2; As we are a Meditation/Retreat Centre, we do not allow smoking, alcohol or meat and fish on the property, we are totally vegetarian.

4; As we are on 20 acres of native bush and wild life. It is important to stay on designated pathways while looking and walking around the property as there are the odd snake and ticks. On occasions strong winds can eventuate in falling branches which can be very dangerous.

The space
Our guest house will give you the experience of living tiny with the same luxury's as a house. Its similar to a hotel room in size but with all the necessary amenities and a spa with in.

you can access Spa guest suite and the surrounding rural grounds and play equipment for kids. sheds are out of bounds along with the pool grounds in renovation. in the main building Access 24/7 laundry for dryer access.

Other things to note
There are other guests coming and going from property. There is a friendly brindle dog on property however he is normally with maintenance man, fenced at rear of yard or on dog runner. No guest is expected to put up with the dog roaming the yard if they dont want a dog around. You may be asked if you mind if he is allowed have a run around out of his confines but this is strictly at YOUR discretion, you will not offend anyone nor be treated differently if your answer is no. Guests choice comes first. chickens sometimes roam the yard too, these are harder to contain, some are escape artists. please don't feed them at your door, go to the large grassed areas at front or back yards.

Located in the beautiful Dennis Lake/Daisy Hill Koala Park (tourist attraction) enclave only 19kms from Brisbane City, a 30 minute drive to the beautiful Gold Coast/theme parks and only a five minute drive to the M1 freeway. The property is a five minute walk to John Paul College which is ideal for international exchange students. A truly lovely stay and base for holidaymakers, business travelers and exchange students.

You will have the fully self-contained kottage all to yourself.
You will be staying in a modern and well equipped 2 bedroom, 1 office,
2 bathroom kottage.
Main bedroom (with ensuite) has a comfortable queen bed and the second bedroom (next to the main bathroom) has two comfortable single beds.

The drive way is a common driveway shared with a truck business. Don’t be intimidated by the trucks however be careful driving up to the carport area on right and please do not let children play on driveway.

Nestled amongst the Scenic Rim you will find our guesthouse set in a peaceful and quite rural setting with a tropical outlook.

The space
Spacious and clean 4 bedroom 2 level guesthouse on a 7 acre property situated in a tropical setting with a large secure outdoor alfresco area with outdoor table setting, bbq, hot tub and fire pit.

Open plan lounge, dining area and large kitchen with breakfast bar.

Separate internal laundry and a huge downstairs bathroom.

The massive upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite, large walk in robe, TV with heaps of free to air channels and is fitted out with queen bed. Also has an area that is suitable to set up an extra bed if needed.

Bedroom 3 is also very large with a queen bed and built in wardrobe. (Downstairs)

Bedroom 4 is a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed and built in wardrobe. (Downstairs)

The guesthouse is separate from the main residence and is quite secluded with a large tropical rainforest garden in between the two.

We are located in Riverbend, in between Jimboomba and Flagstone in a large acerage area.

It’s an easy 45 min drive to Brisbane city or Brisbane airport and 45 mins in the other direction to the theme parks and not much further to the Gold Coast.

Close to Tambourine Mountain and the Scenic Rim surrounds.

2 mins or 5 mins (either direction two locations) to Woolworths, Coles & Aldi and a big selection of take away outlets and a number of dine in restaurants.

Price per night is for 2 people and additional guests are an extra $30 per person per night.

It's a clean, family friendly guest suite on 1.3 acre land overlooking big backyard and sitting next to bushland, wildlife.

Guest suite has its own private entrance, outdoor space, private kitchen, dinning, living area, bathroom and bedrooms. Guest suite is separated by two locked hallway doors which assures privacy from our main family home.

Carbrook Cottage is a brand new residence and the owners have thoroughly enjoyed landscaping and setting up the cottage with the comforts of home.

Award winning Sirromet Winery is only a short 8 minute drive away making this a fabulous accommodation option for weddings or Day On The Green concerts.

This bushland retreat is perfect for a quiet get-away amongst nature or an exciting holiday visiting tourist spots (20 mins to theme parks, 30 mins to Gold Coast, Tamborine Mountain, Brisbane and easy access to Moreton Bay islands). It's modern and completely self-contained with all amenities including fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry and sparkling pool. The space
This 12 acre property is located high up in the hills overlooking Belivah, Bannockburn and Windaroo. There are also much more extensive views to the city, bay and islands. The property consists of grassy slopes and also some uncleared bush areas.
The guest apartment (completely separate) is actually the whole ground floor of a large 2 storey house.

The guest accommodation has it's own entry and includes a private, spacious deck, attached to the pool area which is for your exclusive use. Guests are also welcome to explore the rest property, for example the uphill section of the property (even better views) and the fruit tree area on the lower slope.

Other things to note
For more than 5 people, there is an extra charge of $20 per night per person. The (2) bedrooms sleep 5 but there is a sofa bed in the living area for 2 extra people if necessary.
The property has many slopes, some unfenced steep areas and native bush. You are welcome to wander around the property but be mindful to supervise small children. The rock gardens outside your unit are not fenced off and therefore small children need to be kept out of these areas.

Plenty to do in the area like visit the Daisy Hill Koala Wild Life Sanctuary (5min) Play at the local public golf courses (7 and 10 min). Montain bike or hike at the Cornubia Forest Nature Reserve (1min). Our place is only 20min drive to Dream World and Movie World, 20 min the other direction to Brisbane CBD.

Please note that there is another part of the house that may be rented out separately. However, Your space is completely private and has its own entrance and private yard area. Please be mindful of the noise level should there be other guests staying in a separate part of the house. In particular, when watching TV please keep the sound not too loud to minimize the noise levels. When parking in the driveway, please park on the left side only. If you have two cars, just park one in front of the other. There is also free street parking available.
