The environment is beautiful, it is the best energy field to learn Zen and too much energy.The center is 30 minutes away by bus, 40 minutes by train from the Gold Coast, and about 30 minutes by car from the airport.The center also provides English teachers, so that Chinese people can have a wonderful memory of studying here.

As we are a meditation centre we like to retain a peaceful and quiet environment, therefore we would appreciate no noisy or disruptive behaviour, so that you may also enjoy your stay here

1; Check out time is as advertised on page except most Saturdays when Check out time is 9 am.

2; As we are a Meditation/Retreat Centre, we do not allow smoking, alcohol or meat and fish on the property, we are totally vegetarian.

3; We do not encourage children or pets here to the Centre.

4; As we are on 20 acres of native bush and wild life. It is important to stay on designated pathways while looking and walking around the property as there are the odd snake and ticks. On occasions strong winds can eventuate in falling branches which can be very dangerous.

5; Each bed is supplied with sheets, pillows, blankets and or donna's, also a towel.

The space
Our guest house will give you the experience of living tiny with the same luxury's as a house. Its similar to a hotel room in size but with all the necessary amenities and a spa with in.

you can access Spa guest suite and the surrounding rural grounds and play equipment for kids. sheds are out of bounds along with the pool grounds in renovation. in the main building Access 24/7 laundry for dryer access.

Other things to note
There are other guests coming and going from property. There is a friendly brindle dog on property however he is normally with maintenance man, fenced at rear of yard or on dog runner. No guest is expected to put up with the dog roaming the yard if they dont want a dog around. You may be asked if you mind if he is allowed have a run around out of his confines but this is strictly at YOUR discretion, you will not offend anyone nor be treated differently if your answer is no. Guests choice comes first. chickens sometimes roam the yard too, these are harder to contain, some are escape artists. please don't feed them at your door, go to the large grassed areas at front or back yards.

This retreat studio is seperate to the house with no access between spaces. there is a seperate parking for this studio. Completely private room with seperate entrace. this Rochedale retreat is 10 minutes walks to Drake supermarket. Bus stop is 1 minute away. Easy access to the Brisbane city by bus or car via M3.

Swimming pool to use and plenty of shops for food just a short walk or drive away. Train station not far. Between Brisbane and the Gold Coast so the best of both worlds. The guesthouse is an open plan studio with a partitioned sleeping area. The sleeping area has a queen bed, plenty of storage and direct access to the patio and garden
The lounge has a fold out style sofa bed which would comfortably sleep an adult or two children. A travel cot for infants can be provided on request.
There is full sized kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals.

Guests have access to the whole guesthouse via a private entrance at the front driveway of the property.
There is direct access to the patio, garden and deck from the sleeping area.
The patio area has been screened for guest privacy, but guests are invited to use any part of the garden or deck and should note that the outdoor areas are shared with myself and my family

The driveway has shared access. As we live full time on the property we ask you stay towards the right side of the property. Although you are welcome to wonder down to the dam and enjoy the front yard.
