And over that time the property has only improved . The number one requirement for our needs now as a couple is a comfortable bed. Unit 112 in the front building has a very comfy queen bed and the singles in the 2nd bdrm are ok. Kitchen has all that we needed as did the laundry. The lounges were comfortable enough to stretch and nap on and the addition of foxtel and free wifi in this particular unit were a welcome bonus as we enjoyed some rest time between long leisurely walks."

This tastefully refurbished second floor apartment boasts outstanding uninterrupted panoramic ocean views from each bedroom, the family room and the balcony. The amazing location allows guests to take a short stroll to famous Kings Beach, to lay on the sand or enjoy the patrolled surf beach, or walk the other direction to Happy Valley and Bulcock Beach.
Parks, the boardwalk and BBQs are all just minutes away. If you prefer to take a dip without the waves, there is also a sparkling pool which overlooks the ocean available at the Edgecliffe complex.
Recently refurbished to incorporate tasteful artworks as well as new kitchen equipment, beds and bedding. Both bedrooms have ocean views.

We didn’t feel confident parking in the car park underneath in the new rental car we had but there was always plenty of spots on the street. Lift access was a big plus. The pool was lovely and clean and fresh. Steps down to the beach and esplanade boardwalk. To access the property you need to go down Dingle Ave, it is on Little Esplanade Lane and it took us a while to locate. All in all we loved our stay and will 100% stay again."

Unit 4 "Kokomo" is a lovely and spacious apartment centrally located being only a stone’s throw from Happy Valley and a short walk to both Kings & Bulcock Beach.
There are two good sized bedrooms (A King and 2 single beds), two bathrooms and a nicely furnished, comfortable interior. Enjoy cool ocean breezes from your balcony and lounge, or watch the kids play in the pool from the back balcony.
Other features include a TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer and air-conditioning in the main bedroom. The spacious front balcony also gets the morning sun. The sunny back balcony overlooks a tropical pool with a shared BBQ and seating area. This unit is located on the 1st floor with just one flight of stairs to walk up. There is a lock up garage with direct access into the complex. The garage height 1.75m, width 2.45m.

This 2 bedroom apartment is located within walking distance of the Bus Terminal and the Cbd. If you want to take a stroll along the water front, you have only a few metres to walk. Bring the kids along for a holiday by the beach and they will love the Pirate Ship park at the end of the street.

Having been recently refurbished, the unit offers a modern interior with comfortable furnishings, accommodating a family of 6.

Unit 104 Grand Pacific is positioned right opposite the waterfront, looking out to the Pumicestone Passage and only 50 metres from Bulcock Beach.
The unit has 2 bedrooms and is located on the 7th floor with lift access, and offers amazing views of the Pumicestone Passage, shipping lanes, and Bribie Island, and also overlooks the heated lagoon style pool. The unit includes ducted air-conditioning, a good sized balcony, full kitchen & laundry facilities and comfortable furnishings. The bedding configuration is a Queen and 2 Single beds.
At the centre of the resort is the heated resort style pool and 2 spas, as well as other facilities including a gym, games room for the kids and a sauna to melt the stress away and get you in holiday mode. Leave the car in the security car park, as you can walk to everything.

The Space:
As you enter this charming townhouse, you'll be welcomed by a cozy open-plan living area featuring a round dining table for four, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV, all leading out to the balcony with a high-top table. On this lower level you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking away from home, as well as a laundry area with a front-loading washing machine and a separate toilet.

Wake up to breathtaking views over the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island and the Glass House Mountains in Unit 508 Monaco. The Monaco complex is located just one street back from the Esplanade and is only a 250 metre stroll to the patrolled area of Bulcock Beach.
Monaco is the ideal spot for a holiday in Caloundra - you can walk everywhere. Ortranto Avenue runs directly off of the main street of town where there is plenty to see and do - lots of dining options, shopping, Sunday markets and more. The patrolled Bulcock Beach is a quick and easy walk or you can take the coastal pathway around to Kings or Golden Beach.

The views of the Bribie Island, the Passage and of the Glasshouse Mountains from the apartment were wonderful and breathtaking. With beautiful sunsets in the afternoon. The bathroom we believe could benefit from a few hooks for clothing and ours didn’t provide free wi-fi, but apart from that, everything else was good. When coming back to Caloundra, and if the apartment was available, we will definitely book Monaco again. The staff up at the Caloundra Holiday Centre were very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying here."

The perfect place to unwind and enjoy all of that Caloundra has to offer in this centrally located resort.
Ideally for couples Unit 55 has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, inclusive of the personal linen + a wall mounted TV (regular channels only). There is 1 bathroom with a new walk in shower and toilet. In the living area there is a 50 inch TV, Foxtel basics, DVD player, ducted air-conditioning throughout the unit and basic kitchen facilities including a microwave, bar fridge and a two plate stove top. There is also a washing machine & dryer for your convenience.
The couch can be converted into a double fold out sofa for an extra 2 guests, but please be aware that this does not include linen so you would need to bring your own linen along, or hire it for $51 p.w (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company). Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to hire it for the fold out.
The resort itself has so many fantastic features for holiday makers including a big resort pool and spa, both are heated in the cooler months, a gym, games room, shared BBQ facilities and eating area, a lift & undercover secure parking.

Watch the waves roll in or the passing parade of ships and boats. Sanctuary Shores is located in a fantastic position, less than 200 metres from Kings Beach with no roads to cross to the beach. There are plenty of quality, waterfront restaurants & cafes within walking distance as well.
Unit 5 has been modernly furnished with style & comfort in mind, will sleep up to 5 guests in a King & trio bunk bed (with a double on the bottom and single on top). The master bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has a shower over a full bath. Key features of the unit include Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD, air conditioning the lounge and both bedrooms, dishwasher and flyscreens throughout. There are also 2 x balconies. For the warmer months there are ceiling fans in the lounge room and main bedroom, and a pedestal fan in bedroom 2.
Unit 5 is located on the third floor with stairs, and the complex offers undercover security parking for one vehicle (per unit) and an inground swimming pool.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

This charming townhouse is walking distance of both Bulcock Beach and Kings Beach, many Caloundra and Kings Beach restaurants, cafes, markets and shops, a cinema, IGA, Caloundra Events Centre and more.
If you are dog friendly and see yourself sharing an old clean and tidy home in Qld's recently voted top tourist town and aren't fussed about painted 2nd storey floors, this AirBnB is probably just what you're after.
The space
The living, dining, kitchen and spacious courtyard are on the ground level and are all shared.
The bedrooms and shared main bath are on the second level.
The guest bedroom is a good size and comes with a super comfy bed. The room shares a wall with the master bedroom.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all parts of the home except the master and 3rd bedroom and the garage.
For guests who stay an extended period of time, access to the laundry facilities located in the garage can be arranged.
During your stay

Parking is street parking. I often park on the street and have had no trouble.

WARM WEATHER
Summer time can be warm on the Sunshine Coast (November to February), which is great for the beach but can make a few nights warm. To stay cool and comfortable for your stay you can:
- Leave your bedroom window open with pedestal fan running (window can be locked open for your safety).
- Keep living room dehumidifier running (works really well!) and leave your bedroom door open. Heads up: as your door is open Bentley the cat might visit you during the night.
To keep your accomodation costs down the dehumidifier is favoured over aircon.. but if aircon is what you need to stay comfortable, go for it! 🙌 No problems. ☺️
If for any reason you feel uncomfortable during your stay please let me know asap and we’ll work it out! ☺️
BENTLEY THE CAT has full run of both the main house, back deck and my self contained space during the day. He feeds and sleeps in the main living area at night (available for cuddles on the couch 24/7 😻).
FIREFIGHTING DUTIES
Part of my job as a Park Ranger involves wildfire firefighting and training! 🔥
This means that I may get called away to a fire or training on short notice (not often but it can happen). If I am working till late at night but coming home, the automatic cat feeder will feed the cat.
If I get called to a multi-day fire/training and am away several nights during in your stay there are a few options:
1. I may have my favourite lady pet sitter stay in my self contained space to care for Bentley. She will have minimal interaction with your space in the main house but be available for any help you may need.
2. If not, my lovely lady neighbour and her 10 y/o daughter will come to the house each day I’m away to feed and tend to the cat.
3. If you’d prefer my neighbour not come over I offer a $10 per night refund on your accommodation while I’m gone in return for feeding the cat.
4. You may cancel the remainder your stay free of cancellation penalties on my end (Airbnb may still charge a fee).
Please note that house rules will still apply (ie. no other unregistered guests on the property at any time).
I will give you as much notice as possible, however due to the nature of wildfires/training this may only be a day or two.

There is a portacot in the bedroom off the kitchen for your little ones use. Please bring your own linen for this and place back into bag upon departure. The night chair is located in the pantry next to kitchen table.
This unit is fully renovated, with an abundance of light, and fresh ocean breezes.
It is in an ideal position, less than 100m to Bullcock Beach which is patrolled by Surf Life Savers, it is located only one street back from shopping and restaurant's. Multiple beaches are within walking distances, along with large parks and BBQ facilities, it really is an ideal location.

Studio 41 is a private detached space. The original beach house was built in 1947. A few years ago we purchased it and gave it a facelift where we run an allied health centre. Weekdays. Weekends the studio at the rear provides a private space to enjoy our beaches.

The main building on the property is a family run, registered Bed & Breakfast, situated in the upstairs part of the guesthouse. The Pet friendly granny flat offered here is situated on the GROUND FLOOR behind the main BnB building yet totally separate to that business. The Granny flat has a separate entrance to the BnB with it's own private courtyard which is fully fenced for child and pet safety. Your hosts, Michelle and Atem live in the downstairs part of the Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse so never far away if guests need anything else during their stay with us.
