Easy walk or 1 male and 1 female push bikes provided. Beach chairs, umbrella and picnic basket and rug and basket provided.

The space
Studio 41 is a private detached space. The original beach house was built in 1947. A few years ago we purchased it and gave it a facelift where we run an allied health centre. Weekdays. Weekends the studio at the rear provides a private space to enjoy our beaches.
Guest access
Access to property is via a driveway to a private studio. Self check in with a secure keysafe and off street parking.

A compact yet cosy granny flat perfect for solo travellers and couples with pets. Located under 950ms from the beach, vibrant cafes, shops and restaurants, this spaces offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. Featuring a fully fenced paved courtyard with outdoor furniture for relaxing and al fresco dining. A compact bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing light meals. We understand pets are family so we welcome one pet or two with prior approval.
The space
The main building on the property is a family run, registered Bed & Breakfast, situated in the upstairs part of the guesthouse. The Pet friendly granny flat offered here is situated on the GROUND FLOOR behind the main BnB building yet totally separate to that business. The Granny flat has a separate entrance to the BnB with it's own private courtyard which is fully fenced for child and pet safety. Your hosts, Michelle and Atem live in the downstairs part of the Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse so never far away if guests need anything else during their stay with us.
Guest access
The Granny Flat features a dedicated, separate entrance located at the rear of the Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse. Comprehensive contactless self-check-in instructions, including photographs, will be automatically provided to all guests a few days prior to arrival.
Other things to note
DOG OWNERS. Please note that due to concerns from our neighbours, we ask that dogs are not left unattended for more than 30 minutes at any time during your stay. Unfamiliar surroundings can cause separation anxiety and barking. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated, as we work to maintain our pet-friendly status and positive relations with the neighbours.
