Fencing between houses ensures the personal privacy for both dwellings.

Flat areas of lawn around the cottage are eminently suitable for kids to run and play.

Guests have access to the farm house heated swimming pool between the hours of 10am to 6pm. Feel free to wander past- say Hello!... and enjoy the special views from the pool.

Nick and Perina Oliver live on-site in the original 100 year homestead located approximately 70 metres away. - beyond the fence... and are happy to chat.

Due to the topography of the land - sounds travel great distances through the valleys - quiet time after 11pm please.

The cottage is a short 5 minutes drive from Federal Village

The cottage is 1 km from roads and traffic, on a long private driveway.
You will SLOWLY weave your way over 5 cattle grids.

You may also encounter very friendly and inquisitive cattle in the paddocks - hugging the warm bitumen strips in winter
Tooting and yelling will generally move them off.

In the mornings be woken up by birds and kookaburras and on occasion -when he is in residence -the "bellowing" of our Koala bear. .. Gone "walk-a-bout" lately

The 10 acre property has been planted with a variety of tropical fruits - perhaps a grapefruit for breakfast, mango for lunch and a pomegranate for dessert!
The star attraction is the privacy and the beautiful Wilsons River that provides an excellent swimming hole and a regenerated rainforest to wander through or have a picnic lunch.

The layout of the cottage includes combined kitchen and dining room, lounge, main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed, bathroom and covered deck.

You're in the hills but we do have everything a modern holiday maker could want - Electricity, cold and piping hot running water and will be turned on prior to your stay. We have an upright gas stove & oven, fridge, dishwasher, wood burner and cd/radio/ipod dock, tv and dvd, basic furniture, cutlery, crockery, sheets, blankets and dooners for all beds + a CD library and some games and cards. Outside you can cook on a great wood barbeque or on the gas barbie. Plus we have an iron, electric blanket and all the kitchen appliances you’ll need to whip up delicious meals.

The Federal Store: The store is the only shop in the village and is a meeting place for the locals for anything and everything. It acts as the supermarket, bottle shop, post office, newsagent and eftpos outlet.

Some tips: A torch for night time spotting, gum boots for wet weather, table linen for glamour dining and beach towels for taking a dip in the creek or the sea.

Trips in the area

Within the region can be found a number of attractions.

Byron Bay:
Eastern most point of Australia. Lots of restaurants and shops in this rapidly growing tourist spot. Beaches such as Wategoes, Broken Head, Tallow and the Pass are well worth a visit. A pleasant walk and picnic can be had from Wategoes to the lighthouse. There is a golf course on the south side of town.
Ballina:
The home of the big lobster, movie theatre and airport.
Bangalow:
A ‘pretty’ town and now bypassed by the highway. The town has been restored to it’s former glory and hosts galleries, second hand/antique stores and cafes. Try the Woods and visit the country market on the last Sunday of the month.
Minyon Falls:
15 minutes by car from Federal is a 300m cascading waterfall into the valley of the palms. Picnic grounds, look outs all set in rainforest. A number of walks, including a 5km walk to the bottom of the falls.
Brunswick Heads:
10 minutes up the Pacific Highway from Bangalow. Great pub for a counter lunch and lots to discover.
Lennox Heads:
Best right hander on the coast, but watch the rocks.
Nimbin:
Hippyville!
Lismore - Lizard ville:
Bustling regional centre 30km west of Federal. Supermarkets, cafes, airport and University.
Mount Warning:
A day trip for the more adventurous.
Mullumbimby:
A 10km drive from Federal along the Coorabel ridge, giving breathtaking rural and coastal views. ‘The biggest little town in Australia’
The Channon:
30 minutes west, tricky to find but worth the trip for the monthly market (2nd Sunday) great variety of plants, food and crafty produce. Along with the sights and sounds.
The Gold Coast:
Only an hour up the highway to glitz, glamour and gluttony. Casino, Pacific Fair and airport.

The cottage is cosy and arty.. filled with my paintings. The cottage consists of a bed/sitting room, a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom. All 3 rooms open onto the open patio and garden. Please note that the bathroom is not ensuite. Entry to bathroom is via the patio. There is a washing machine and BBQ . The kitchen has all the basics. There is a queen bed and a comfortable sofa that folds out to a double bed.
You will have your own access path from the road, and use of the back garden under the poinsettia tree. You can also use the house clothes- line. NO extra guests, visitors or parties. This is my private home and I value my privacy. The private garden is a sanctuary for birds.
**PLEASE NOTE this property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are some single steps and uneven pathways.

Walk into town along the beach, road or bike path. Or drive. It is just 2kms into downtown Byron Bay. There are many tourist and travellers information centres in town. The airport connecting buses will bring you to the door. There are bicycles (and cars) to hire in town.

Valleydale Cottage is the ideal romantic relaxing holiday destination for two. You'll have complete privacy with the cottage and 90 acres to yourself and your partner. You are close enough to enjoy the colour and diversity of the Byron Bay region.

Rosebank Farm (on which Valleydale is situated) was established as a dairy property in 1895. Since then the farm has had dairy, commercial orcharding, beef cattle and tourism as farming activities. Valleydale cottage was completed in 2003 as a tourism venture. The goal was to build a unique place to celebrate special events for couples, to simply take time out from busy lives and to reconnect with nature and partners.

The cottage has been built in a farmhouse style with recycled wood. A verandah wraps around the cottage on all 4 sides giving access to fabulous valley and farmland views. We stock an essential pantry, which includes: ground coffee beans, black, green and peppermint teas, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pasta, flour and rice.

Amenities in our kitchen include a four burner gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and toaster. We have a plunger and a stovetop coffee maker for the coffee aficionado!

Love Lane is a quaint, bespoke cottage nestled on a picturesque 39-acre permaculture focused farm in the amazing Tweed Valley, and sitting on its very own 3 hole practice golf course with club house.
Enjoy romantic starry nights by firelight and relax whilst watching an outdoor movie next to the festoon laced firepit, or soak in our luxurious outdoor extra deep cast iron bath or cool soaking trough under a canopy of illuminated trees and endless nights sky with endless privacy.
Our beloved cottage is a fully self-contained, 1 bedroom cottage and has a separate toilet and shower, legendary king size comfort bed and linens, BBQ, a huge selection of classic DVD's and an old school arcade gaming machine.

We will leave feed so you can feed our free roaming sheep, chickens and ducks. The cows are not to be fed by guests

EXTRAS
•With prior notice, we can prearrange some indulgent pampering with a Couples or individual Massage by our own Massage Therapist in your very own private living room or under the trees, with a wide view of our serene farm with grazing animals and orchard. *This is at an additional cost of $125 per person and subject to availability and payable at property direct. ($50 non-refundable cancellation fee if cancelled within 48hours prior to massage)
•Or you can opt to hire our massage table with towelling and homemade oils for just $45 for your entire stay.
•The kayaks are for hire for $10 each with 24 hours notice. Hire is at guests own risk and comes with life jackets. There are some beautiful creeks, rivers and dams within 25 minutes drive so if you have a Ute and tie downs you’re not going to be disappointed.
•The bikes are for hire, free of charge with notice. You can explore the Northern Rivers Rail trail which is just a 5 minute ride just up the road. Again hire is at guests own risk and helmets and lock will be supplied. We ask that guests give 24 hours notice to hire so we can make sure the equipment is out of storage.
•The cool soaking trough is a great way to relax on a hot day/night. Completely private and nothing but farm views with animals, paddocks and the water Lilly laden dam. The trough water can be provided with 24hours notice. It is $40 and is filled with fresh rainwater for every guest. There are no filters or chemicals used so it is up to the guests discretion as to how many times it is used before emptying. We would recommend emptying after the second day. We use this water to hose our gardens and lawns.
•We have an awesome outdoor projector for your use with over a hundred classic choices of DVDs (or you can bring your own hard drive). We just ask for 24hours notice so that we have enough time to fully charge it. Fantastic for watching a movie in a hammock, by the fire ❤️

Where possible you will be greeted with some of our very own seasonal farm-fresh produce which may include eggs, honey, fruit, vegetables and herbs.

Our outdoor bathtub and fire pits are our most popular assets-both of which are particularly indulgent in the cooler months. We will provide some cozy robes to keep you snug

The farm has plenty of beautiful backdrops for photo opportunities or shoots as well.

The cottage and everything within its boundaries are for your own personal use.
You may feel free to go for a wander up the hill to the orchard to pick some fruit or have a look around the waterhole via the large paddock in front of the cottage if the gates are open and there are no animals in it

You may see us tending the farm but your privacy is important to us. We will be contactable should something arise, but otherwise we will hang by the main residence which is at the main entrance to the property.

By day check out the local Artisan markets, trek our local rainforest bush walks or for art lovers The Tweed River Art Gallery is only 8 minutes down the road. The Northern Rivers Rail Trail runs straight through Stokers

World-famous surfing beaches from Burleigh, Coolangatta, Cabarita and Byron Bay are all within a 35-minute scenic drive.

Cyclists can explore our very popular spectacular country roads or Northern Rivers Rail Trail. Foodies have endless choices (Tweed River House, and Husk Distillery are a must!). Better yet, maybe just hang in the hammock or have a picnic on the golf greens.
Festival-goers are only 20 minutes drive from Splendour in the Grass or Falls Festival and 25mins from Bluesfest
Only 15 minutes from Mount Warning, and 35 minutes from Gold Coast Airport or 45 from Ballina Airport. We would recommend hiring a car if arriving by plane as there are so many beautiful places to visit in the area and no UBER, with the closest supermarket about 10minutes away.

The host (Jaime) left heaps of little surprises for my partner and I including fresh fruit, fresh eggs, fresh herbs and fresh vege all from the property! We stayed there for our anniversary and had a warm welcome with little treats inside the cottage. The animals are super friendly and we hand fed sheep every day. Their dog Roxy (the queen of the farm) was super cute and loved coming up to us for cuddles! Heaps of stuff to do as well. We sat by the fire both nights but made sure to make the most of the darts, movie projector, bathtub and everything else! The farm is super nearby and easy to get to, barely 1 hr from the gold coast with a little bit of traffic. My partner and I had such a great time and genuinely would recommend it so highly!"

A few minutes drive gets you to Uki Village, Tweed Regional Art Gallery and the Murwillumbah Rail Trail with the coast from Byron Bay to Surfers Paradise also in easy reach.

The space
Bromeliad Cottage sits just in front of our family home and offers complete privacy with your own vehicle parking right at the front door entrance.

You are welcome to wander about our property and pick any seasonal fruit or nuts from the many trees and plants. Fresh eggs from the chooks are aplenty.

The 20m lap pool has open access from the side of the main house and is available for use in daylight hours. Separate pool towels are provided.

Bromeliad Cottage also has a private courtyard with a firepit for you to enjoy in the winter and a Weber gas BBQ on the front deck for your use at any time.

For those requiring it, Bromeliad Cottage has paved, level access through its rear entrance, a ramp wedge into the bathroom and safety rails at the toilet and in the shower. Please see photos of these features in the slide show.

Other things to note
Please note that the Wollumbin-Mt Warning summit climb is currently closed to the public out of respect for the wishes of the local indigenous people. There are several other challenging and rewarding mountain climbs in the area (often culminating in an amazing view that includes Wollumbin) for those people wanting such an experience.

The space
Maeve Gardens is just outside the little village of Dunoon in the heart of the northern rivers. General store and bottlo open 8-6pm. This is our forever home and we care for the land. The gardens are beautiful and bloom at different times of year. The cute, refurbished eco cottage is nestled behind a pretty garden and a stones throw from our free range chooks who may come and visit you. Plenty of eggs each morning for brekkie. Walk 1 minute up the drive and take in the stunning views of nightcap range. There are outdoor tables and chairs in the citrus grove that overlook the land you are welcome to use. The main space is cosy, open plan and simple, with a gas oven, fridge freezer and large wood fired stove. Behind the kitchen is your queen bed. Adjacent is the sofabed which sleeps 2. There is a TV with terrestrial channels only and a digital radio. The dining area is outdoors on the covered porch and seats 4. Ceiling fans throughout and built in wardrobe. New indoor/outdoor bath is at the centre of the cottage. The brand new bathroom has a vanity, shower and two composting toilets. Please use sawdust and spray and toilet paper only. The large undercover carport is attached and fits two cars. Out back is your fire pit for roasting marshmallows. You are welcome to wander through the 10 acres of gardens and take in the views of the mountain ranges or take a stroll up to the adjoining aboriginal grasslands at sunset where you get a spectacular 360 degree view. This is the last of the big scrub and is protected. We are currently building a yoga shala and healing treatment room on the land. It could possibly be up and running by the time you visit so please ask in advance if you would like a yoga class or a healing. Dogs are welcome as long as they don’t sleep on guest beds or sofa and they are chook friendly. If you need to do laundry let us know - there is no laundry in the cottage but it is a short walk to the farmhouse through the gardens. The laundry is seperate to the main house so you won’t be disturbing us.

You are welcome to stroll around the property. just a short stroll up the interna road there are spectacular views of the ranges. Maeve Gardens is a magical spot with many mature fruit trees, native regenerated plants and grasses. Talk to the trees and the flowers and the earth spirits here - they have stories to tell and healing to give.

Eco means: composting toilets, filtered rain water, solar power ☀️ 💚 we are an eco farm and immersed in nature. We are a friendly, down to earth family and welcome you as part of our family. We have a schnauzer called PiP who will want to play.

Because of this we cannot accommodate children under the age of 5years old.

At times the other side of the Cottage may be booked separately. If this is the case you will share a common wall. You will have complete privacy and own parking spot and entrance.This works well to accommodate smaller groups at the same time. We have a family of water dragon lizards on the property, they've been there for generations and are very tame. They can be quite curious but don't worry they won't hurt you if they're left alone.

The River House is located in the beautiful Byron Bay hinterland.
The holiday cottage is located at the end of Charlton’s Road, about 3km from the village of Federal. The maps included with this information sheet will provide directions to reach the property from Bangalow. (Maps provided on full payment).
Our picturesque, peaceful, ten acre property has been planted with a variety
of tropical fruits - perhaps a grapefruit for breakfast, avocado for lunch and a mango for dessert! The cottage is on a NE facing slope of the Wilson River. This river provides an excellent swimming hole. See this link (website hidden)_4gmauEGv8
The cottage is basic, but sleeps 4 (and the odd kid) in comfort. It includes combined kitchen and dining room, lounge, main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with double bed and a trundle bed, bathroom and covered deck. Electricity, cold and piping hot running water will be turned on prior to your stay. We have an upright gas oven, fridge, dishwasher, wood burner and cd/ radio/ipod dock, tv and dvd, basic furniture, cutlery, crockery, linen, blankets and dooners for all beds + a CD/DVD library and some games and cards. Outside you can cook on a great wood barbeque or on the new gas barbie. Plus we have an iron, electric blanket and all the kitchen appliances, including a tea pot and stove top espresso machine, you’ll need to whip up delicious meals.

Some tips for extra comfort - in summer keep the fly screens closed after dark to keep yourselves bug proof and in winter shut all the curtains at dusk to keep the heat in during the night.
Some mobiles are out of range at the house, you need to walk or drive to the top of the hill depending on your network.

The Federal Store: The store is the only shop in the village and is a meeting place for the locals for anything and everything. It acts as the supermarket, bottle shop, post office, newsagent and eftpos outlet.

All you need to bring are your provisions.

Some tips: A torch for night time spotting, gum boots for wet weather, table linen for glamour dining and beach towels for a dip in the creek or the sea

High speed wifi, a bluetooth speaker and tv with complimentary netflix are all included (although we're sure you'll agree there's much more interesting stuff to look at here than screens). There's also an overhead fan, reverse cycle airconditioning and a heater.

The KITCHEN is equipped to make simple meals (see our inventory below); then leads out onto a leafy deck where you can relax with a sundowner and enjoy your meal after a busy day of daydreaming and sightseeing.

The restful BEDROOM niche has a medium firm queen bed (to which we can add a feather topper if you prefer a soft mattress), premium bamboo and cotton linens and a selection of soft and firm pillows to ensure a deeply restful sleep. * Top tip: drawing the honeycomb blind will add zeds to your sleep-in.*

There is a TINY WALK-IN wardrobe to hang and store your belongings and a steamer to freshen up anything that was crumpled in transit.

The ENSUITE BATHROOM also offers plenty of storage for your amenities and the shower has a large high pressure head to help unwind at the end of a scenic hike or shopping expedition, with overhead heater lamps and heated towel racks for the essential luxury of warm fluffy towels.

Now, can we talk toilets for a moment? As an eco dwelling, Birdsong boasts a state-of-the-art indoor waterless composting ENVIRO LOO which recycles waste for composting and watering our rainforest trees. If we hadn't said so you probably wouldn't even have noticed until it came to flushing because, well, there isn't a flush. Instead you simply drop in a scoop of the wood shavings provided when you've finished, then close the lid. It's all super hygienic and easy to use - and you'll be making a contribution to the environment each time you go!

We pride ourselves on providing optimal comfort for your stay with us at Birdsong in beautiful Possum Creek. However it's fair to say that environmental responsibility becomes a way of life when you live here in paradise. We minimise our environmental impact through solar power generation and storage, rainwater collection, instant gas hot water and instant induction cooker. And all our shower and kitchen greywater is recycled through extensive underground gravel pits and reedbeds for garden irrigation. I guess it will go without saying that we love having like-minded guests who also value nature and are thoughtful in their use of these resources.

We put a lot of thought into making Birdsong an idyllic retreat for one or two adults and we hope you love it! However it is not suitable for children or infants, or for pets.

Last but not least, we share this incredible valley with an abundance of wildlife including all the Aussie favourites: wallabies, echidnas, koalas and platypus, plus a multitude of mammals, reptiles, insects and birds. They can be surprisingly vocal and are not always shy, however they are still wild so it's important to not feed or touch them! Even the cute fluffy ones can bite or scratch if they feel threatened. It is the perfect balance of the fluffy, spiky, scaly, hoppy, scurrying, buzzing and flappy that makes this place so extraordinary and it's essential to be conscious of the space we share with them all.

10 THINGS TO DO WHEN VISITING

From Birdsong you are in easy proximity to the very best of the Byron shire. We are a short, scenic drive to the charismatic hinterland villages of Bangalow, Federal and Newrybar; spectacular bushwalks, swimming holes, beaches; so many culinary delights and shopping therapies ... all while revelling in nature and falling in love with the wildlife!

REVEL IN NATURE WITH A WALK, HIKE, DIP, PADDLE OR SWIM

1. Jingi Walla! - welcome to Bunjalung Country. Before European settlement, the Arakwal-Bundjalung people lived in the Byron Bay region for more than 20,000 years. The area’s Indigenous history is artfully retold by Arakwal-Bundjalung woman Delta Kay from Explore Byron Bay who offers tours, sharing her knowledge of bush tucker, natural medicine and traditional culture.

2. Rainforest Walks and Water Falls: If it's a quiet hike you're feeling, there are lots to choose from. The Byron Shire, Northern Rivers is home of the Big Scrub Rainforest and myriad other serene walks amidst nature in the many national parks. Take a short drive to witness the stunning Minyon Falls in Nightcap National Park, or Killen Falls in a special patch of rainforest, part of the Big Scrub in Tintenbar. Both are ideal for hiking, bathing and quiet picnics.

3. Water Wings:
Locals' favourite swimming holes, Keys Bridge and Killen Falls can be found on the way to Federal village and Tintenbar respectively. Or do as the Romans do with a quick dip right here in Possum Creek at the bridge or causeway waterholes where you'll share the valley with platypus, fish, yabbies, water dragons, koalas, echidnas and so many birds.
For a kayak or paddle board, head to Brunswick Heads both for equipment hire and one long lovely river to explore. (Plus some great eateries and the Bruns Hotel beer garden).
If you’re keen for some surfing and to spot dolphins, whales or turtles, head down to the Bay. The Pass and Wategos are spectacularly beautiful and full of all those wonderful things. You can book a whale watching trip and snorkling tour of Julian Rocks to see the turtle breeding grounds. While you’re down that way you might as well relax in the sun and top up your tan.

SCENIC DIVERSIONS

4. Scenic Drives: Take leisurely drives through the Byron Bay hinterland, enjoying the beautiful countryside and panoramic views. Start at the St Helena Lookout at the beginning of Coolamon Scenic Drive and give yourself a couple of hours to meander through the hinterland, stopping for yum yums at the little villages you find and by the side of the road for a whole lot of oohing and ahhhing.

5. 7. Arts and Culture: Explore local art galleries and cultural centers showcasing the area's artistic talent. There are many but we’d begin at the arts precinct in Station Street, Bangalow (up near the A&I Hall) as there’s also a great cafe with a lovely relaxed al fresco vibe.

8. Markets: There are Saturday night markets in Byron Bay and the much larger, vibrant local market of Bangalow, held on the fourth Sunday of each month for crafts, produce, and entertainment.

9. Cafés and Restaurants: Indulge in the diverse culinary scene, with various eateries offering local and international cuisine. There’s lots of choice in Byron and there are some great finds in the villages of Bangalow, Newrybar Nashua and Federal. Special occasion? You might like Hut Dining (a short stroll from Birdsong), Doma (in Federal), Frida's Field (in Nashua), Raes on Wategos (Watego Beach). One of our faves for a very casual vibe, with spectacular hinterland and ocean views - and a closely guarded local secret - is the great pop up eatery at Coorabell Hall on Coorabell Scenic Drive. 10. Yoga and Wellness: Engage in yoga classes, all types of massage, reiki and other wellness modalities offered in and around the shire. The community board at the Bangalow Post Office is a great place to find local practitioners, as are the local papers.

The space
You will find a private relaxed space filled with lovely furnishings, two walls of floor to ceiling glass, to maximise the beautiful views and a free-standing spa bath with sunset, garden & hinterland views, perfect for those looking for a romantic, private & relaxing getaway.

The master bedroom contains a queen bed, TV with inbuilt DVD & views of the garden. There are sliding doors between the bathroom & bedroom for privacy. In addition there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living area that can sleep an additional 1-2 guests. Please let us know if you wish to use so we can set it up for you.

The living area has a relaxed & private feel (no TV), that opens up with bi-fold glass doors to an expansive deck ideal with an outdoor fire-pit & outdoor dining (with BBQ) or relax with a good book enjoying the beautiful hinterland breezes & views.

The bathroom creates complete relaxation, allowing views to be enjoyed from the glass shower and free-standing spa bath (note the bathroom is open-plan).

Standard check in time is 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Early arrivals and late check outs are at the discretion of the Host. Please request at the time of booking.

Other things to note
We are a pet-friendly property. If you wish to bring your pet who is very welcome, we charge a small fee. Please select that you have a pet when making your booking. Please note we have a strict pet policy - that is, we ask guests to ensure that they do not allow their pets on, or in the bed, or on, any of the furniture or slobber on the walls, doors, windows, glass etc & not allow them in the shower or bath. If this policy is not adhered to, and therefore additional cleaning will ensue, we will have no choice but to pass the extra cleaning cost onto the guest. We ask guests to clean up after their dogs. There is a broom and dustpan in the kitchen cupboard, as we expect guests to sweep up any excess dog hair inside the cottage before they depart.

Please let us know if you wish to use the sofa bed in the living area, and if you would either like us to set it up for you or leave linen for you. Please note there is an additional fee for use of the sofa bed and linen.

The space
The cottage is located in Coopers Shoot, a 15 minute drive into the town and beaches of Byron Bay, and a 10 minute drive to the cafes and cute shops in Bangalow and Newrybar. This is the perfect location if you want to enjoy the peace and beauty of Byron without the traffic and crowds of tourists. Set on the hillside, the cottage gets a cool breeze most days, even when Byron is steaming hot. We are also close to lots of farm stands where you can buy fresh produce each day.

The cottage has a beautiful 4 metre-wide covered deck overlooking the hills and the ocean on the horizon. The deck has a 2 day beds, lounge chairs and a dining table - perfect for lazing around on hot days, or eating your meals al fresco. Inside we have a fully equipped kitchen, and an open plan dining and lounge area. The cottage is also equipped with a washing machine and wifi. The double bedroom upstairs shares the same sweeping view as the balcony. It opens onto the other sleeping area which has two single beds. Note that the single beds are not in a separate bedroom with a door. However, there is plenty of space and it is perfect for a family, or friends who don't need too much privacy.

The cottage is on a 4.6 hectare property, most of which is covered with bush, but there is plenty of open grassy areas for kids to play, or to kick a ball around. There are lots of beautiful birds and the occasional wallaby or echidna will come to visit.

Charming, stylish, fully fenced and comfortable with a tropical outlook and tennis court, this space is ideal for a couple or a small family, and is pet friendly.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobe space and access to the bathroom. There is also a second outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off the sand and an outdoor bath to be enjoyed on starry evenings.

All guests receive our fabulous welcome pack with wine and goodies.

The open plan kitchenette, lounge, and dining area is light and bright with high ceilings and exposed beams. Well-equipped with a coffee machine, a combi oven/microwave, portable hotplate, electric frypan, sandwich press, kettle, toaster, blender, and a BBQ to whip up all the necessities for holiday eating. Other appliances include a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a full size fridge/freezer.

Directly outside from the main living rooms are the outdoor covered dining area and the large peaceful gardens.

The cottage is very private and a beautiful space to relax, ideally suited to a couple or a family with 2 children.

We welcome furry four-legged family members, but they must be over 12 months of age, fully house trained, non-barkers, and have their own bedding and sleeping rugs. We ask that you clean up excess pet hair and remove all waste. Two beautiful dog friendly beaches are within a 5-10 minute drive from the cottage.

The cottage has its own parking area and entrance, beautiful lawns and large gardens to the rear with a stunning tropical outlook. Multiple outdoor areas include a courtyard with sun loungers, a deck under the mango tree ideal for morning yoga, covered dining areas, and bench seating overlooking the gardens to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun while listening to the abundant birdsong.
