To have Pialba, Scarness and Torquay shopping strips along The Esplanade and the main shopping centres close by made browsing about very easy. The 716 and 705 bus routes made getting about so easy and cheap. We left the car in the UG secure park most days. Highly recommended."

Being on the Esplanade, you have a bus running every hour to the main shopping area and onto Maryborough. The larger clubs such as the Boat Club, RSL and beach House all have regular a courtesy bus which will pick up and drop you back home free of charge. The Fraser Island Tours and Whale Watching Tours will pick up and drop off near enough outside your apartment so no need to walk too far. Hervey Bay is also lucky enough to have several Driver 05 services which are fantastic. You drive to your destination (within Hervey Bay) and they will drive you and your car back at the same rate as a taxi. Fraser Coast Airport is a 10 minute drive from the Esplanade, taxis are available.
URANGAN Shopping Centre is a 2 minute ride away which has everything you may require including a Post Office, Chemist, Newsagent, Bottle Shop, Butchers and Woolworths. You also have Cafes, Bakers, Pubs and restaurants in walking distance.
The 17 kilometre shared walkway and cycle way along the Esplanade is perfect if you want to hire bikes which are close at hand too.
The Botanical Gardens are in walking distance and is home to aquatic wildlife and bird life. These gardens have much improved over the last 3 years and also has a Chinese Garden and Orchid House.
545 Esplanade is a small leafy peaceful block. We really like and respect our lovely neighbours. Our floor boards are original and quite 'talkative'. If you could refrain from 'wearing clogs' and 'tap dancing' we would really appreciate it.

Our place will be like your home away from home with its relaxed and laid-back vibe. There is a constant breeze that keeps air circulating through the house but a fan is installed for extra cooling should you need. The room also has block out curtains for that good night sleep. The room has its own private entrance to the right of the main house entrance. The room
has all the amenities you could need, including a table and chairs, mini fridge, TV . We also have a large range of DVDs you can choose from to play on the larger screen in the lounge. As a guest you have access to the kitchen and dining area. These and the shower and toilet are accessed through the back door of the main house. The laundry is located near the room and an eco toilet is located there for night time convenience.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the main house areas including a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that can be used. You're more than welcome to join us at night in the living room. There is also plenty of tables and chairs in the front and back yards you can make use of. The room has its own private entrance at the front of the house which guests will access with the key provided. Backyard, laundry and main house can all be accessed via the bedroom's back door. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.

We are at home most of the day and all through the night, so if you need anything, don't be afraid to ask.

Wifi is also available on our back patio, which is quiet and private - great for those needing to do some work while travelling.

Guests have access to most areas of our home.
As well as the private bedroom and guest bathroom listed, the kitchen which includes a microwave, dining room, main lounge room, laundry with washing machine and dryer, pool, patio, small private lounge area, outside toilet/shower, BBQ, can also be used by guests.

During your stay
We respect the privacy of our guests. If interested, we are more than happy to share our local knowledge.

Other things to note
We have a second air-conditioned bedroom with another Queen-Sized bed available at an additional charge for guests who need extra space - work colleagues, couples or families travelling together. Please send us an enquiry if interested in this option.

Really spacious and clean and modern as it's a relatively New Build.
Also can be wheelchair friendly.

Guest access
Own entrance and private parking for Boats and Jet Skis.
Have just completed a 3.4 metre car port so you can put and lock your Boat or Car Undercover with a private entrance for you.

Other things to note
If your fur child comes with you, it can't get much better than that .
Our dog friendly off leash beach is 2 mins away!
Very peaceful yet close to all amenities The Bay has to offer.

Fur Child please tell me a little about the Breed and temprement as my home is not a substitute for A Dog Kenel. All dogs will be left in the Yard Not inside should you decide Not to take them with You!
I want to make this clear before booking as I have had damage Done to the Unit as the Dogs were left inside and very stressed.
I assure you I will let the Dog/s out if I see them
left inside. Please agree to this minimal requirement before Booking My Accommodation I look forward

Magnolia Village is located on 2.5 acres in the heart of Hervey bays CBD.
Full access to the private 1 bedroom self contained unit with plenty of parking/laundry facilities, games room and giant chess. We also serve fresh paradox coffee via the office every morning!

Guest access
The property has a laundry mat on site, games room bbq area, giant chess/checkers, native bees and plenty of edible plants feel free to wander around the community is very welcoming. Feel safe knowing the property is in a fully secure gated community with monitored external boundary cameras.

We are located next to the bus stop a doctor, dentist, pharmacy, cafe 63, Anaconda and Spotlight to name a few and only a few hundred metres to our wonderful beaches

The space
The Thomas Patch although essentially a modern house, it has been styled with an English twist. The guest rooms are away from the main living areas. Outdoor living area on the patio with Pool available. Pool towels available on request.

There are 3 lounge areas, 1 formal lounge/ sitting room, 1 family room ( with a Smart TV including Netflix) , and one outdoor lounge area,
2 x dining areas ( one inside & one outside)

The Thomas Patch has 2 guest bedrooms ( 2 guests/ room). A shared bathroom if both rooms are booked.

Guest access
Entry: is via keys to the front door and guests may come and go.
Parking is on the grass to the right of the driveway.

Cooking: Kitchen is available but limited to Continental breakfast, also may use sandwich toaster or microwave meals.

Laundry: Due to volume of washing only 1 load permitted for guests longer than 3 nights.

1 x Bicycle & helmet available on request if available, but at your own risk. Helmets are a legal requirement & must be worn.

During your stay
We enjoy meeting new people and will share our knowledge of the local area….Restaurants, beaches & tours.

Your privacy is paramount hence each guest bedroom has a key lock to each door.

We will not enter your room whilst booked. Longer stays there is a cost of $15/ week for clean and linen change.

Fraser Island is on our doorstep and available all year.
Whale Tours run from July to November.

Other things to note
We have 2 pets. 1 dog….”Spencer” a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel now 10, & “ Harry” a white & grey Ragdoll.
Please be aware Spencer might greet you on arrival but then settles. Be careful when entering front door or leaving as Spencer will escape.
Harry keeps to himself mostly.
