suited to their mysterious ways.

NATURE LOVERS, MEET THE LOCALS 🐨🐍
You’ll be on 15 glorious acres of Aussie rainforest, so don’t be surprised if you bump into some of the locals: koalas, birds, snakes, and the odd cane toad might pop by to say g’day. The space
Private residence. All newly renovated in 2019.
Our unit is well maintained , has a private entrance from a laneway, private walkway to the beach and located metres to award winning Shelter Cafe. Comprising of bedroom, bathroom, lounge room internal staircase ,modern kitchen, ocean view deck a single lockup garage plus external car park.
Park the car and walk to all you may need for a relaxing holiday.
We are happy to accommodate babies under 6months. Sorry not suitable for young Children or Pets. NO air conditioning. Yes WiFi , Sea breeze & Ceiling Fans in bedrooms .

A peaceful centrally located cottage. With private access, a relaxing patio with BBQ surrounded by palm trees. Spacious open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining, lounge, and laundry. Our cottage is near Prospect Lake and less than 5 minutes drive to Ballina Beaches. Access to walking and bike paths that lead to the lake, beaches and town centre. 500m from the golf course and less than 2 minute walk to East Ballina shopping village, excellent food and coffee.

The space
Eastside cottage built in 2023 features raked ceilings, a spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. A battle axe block at the back of our home, this cottage has a private entrance and is fully fenced off from the main house.

A short work along a stone path you will find our peaceful centrally located cottage. With open plan living, two spacious bedrooms complete with queen size beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen lounge and dining room, a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, and features a patio with outdoor furniture and Webber BBQ.

Included is a picnic basket and blanket. Only 200m walk is prospect lake which provides a shady lake front park and lovely picnic spot.

Access is provided through a private entrance, along a stone path to a fully fenced off cottage area.

Guests have access to the cottage and yard within the fenced area.

The space
The property offers one queen bed and bunk with a double on the bottom and single on top, a combined lounge and dining room, a self-contained kitchen and one bathroom with a laundry.

The house is light and airy, with a sizeable yard and large, comfortable living areas to either curl up with a good book, or cook up a storm for friends and family. There is also undercover parking for one car and a large patio area for entertaining.

If you're feeling active, take a short stroll to the stunning Shelly beach, just moments away, or take advantage of one of the many bike or walking trails around Ballina and enjoy the beautiful coastline up close. The property is only a short drive to Ballina, where you will find a huge range of shops, cafes and restaurants.
