This space has only just returned to Airbnb after a long term family commitment. The private space is large and located underneath the main house. There is a bedroom, queensize bed, small kitchenette in the bar area, large lounge, own bathroom and shared laundry.
You will have your own entrance and free onsite parking.
The backyard has a shared swimming pool, seating area and BBQ.
We are located close to Redcliffe hospital, markets, the beach, RSL, Dolphins Stadium and multiple restaurants.
The space
You will have the downstairs space with your own private entry. There is a separate bedroom with a queensize bed, large living area with a comfortable couch, TV and bar area.
The bar area has a sink, toaster, kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. There is a bathroom and a laundry with microwave, plates, cups and untensils.
The lounge area leads to an outside table looking over the invitung pool.
The downstairs area has heating/air-conditioning with a split system in the longer area.
We live upstairs with our 5 year old and labradoodle, Chilli. Sorry no other pets welcome. You will hear foot noise as we live upstairs, and we will be as respectful as possible during your stay.
The laundry is a shared area downstairs which means if you stay for more than a few nights we will need to pop in to do our laundry.

Suttons Beach Stay Over is a perfect location for your Peninsula getaway. Located directly opposite Suttons Beach overlooking pristine Moreton Bay.
The Beach Shack is a stand alone 1960's refurbished one bedroom, self contained guest house. It includes one large bedroom with a King Size and Queen size bed in the one room, there is a bathroom, basic kitchenette and laundry.
You will have access to a private courtyard with alfresco dining as an option.

The full moon is simply breathtaking. If you happen to be a moon gazer, should a full moon fall on your stay, the moon rising over the islands of the bay is spectacular.
