This 2 storey townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with additional toilet downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a large ensuite including a corner spa bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the property has fully ducted air conditioning. Main bathroom is located upstairs with separate bath and shower.

The laundry downstairs includes a washing machine and dryer. Access to the double lock up garage is via the laundry. The property includes fast Wifi, Chromecast enabled TV, a BBQ, 2 kayaks, board games, DVDs and other activities to keep you entertained on a rainy day.

The property has it's own double garage with remote key access.

The marina and boat ramp are in walking distance and there is a second boat ramp located only a short drive at Crab Creek.

Plenty pillows to choose from if you like firm or soft. If you plan to use the kayak, we put it in the back of our ute to take down to the water. A bit too heavy and far to carry to the water. Great location for walks. Big wide footpaths. Cafe across the road very nice and convienient for a coffee."

Our Place is your private space for your stay and is our holiday house that we use throughout the year. We have chosen to allow other people to experience the opportunity to switch off at Our Place. You will have the entire house, set in a quiet location in TCB. The property is fully fenced with ample parking on the property including a remote controlled single lock up garage for guest use. We have reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area and main bedroom. Professional cleaners maintain the property to support a high level of hygiene. Our Place is situated a short stroll from the foreshore which makes it easy to organise your water activities and access the 4km boardwalk outlining the local bird life and plants. TCB is known to have at least 140 bird species. We encourage birds by providing a native Australian garden at the front, rainforest ambience at the back and bird baths. Sit back and enjoy the calm and avid birdlife.

You access the entire house and yard when you stay at Our Place. This includes the opportunity to laze in the hammock in the backyard under our magnificent poinciana tree and listening to the many birds around you.

TCB is known for bird watching and we value this past time. Not only do we have native plants that attract honeyeaters and other birds (Spangled Drongo, Double Barred Finch, Rainbow Bee Eaters to name a few), we also have a bird bath nestled amongst grevillea trees allowing you to watch birds come for a drink or have a bath. If you are lucky you will also see our visiting Lace Monitors.

We value comfort and the ability to relax. Sheridan and hotel quality linen are provided for you. The side patio has a Weber Q and outdoor table setting, providing a second area to relax and unwind in privacy.

If you have a large boat, the incline of the driveway and the street camber, may make it difficult for the boat to go up the driveway. The street is quiet and wide and since the town is known for fishing, parking your boat on the road does not concern anyone.

The wildlife is amazing, the beach is close, hand feeding the dolphins is a must and only a 3 minute drive away, the seafood is fresh and all shops are within walking distance. We started a "Pay it forward" cupboard in the kitchen filled with Tea, coffee, vegemite and whatever other surprises guests want to leave for the next guest.

As this is a bay in certain seasons there are midgies so bring your repellant and mosquito coils, just in case. The local RSL has a courtesy bus and really yummy Chinese food. The IGA and all shops are within walking distance. A very well kept park with BBQ'S, seating, gym equipment with ocean views is just across the road from our Cracka! *please note due to the area not all tv channels are available*

4. Hand feeding the dolphins is a wonderful experience ( be there early, as limited numbers). Recommended to be there at 6:30am
5. A day trip to Rainbow Beach is well worth the drive especially checkout the Carlo Sand blow. Go to Rainbow Beach via Cooloola Cove.
6. Tin Can Bay Country Club has yummy Chinese food plus a FREE courtesy bus. The courtesy bus starts from 5pm depending on the day and will pick you up at the front of our house. Check out there website for times.
7. Tin Can Bay yacht club has the best water views in town for a cold beer or wine. Food is also good, bookings are recommended.
8. There are BBQ's is located in the park across the road from our place, with great water views.

The space
This grand old Lady sits on the Esplanade overlooking Snapper Creek with deep water access to the Sandy Straights.

The house has three bedroom which sleeps up to eight people. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom two sets of bunks and the third a double bed. All bed rooms have ceiling fans as well as pedestal fans for the summer nights. There are new aircon's in the dining room, and two bedrooms if you need it.

The bathroom has recently been updated with a walk in shower, no bath and a sperate toilet. We have an updated laundry that includes a washing machine. We have no dryer but there is a washing line in the yard if you need it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: Microwave, Fridge /Freezer, Oven, Toaster, and kettle , Air Fryer just to name a few items that you'll need.

Most of your time will be spent under the back patio which is a recent addition. There is plenty of undercover space to enjoy watching the boats coming and going from the Marina.

There is a lovely grassy back yard which is ideal for the kids to run around and play (please note, that while we have fenced off the property from the water, it is not completely fenced around the boundary. )

There is plenty of space at the front for cars and boats but there is no undercover parking available. Please note there is only room for three boats. No tents or caravans are permitted on this property due to council regulations.

Tin Can Bay has a lot to offer. Choose a relaxing holiday with a good book and easy stroll along the ne Esplanade boardwalk that council have recently put in and enjoy the water views.

Bring the kids. They'll enjoy the paths with scooters and bikes. There is a skate bowl and playground on the foreshore that they will also love. There is a council swimming pool next to the Yacht club that will please the kids too!

Tin Can Bay is a popular fishing spot, so bring the tinny or hire a boat if you want to go fishing during your stay.

The property is a short walk from the Yacht club located a at the end of the Esplanade where the dolphin feeding takes place. The yacht club also boasts a restaurant and a boat ramp,

A few doors down from the house is the local fish board where fresh seafood can be purchased. The local fish and chip shop is a five minute walk or a one minute drive from the front door.

Further South West is and 18 hole golf course and a bowls club with a restaurant and bar. There is also a local IGA for groceries, a bakers, butcher, chemist and other shops to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible.

Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the surf at Rainbow Beach, so bring the surf board and Boogie Boards! Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming area.

You can take your 4x4 to the Lagoon at Double Island Point for a swim and the Coloured Sands but you'll need a permit from QPWS before heading off along the beach. Always check the tide and conditions before leaving.

Guests have access to the main part of the house but there is a cleaning room and owners bedroom that are locked up. You will be the only guests staying and will not be sharing the property when you are there.

Other things to note
Unfortunately, this property has features that are not accessible for the disabled. There is no step free entrance to the dwelling along with the toilet and shower within the house. Light switches are located underneath the lights hanging from the ceiling. It may be difficult to navigate the dwelling individually depending on your impairment.
The property is not set up for toddlers. Has no porta cot, high chair or safety gates and furniture not secured.

Ground floor is for parking. There is a carport with door on the front which is extra long. The driveway has 2 entrances with additional covered parking under the front balcony. The garage as noted in the photo is not included.

First level brings you to the lounge room with large wall mounted TV and DVD player and ceiling fan. Comfortable corner lounge to accommodate everyone and air conditioning for comfort all year round.

The sliding glass door leads you out to the partially covered front deck with outdoor seating for 6 and a hooded BBQ which also includes a small fridge.

There is a dining area with seating for 6 and a kitchen that has been well decked out with anything you will need while you are on holiday. It includes gas cooking, a large fridge/freezer, pod coffee machine along with a variety of pods for your enjoyment. That is just a few of the long list of items provided for you! Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms - 2 with a queen bed, and 2 with 2 singles. All with ceiling fans and the house is air conditioned. There are 2 large separate living areas, both with TVs and comfortable leather lounge suites. The upstairs lounge and 3 of the bedrooms have water views. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and 2 fridges. There are 2 bathrooms and a laundry area with full sized washing machine and drier. There is a large table tennis room for when you are feeling energetic. There is a large grassy back yard you can enjoy.
Easy walking to the dolphins, shops, restaurants, takeaways, yacht club, pub and Lees fishing company. The beautiful foreshore walk is just in front. The sand flats make for fun exploring at low tide

Historic timber cottage on the highest point in the village, just a short walk to the waters edge and all the Bay's attractions. Cosy, comfortable and fully fenced for children and pets.

The space
Dory Cottage was originally a one room school at Glastonbury, west of Gympie. It was moved to Tin Can Bay after the school closed in the 1960s and has been our much loved bay escape since the 1990s. We've retained the charm of the original building and used a lot of paint and gap filler to make it the comfortable, back to basics (no dishwasher no internet) cottage you see today with the added luxury of a newly installed 7kw air conditioner
It has a large fully fenced garden with plenty of room for play. Old fashioned outdoor games (quoits, badminton, croquet) are there for you to use and also books and indoor games ( Boggle, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly) coloured pens and paper if you'd rather stay inside.
There is a gas barbecue for cooking outside and a firepit (an old Weber) if you feel like sitting round the 'campfire'. Please BYO firewood.
If you're looking for a peaceful escape, a real old fashioned family time, this is the place to be.

Other things to note
In summer mosquitoes and sandflies are around, even though we are high on the hill and enjoy the best bay breezes. There is insect repellant spray in the bathroom and we also provide the plug-in type in all the bedrooms to keep those buzzy things out of the house.
We have a Porta-cot available on request. It can fit either in the main bedroom or the sleepout.

Where else can you sit in your lounge and be only meters to beach.
Absolute waterfront cabin with amazing outlook, overlooking where the famous Tin Can Bay dolphin feeding is done, which is only a 5 minute walk to feed them.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Bay Breeze is a 3-bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a spa bath, 2 storey apartment, it is located directly opposite the water. There is a brand-new boardwalk right across the road which takes you down to the water's edge where there is also kid's playgrounds and communal BBQ's. The apartment is also a walk from all cafes, pubs and a quick walk to the local supermarket.

This delightful modern villa has everything to make your stay in Tin Can Bay totally enjoyable. The furnishings & appointments as well as the spacious deck will not disappoint. The space
Barnacles Dolphin Centre is an easy walk from the villa where you can hand feed the wild humpback dolphins. It is a great experience feeding the pod in Snapper Creek, visitors are welcome to join the volunteers in the water to meet these beautiful creatures.
A walk around the foreshore is very relaxing, the walkway seems to go for forever, often seeing the shorebirds and seabirds.
The waters in the bay and Snapper Creed are calm and perfect for fishing…hire a tinnie, book a deep sea charter or take a ferry cruise.
Rainbow Beach is 30min drive away if you prefer to surf the waves, otherwise there are lovely spots just a stroll away to swim in the calm waters.

Access is very easy, a remote opens the security gate. The villa has a double carport with two steps leading to the deck and front sliding glass door. And voila, there is the water!

Please note there are only 4 people permitted to stay in the villa, this includes adults, children and infants.
There are no boats/trailers permitted in the complex but there is parking outside of the complex and at the Marina Office.

Located centrally next to Tin Can Bay's marina, is the guest house known as The Cozy Cod Lodge.

This highset large home has plenty of space for all the family. Upstairs includes kitchen, living and dining with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with clawfoot bath. Downstairs is another living area, bedroom, bathroom, laundry. Outside you have the inground swimming pool, a covered outdoor area and a bar for those who enjoy entertaining. Double parking area under the house as well as a carport that would fit a large boat. This large home is in a great central location!
