The large (70m3) contemporary fully self-contained beach style cabin with private entrance and wide shady deck is set in a large tranquil garden and all linen including beach towels and soaps are provided. The cabin has a high pitched ceiling in the lounge room, with two sets of glass sliding doors overlooking the beautiful native gardens.

The separate bedroom with one luxurious pillow-top queen-size bed has tranquil views of the garden through large glass sliding doors that open onto the verandahs. There is a spa bath in the light and airy bathroom and a separate toilet. After a surf at the beach we have an additional private outdoor open-air shower with hot and cold water located next to the cabins rainwater tank.

The large open design of Byron Beach Cabin takes advantage of the sea breezes and sounds of the surf. The wide shady verandas with hammock, indoor ceiling fans and spa bath add to the ambience of comfortable relaxation in a natural setting. The kitchen area is equipped with a bar fridge, Convection/ Grill/ Combo Microwave Oven, electric fry pan, single hob, toaster and electric kettle plus all crockery and glassware. The cabin has is own private Weber BBQ located on verandah and laundry facilities are also available there is also a larger BBQ with wok burner with wok, pots and pans too.. Guests are welcome to help themselves to any of the fruits, vegetables or herbs that are seasonally available in the garden. Parking is off street.

Village shops, restaurants and pub are just a 5 minute walk around the corner. We are close to the lesser known Broken Head Nature Reserve which contains rainforest next to the sea with secluded beach coves some with views towards Cape Byron Lighthouse. The headlands are ideal for dolphin watching or seasonal whale watching and great for a picnic.

Take in the regions state forests, national parks and world heritage listed rainforests. Explore the Rainbow Regions Towns and villages with boutique shops, galleries and weekend markets.

Activities such as Golf not far away, cycling, bush walking, hang gliding, sky diving, ballooning, sea kayaking, scuba diving, snorkelling, horse just a chill out with a massage.

Tucked away in a hidden paradise, with a creek tinkling softly nearby, this cabin is a rare find. Spacious and well appointed for a bush getaway, it's a perfect offline retreat from the wider world!

20 minutes inland from idyllic Brunswick Heads, 35 minutes from the beaches of Byron Bay. In lush and beautiful rainforest surroundings, there is no phone, no mobile reception and no internet. The Black Cabin is a true retreat from the online world.

It is also an excellent writer or artist retreat, with a study and desk space.

Cabin is self-contained, but in an emergency guests would have access to the main house landline. If receiving messages is imperative, feel free to check them on the main-house wifi as you walk by.

The Black Cabin is a completely private space, though we will be at the main house and you can have a chat on your way past!

Other things to note:

There is no vehicle access directly to the cabin. You must park at the main house and walk about 200m down to the Black Cabin through lush gardens.

As our cabin is on a private family property, we do not host additional day-guests or visitors.

Also, please remember this is a true bush-getaway, with only an outdoor (hot water!) shower and an outdoor composting toilet.

The cabin is situated in quite a forested area, so it is likely you'll experience some native wildlife. Possums, echidnas, and other smaller marsupials are often sighted in the surrounding bushland. There will also be some insect life, though we do our best to keep the cabin clear!

Another thing to keep in mind is that the region of Northern NSW often experiences quite a wet, sometimes stormy summer. Obviously, this is variable, but it is definitely worth checking the weather forecast before you arrive, so you can come prepared.

Be careful relying on a GPS to get here as we've had a few reports that they aren't very accurate in our area. Please look at our directions under 'Location.'

The space
The ‘Eco Cabin’ is situated on 2 acres adjacent to the main family home, (yet still very separate) and offers everything you need for a country getaway. Ideal for couples, or individuals.

The ‘Eco Cabin’ includes a super comfy queen size bed, with a window opening to stunning views of the mountains. The adjoining outdoor bathroom with composting toilet, allows you to clense in the fresh air and soak up the mountain vista under a rainfall shower.

A complimentary hamper welcomes you for your first breakfast, upon arrival - including bread, butter, jam, fruit and granola- so you can wake up and enjoy your morning on the deck and listen to the soothing sounds of the gentle waterfall.

In winter we provide an oil heater which heats the cabin to a very toasty temp. The bed has an electric blanket and we provide you with two hot water bottles.
We also have a beautiful fire area and provide firewood for your use.

The ‘Eco Cabin’ includes a fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (with a variety of tea’s and coffees for your convenience) and you can also make use of the undercover bbq area. There's cutlery, plates, glassware, saucepans and salad bowl, as well as olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper provided for basic cooking.
At night, feel free to toast marshmallows at our flintstones firepit area under the night sky.

Our stunning natural pool or ‘fish pond’ is a shared pool for you to enjoy. It is pure rain water, and an eco system in itself. The fish keep the pool clean and will even come to say hello and wait for a pat. It is 2.2m deep at the far end and you can soak in the warmth of the sun sitting by the waterfall or relax in the water on the sun warmed volcanic rocks. We also provide pool towels for your convenience.

Our super cute bunnies and guinea pigs are also always up for cuddles!

The ‘Eco Cabin’ is separate to the main house and you have the privacy of that area. The family house is in proximity to the cabin. As this is our family home, please note that the pool and garden are shared spaces.

Mimosa sits beside a citrus orchard on our 85 acre permaculture farm and mountain rainforest landscape. Located 10 minutes outside of Mullumbimby within the Wilsons Creek Valley filled with fresh water creeks, swimming holes, waterfalls, national parks and sub-tropical rainforest.

The farm is filled with organic growing systems including vegetable and herb gardens, orchards and food forests. It has pure, pristine spring water from the rainforest and a much loved group of goats, sheep, lambs, cows, horse and chickens.

Mimosa has a nice outdoor deck with both sun and shade and with views across the valley and up to the mountain and forests behind and the goats nearby to observe from the deck. There is one closed bedroom and an open plan area offers a kitchen, gas stove, lounge and a second queen bed up the end in its own alcove area.

A bathroom has spring water-fed bath, shower and a dry composting toilet.

Reliable wifi is available inside and in outdoor sitting areas.

Guests are welcome to explore the farm, feed the animals and eat from the gardens. Nearby are sheep, lambs, chickens, cows and various buildings like yurts, domes, food, medicine, off grid solar, eco-tech, subtropical rainforest, creeks and natural pools.

The main bedroom features floor to ceiling glass so you can enjoy the view of palm trees swaying in the wind or watch the stars from the Queen Bed. The kids will love the loft bed above, referred to as the “bird nest”, they’ll feel like they have their own fort amongst the trees. The Main Cabin has a full bathroom with separate toilet and a fully stocked kitchen with all that you'll need to cook up a storm. It also offers an indoor dining table as well as an and outdoor dining area and BBQ. The lounge area has plenty of games and books as well as a Smart TV. The outdoor lounge area also has outdoor fans and heaters. *Please note the loft (2 singles) is a low-roofed, open-plan sleeping space above the main bed.

DETACHED GUEST CABIN (Max 2)
This versatile Guest Cabin is detached from the Main Cabin. It suits either one couple, or two kids or two friends travelling together. Choose from two bedding configurations: either a plush Queen Bed set up or a comfy Twin Single Bed set up.

THE GARDEN
In the garden there's a cute timber “outhouse” with a plumbed in toilet and sink beside the Caravan as well as a private outdoor shower behind the Caravan. Tucked away between the Guest Cabin and Main Cabin you’ll find a hot and cold outdoor shower amongst the palms…doesn’t get better than showering in nature! There’s even a surfboard rack for surfers to store boards right next to the shower - it’s so good after a morning surf!

Our ‘hood is such a safe and easy place for kids and pets. The flat, pram-friendly path along Jonson street heading South will lead you straight to the Jonson Lane Precinct for shopping, cafes and restaurants while heading North there’s direct access to Main Beach and endless cafes, restaurants and bars, shops and playgrounds within minutes.

It covers the cost of the platform updates, 24/7 customer support and more. We realise it pushes the total price of the booking up, however this is something we have no control over, sorry! :)

This fully self-contained unique abode consists of an original vintage caravan (ie this serves as the bedroom), with an open-plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous industrial-style bathroom, with a glass ceiling for star gazing, a large sunken outdoor bath & an outdoor fire-pit, great for cooler nights.

Sleeping arrangements (please note, so you are fully aware): There is a custom-made inner spring double bed ie double width, queen length & another king single bed. All linen and bath towels etc are provided. The caravan is very cosy, with a TV, fridge, sink, wardrobe & storage space.

AND we allow pets, so please feel free to bring your pet & let us know when you book as we charge a small pet fee of $25 per stay. However please note we don't permit pets in the van, as unfortunately our beautiful pets leave way too much hair & sometimes smells behind which other guests don't particularly appreciate. We may need to charge an extra cleaning fee if this occurs, which we really don't enjoy doing.

FYI: We live in the house near the cabin and always respect guests privacy. There is self check in, yet we are happy to meet and greet you if we are around and give you any local information if you need it. We are quiet but you may hear us and we may hear you at times, yet we assure you they'll be less people here than in any hotel, motel, resort, caravan park or apartment block. We don't offer full seclusion, but this is a very peaceful place.

The space
Step into this charming 2 story & loft bedroom A-frame cottage nestled among the beautiful Australian native bush, offering complete privacy and comfort.

Find yourself feeling right at home with all the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay - coffee machine, soda stream, smart TV, Webber BBQ, microwave, fridge & freezer, bathrobes.....

Enjoy waking up to the sunrise peeking over the mountain ridge from a comfy bed dressed in high quality linen situated on the top level. There is a built-in ladder you need to climb to get up to the bed. As this level is at the top of the A-frame, the roof can be low lying in some areas, creating a small cozy feel.

On the second level, you find a well-equipped kitchen & lounge area which opens up onto a veranda perfect for taking in the tranquil view. Due to the A-frame design, the roof in the kitchen is also low lying in some areas. The couch folds out into a bed so you can watch tv in comfort lying down & snuggled up.

Downstairs on the bottom level is the bathroom which also opens up onto a veranda- another space to take in the magnificent view. Simply treat yourself to a spa bath and catch the sunset glow reflecting on the undulating tree line.

There is an outdoor table setting located underneath the fig tree for you to enjoy your meals outside, a large double hammock as well as a fire pit to sit around and gaze at the night sky on those colder nights.

We are situated in the bush so the odd bug or spider/critter is to be expected.
Having said that, the cottage is regularly treated for pests and we provide all types of bug spray.

If you are bringing a dog please let us know.
Strictly no animals on any furniture.

Guest will have access to the whole cottage and the small grassed area that surrounds the cottage.
Other things to note
There is a built-in ladder you need to climb to get up to the bed. As this level is at the top of the A-frame, the roof can be low lying in some areas creating a small cozy space. The stairs are steep.

The kitchen and some other areas throughout the cottage have a low lying roof.

If you are really tall you may find some of the low lying areas an issue.

Our cottage is located in the bush and you may be visited by the occasional bug/snake or critter.

Our fly screens in the lounge room have been recently damaged and are in the process of being repaired. They are still useable but do have a few holes in the lower section.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE TREE ROOTS WHEN WALKING DOWN TO THE FIRE PIT.
The walk way is steep and can be slippery.

Property is set on 15 Acres with direct access to Coopers Creek swimming holes and crystal hunting. The space
Situated on a rural property, this retreat is surrounded by a much loved sub-tropical garden, and opens into an expanse of outdoor space which you can enjoy. A tranquil, private and picturesque spot to rejuvenate.

Facilities are simple but all you need to be comfortable and relaxed. A completely revamped, large caravan houses the exotic bedroom / ensuite space with vanity & shower (we know how much a great bed space matters!). Two attached rooms add all the space you need with a separate chill out lounge area (with smart TV) and a sunny work or dining space.

The comfy lounge daybed can be prepared for a third guest with curtains to separate the lounge from bedroom space. (extra guest $35 per night)

Pull up a stool on the fabulous covered deck to gaze across the grounds, and get creative in the covered outdoor kitchen. Separate compost toilet completes the scene – so you can get back to basics and uncomplicate your life!

The space
Welcome or as the local Widgabul Wiabul people say, Jingi Walla to our one acre patch of paradise, reached by sealed road, just 3km from the village hub.
Snuggled beneath a vast iron roof, at the foot of the rainforest your immersion begins with the magic views of Heritage listed Nightcap Range and Blue Knob. Here I have played, painted and created as Liz Wilson Art for the past few years as my studio home.
Locally sourced round posts & recycled timbers support & compliment, the bright airy and vibrantly inspirational Balinese hut, turned cabin.
Sleep on quality, well sprung, fold out leather sofa beds in this eclectic, compact space.
Enjoy the warmth of recycled polished timber floorboards used for walling inside and salvaged timber decking, from a 100 year old Tobacco drying shed outside.

The living/work spaceclear glass vista windows give uninterrupted views of Blue Knob and The Nightcap Range. Work. Create or dine on the little drop-leaf timber table comfortably on cushioned, Indonesian, carved timber chairs.
Keep you eyes open for wildlife, when looking out the clear glass door to the shady rear of the cabin. Here your close to the wildlife especially the birds and wallabies as they forage, play and pass through the property from early morning to evening.
A full kitchen is situated at the end to the cabin looking to the walled garden. Vinyl checker board floors add to the fun.
Water is both from tank and town supply.
‼️A supply of spring water is inside for drinking & food preparation.
‼️Double boil any tap water for consumption. An official council letter is on the fridge detailing this. Additionally the water on the small sink tap is .2 micron filtered.
A wall mount, 3 speed, oscillating fan sends a welcome breeze around the cabin.
Wrap around sliding windows, with fly screens surround the kitchen creating a breeze way. A delightful place to prepare your meals.
Use the red fridge inside the cabin. The larger fridge on the back deck is used by the owners. If guests need to store additional perishable items here please do.
The cabin was created from a repurposed 2 level, shuttered Balinese Hut that could have stood 9m high. This was reconfigured without the roof, and addition of repurposed materials plus new roofing for what you see now . Proudly <> 80% recycled materials. Including glass & brick pavers, light fittings, vintage Leadlights and hardwoods and more. She is an eclectic, rustic home we say that is “perfectly imperfect”.
There are 4 colourful recycled vintage leadlights through the home as well as a colourful mosaic mural created & made by the artist owner.
The most beautiful lead light is a berry eating oversized Bird of Paradise, at the West end of the cabin. This comes alive at sunset and is just above where you will sleep.
The front entry door is part of the original Balinese hut.
Along the is deck a fully tiled shower/toilet room and adjacent the shower is the full slipper bathtub with brass claw legs, another recycled piece someone was “throwing away”. You’re sure to love it. Positioned to be both private and also give you views of the beautiful Nightcap Range and magical stary night sky as you soak n sip. All under the cover of the wrap around, covered timber deck with new colourbond roof.
A vintage glass topped wrought iron table & 6 cushioned chairs on the back deck is favourite Brekky spot. Just below the kitchen window.
Forage for edibles like parsley or blueberries (if the wallabies left you any)and bee and butterfly loving flowering plantings of edible ginger florrets and check to see if the bananas or finger limes are fruiting. Know what your eating however.
Walk along the paved path or step onto the cool lush green lawn before the heat of the day for early yoga.
ADDITIONALLY: A seperate small air conditioned timber bedroom is adjacent the kitchen, this may be available on requests of a week or more. This is kept locked during shorter stays. Make your enquiry early, for the use of this lovely room. With its recycled, tulip lead light door and window it’s “The Tulip Room”.
With vintage iron bed frame and deep soft double mattress it is air conditioned.
May be best for a single occupancy. Or 2 if you like to snuggle.
The morning sun absolutely sets this room aglow and there is a fly screened sliding window.
The sandstone steps at the middle of the garden lead to the top of the property, fondly called the “stairway to heaven”. Sit up here for the spectacle at sunset and also the mesmerising moonrises.
We often see an echidna moving about this spot too and a good row of bananas may be fruiting when you visit. What was a sodden cow paddock in 2020 is now a property full of life and the cabin sits gently in the environment.
With maturing fruit and nut trees, Including many finger limes, Davidson plums, macadamia and pecan.
There is a footbridge across a gully, which runs as the rain falls and empties rather quickly, as it moves through to the water way of Mulgum creek.
‼️This is a FOOT BRIDGE ONLY, not for vehicles.
The gully is home to a vast array of changing bird life and insects. Including cranes, iridescent red and blue dragonflies and many frog varieties, which will make themselves known in colourful dance and song. In the evening dependent on food sources in season you will witness large flocks of Yellow Tail Black cockatoo, Flying fox and micro bats and many other varieties of native birds. Closer in the garden tens of Superb Fairy Wren, red and blue, Honey Eaters and Whip Birds to name a few.
Walk along from my patch 200m to the clear running waterway of Mulgum creek for a dip and if you’re lucky you may see a platypus.

Please arrange prior to coming if you plan any additional RV’s, vans or caravans to be parked on the property.
The tiny cabin has been lovingly made from mainly recycled materials with sustainability in mind and a small carbon footprint. Therefore it is perfectly imperfect. That said it is a haven, enjoyed as a home for the past four years, now as Short Term Accommodation and planned Art workshops.
I ask you to please let me know directly if any part of the building or environment impacts you negatively or you see we can improve. To continue to offer an eco sensitive experience for people seeking a real and immersive experience in an environmentally friendly accommodation with a small footprint.
We don’t use harsh chemicals and are organic in our approach. We love our spider webs and geckos, as part of our “management systems” they are sooo important.

The space
A short 10 min drive from Bangalow cruising through winding country lanes, you head up through the canopy of remnant (URL HIDDEN) emerge on a ridgeline with stunning views across to the Nightcap Ranges, and arrive at what we affectionately call 'The Tin Shed' Nashua; a self contained cottage centrally located to all the places you may want to visit in the area.

A beautiful funky space, an eclectic blend of mostly recycled materials and new furnishings, it is peaceful, rustic and the only sounds are the local birdlife.

You have 3 rooms: a bedroom with a queen bed, an open lounge area incorporating kitchen facilities and a separate bathroom. There is also a barbecue under the verandah.

What's to do? Well, the possibilities....chill and explore....
At dusk or dawn spot some local wildlife, breakfast at one of the local cafes in Bangalow or the surrounding hills, its 20 mins to Byron for a surf or swim in beautiful clear and warm water - often with dolphins, visit the farmers or weekend markets that buzz for some handmade objects or local produce, do some bushwalking along the coast or in the hills such as Minyon Falls, swim in a local waterhole, then..
come home to a glass of wine, relax and cook up some fish or goodies on the barbecue only to do it all again next day.

Winter is also whale watching season and there are a number of fantastic viewing spots around the coastline.

We have lived in the area for over 14 years and can assist with places to go,and are happy to organise such things as a massage or yoga class or put together a picnic hamper.

Think of it this way: You’re their lifeguard, safety patrol & wildlife spotter all rolled into one! If you’re not up for the challenge, we totally get it & reckon another property might suit you better. By booking here, you’re agreeing to this responsibility—and hey, think of it as a great way to stay fit, running after the kiddos!

PARTY ANIMALS, LEAVE THE RAVE FOR ANOTHER CAVE 🐨🎉
This is a chill zone, not a rave cave. If you’re here for peace, quiet & the sounds of nature (or Netflix with wine), you’re in the right place. Excessive noise or wild parties will put a damper on everyone’s holiday vibe, so let’s keep it mellow.

We love your fur babies as much as you do, but let’s keep things above board:

Cabins 1, 4 & 5 are the only pet-friendly ones—no sneaky smuggling Fido into the others, alright?

In the cabins, our lounges & beds are off-limits for your four-legged mates (we’ve got luxury linens that don’t mix well with paw prints). If the fur flies, there’s a $75 cleaning fee.

Pets in our resort pool? Nope. Our designer sun loungers are for human bums only & our pool is strictly for non-furry swimmers. Break this rule, and you may not love the $150 pool cleaning fee.

Also, no pets are to be left alone in the cabin—ever. It’s just not on, for them or for us. And sadly, we’ve got to say no to cats altogether. They’re top-notch escape artists, and this property just isn’t suited to their mysterious ways.

NATURE LOVERS, MEET THE LOCALS 🐨🐍
You’ll be on 15 glorious acres of Aussie rainforest, so don’t be surprised if you bump into some of the locals: koalas, birds, snakes, and the odd cane toad might pop by to say g’day. They’re mostly chill, but as with all wildlife, it’s best to admire them from afar and let them do their thing, especially if you’re pets are nearby.

Need to cool off? The resort pool is calling, complete with shade umbrellas and designer sun lounges that might just make you feel like a VIP.

But sorry, not sorry, the laundry is off-limits. It’s where our hardworking washers and dryers are flat out keeping the linens and towels fresh for you and all our guests. Trust us, there’s nothing glamorous about hanging out with a pile of sheets. Stick to the fun stuff!

Our mobile & internet coverage can be a bit like spotting a koala—mostly reliable, but occasionally elusive. We’ve done our best with a telco tower upgrade in Ballina and maxed out our internet plans to give you the best shot at streaming cat videos.

That said, if you’re a full-on Wi-Fi warrior who needs warp-speed uploads and downloads 24/7, this might not be your digital paradise. Most guests find it totally fine, but every now and then, the signal might take a little nap, especially if the local towers are feeling a bit overloaded. Log off & log on to life, eh?

Eco Studio Cabin in Main Arm

Jindi Mibunnya sits on Bundjalung Country; six acres of native forest in recovery. It's an ongoing labour of love as we welcome the re-emerging natural landscape from what was once a banana plantation. Our house and guest cabin are perched on a north-facing slope. We created the studio space with a warm and organic aesthetic, with little touches to make you feel welcome and looked-after. The expansive outlook breathes with a deep and abiding peacefulness.

The space
Farmland stretches along The Pocket Road below us with forested green ranges encircling beyond. You'll hear 'farmy' sounds in the distance - moo-cows, a tractor, working dogs, etc., as well as the occasional vehicle passing along the road below. Mostly you'll hear an unfolding sound-scape of birdlife.

We are an accredited 'Land for 'Wildlife' property, and don't keep dogs or cats so that our native furred, feathered and scaled inhabitants can thrive.

We (Linda and Robin) live in the main house, with the cabin, 'Mini Jindi' ('Little Nest'), situated directly behind our house. The cabin is stand-alone with private entry and faces away from the main house, looking northwards across to the ranges.

It's thoughtfully appointed with human-and-enviro-friendly paints and finishes, plant-based cleaning products, locally produced and chemical-free body care products, natural/organic bedding, and uber-filtered rainwater from our tanks, so no need to buy water.

The luxurious queen bed is wrapped in 100% flax linen, the pillows are organic Australian wool.

A twenty-minute drive will see you to the expansive stretches of South Golden and New Brighton beaches.

The entrance to magnificent Mt. Jerusalem National Park is ten minutes from us: home to a swag of bush walks, swimming holes and cascades, and outlooks to take your breath away.

Organic espresso coffee, local raw honey, locally produced olive oil (farmers market!) and local-harvested macadamia nuts are a few of the treats provided. Supporting the local growers and sharing the products we love is one of the aspects we enjoy most about having guests stay in Mini Jindi. We are excited to offer our cabin for the first time on Air BnB. Buddhi was our beloved cat of 15 years. She was the sweetest and most gentle cat you could ever know and so we have named our brand new BnB after her as she loved to sit and snooze in nature watching the birds and possums.
The cabin is attached to our property but has seperate access, a seperate driveway and is secluded and very private. You will find a haven of peace designed for relaxation and comfort with views and nature all around.
It is light and spacious with a seperate bedroom.
It has a beautiful deck to enjoy our magnificent sunsets with a glass of wine and you can even soak in an outdoor bath whilst watching the incredible stars that are visible most nights including the Milky Way.

Your Rosalita's experience starts at the front gate where you slow down to drive the short gravel road to the cabins.
There is ample parking adjacent to the cabins.
Our quaint village of Billinudgel is an experience not to be missed , so stop off at the hotel for a drink on the verandah and meet some locals.
Close to the rail trail, you can hire bikes from Mooball and explore the Northern Rovers rail trail, a 24 km stretch of magic that covers much of the rich tapestry of Bundjalung country.
Ten minutes from Brunswick Heads, for a swim in the river or beach, jump off the bridge with the locals or enjoy some of the delicious local food at great restaurants.

Each cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for comfortable and relaxing getaway. You will find a BBQ on the deck while the kitchens feature an electric oven, gas stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all of the other appliances, utensils and crockery you may need during your stay. In addition you will find a Nespresso machine, coffee, a selection of teas, milk and sugar.

Although there is usually a nice breeze to keep you cool in the warmer months you also have reverse cycle air-con to keep the temperature just right. During the winter you may like to curl up in front of the log fire.

Your comfort is our priority and in the bedrooms you will find 100% bamboo/cotton hotel quality sheets and 100% linen doona covers. Large Egyptian cotton bath sheets, an extra hot tub towel, luxurious bath robes and slippers are also provided for every guest.

The Main Cabin has a full bathroom with separate toilet and a full kitchen with all that you'll need to cook up a storm. It also offers an indoor dining table as well as an outdoor dining area and BBQ. The lounge area offers plenty of games and books as well as a Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Amazon Prime etc. The outdoor lounge area is complete with outdoor heaters and fans.

Our 'hood is such a safe and easy place for kids and pets. The flat, pram-friendly path along Jonson street heading South will lead you straight to the Jonson Lane Precinct for shopping, cafes and restaurants while heading North there's direct access to Main Beach and access to endless cafes, grocery stores, shops and playgrounds within minutes. Surfers can use our surfboard racks to store boards right next to the hot and cold outdoor shower - so good after a morning surf!

CLEANING - The cleaning fee has been set by our cleaners. While it may seem high it is competitive for the tourist market and due to the high volume of weekend work.
