The space
This coastal hideaway provides a spacious room that has a sitting area near the window to sit in the sun and read or have a cuppa. There is also a lounge area to sit and watch TV (Netflix, Disney & Free to Air Apps all provided), and a double bed at the rear in a nice peaceful area under the Avocado Tree.
You also have a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge (sink and bench space are provided in the laundry).
There is a sofa that can be made up for an extra charge so please enquire if you are needing two beds.
The bathroom and toilet are accessed via the laundry leading straight of your room via an internal door. These spaces are shared but are mostly closed off to the rest of the house when possible during your stay.
The front garden has a hedge that provides privacy from the street and is a beautiful place to sit surrounded by trees.

-We have housemates living in the eastern wing of the main house a well as a couple living in the tiny home. If you need us we live in the western wing of the main house.

-Insects: as we are a rural property there may be some insects that you are not used to. These are generally harmless but we have insect spray under the sink and insect repellant in the second drawer. Please keep the front door closed to prevent insects coming into the studio.

We have a couple of small very friendly dogs (1 only there occasionally). The pool area is clean and tidy with a new, partially shaded deck to lounge on.

We will always respect your privacy but are available for questions and advice as needed.

As this flat is under a main residence there is some noise from footfall, and the main entrance, so if absolute quiet is your desire this may not be the property for you, but as we're family friendly, we don't mind the noise of the kids playing, so please don't worry!
