Bruns B&B is one of the original high-set Brunswick Heads guest houses. Located in the heart of town, it is just a short stroll to the river, beach and cafes.

The accommodation consists of two classic Queenslander bedrooms with high ceilings and timber lined walls, one room featuring a queen bed and the other can be configured into either a King size bed or 2 single beds. Both rooms has TV and DVD player on request. There is one large shared bathroom with shower and a large bath. Each room sleeps a maximum of two guests. The space
This coastal hideaway provides a spacious room that has a sitting area near the window to sit in the sun and read or have a cuppa. There is also a lounge area to sit and watch TV (Netflix, Disney & Free to Air Apps all provided), and a double bed at the rear in a nice peaceful area under the Avocado Tree.
You also have a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge (sink and bench space are provided in the laundry).
There is a sofa that can be made up for an extra charge so please enquire if you are needing two beds.
The bathroom and toilet are accessed via the laundry leading straight of your room via an internal door. These spaces are shared but are mostly closed off to the rest of the house when possible during your stay.
The front garden has a hedge that provides privacy from the street and is a beautiful place to sit surrounded by trees.

The room is private with it's own entry & lockable door to the bathroom, toilet & laundry. Bathroom & toilet are for guests only. Access to bathroom/toilet is via the laundry that is a shared space.

My place is beach side Suffolk Park so just a three minute walk to the beach and ten minute walk to the Suffolk shops,pub,bakery and restaurants.Its a ten minute drive into Byron.

The space
The studio is comfy with a double bed,lounge space opens to a kitchenette where you’ll find a microwave,toaster,kettle,toasted sandwich maker,hot plate.
There is a lovely view of the garden from the bench for dinning.

Outside the studio is a private deck and a small garden full of frangipani

The space
This is a lovely and quiet separate studio located at the back of our property. The studio has a private entrance as well as a private outdoor courtyard.

There is space for you to park your car on our property and the studio has everything you would need including a well-equipped kitchen with a stove and microwave, however no oven.

In the studio, there is a dining table with room for two, and outside in the courtyard, there is space for eating as well as relaxing. On the southern side of the studio near the front door, there is more seating that looks out to the trees in the nature reserve.

There is a desk looking out to the courtyard for those who need to work, along with plenty of storage for clothing and other items.

The bathroom is small yet spacious, and it has a generous-sized vanity with plenty of drawer and cupboard space.

Guest access
Full access to the completely private studio and outside courtyard. You will have your own parking space on the property and we'll give you access to the laundry whenever it is needed

Other things to note
We live in the house upstairs, however the studio is completely private including a private entrance and outside courtyard.

This property is not in Byron Bay, it’s in Ocean Shores.

We have a dog, Frank who you may notice around, however, there is no way at all for him to access the studio with its private entrance.

It may not be for everyone but for free spirited, peace and nature lovers, our property is magical.

The space
Welcome to our wonderful older, character two bedroom, clothes optional guesthouse. It has two bedrooms, bathroom with laundry, kitchen with all appliances, dining area including outside on the deck. The apartment overlooks the magnificent Byron coastal hinterland and ocean and Byron lighthouse in the distance.

Although there is a bathroom inside the unit, there is an awesome outside bath and shower to enjoy if that's more your style. The ocean panorama can be seen from the shower and the night sky can be enjoyed from the bath.

We are an organic household so prefer not to use harmful or toxic sprays to control insect pests. Unwelcome guests find their way inside from time to time so our place is most suitable for guests who don't mind living among a bit of nature. If you find a spider or insect you don't want to share the space with, let us know and we'll evict them.

The driveway in is a bit rough but is easy for any car if you take it slow.

Guest access
The apartment is private with its own separate entrance down a set of steps from the parking area. It's part of a bigger house but is screened off from other guests and residents. Someone will be around to welcome you as you drive in and you will be given a tour of the accommodation. If we're out when you arrive, we will leave detailed instructions on how to find your Airbnb.

Other things to note
The entire property is clothing optional, with emphasis on optional. It's about freedom so no one is asked to be nude or clothed and you can be as free spirited as you like on the day. If you have no interest in naturism but would like to stay at our property, you're most welcome as long as you are comfortable in a hippie, naturist environment and support or at least respect the rights of others on the property to enjoy a clothes free lifestyle. If you're curious and haven't felt sunshine and the breeze on your entire body before, we have the place for it. Our property is safe and secluded and you will likely not be seen by others anyway, so why not give it a go!
