This 2 storey townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with additional toilet downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a large ensuite including a corner spa bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the property has fully ducted air conditioning. Main bathroom is located upstairs with separate bath and shower.

The laundry downstairs includes a washing machine and dryer. Access to the double lock up garage is via the laundry. The property includes fast Wifi, Chromecast enabled TV, a BBQ, 2 kayaks, board games, DVDs and other activities to keep you entertained on a rainy day.

The property has it's own double garage with remote key access.

- "The house was very comfortably. We like to self cater most nights, so the kitchen was well set up. Plenty of containers, crockery, pots etc. One light weight adult on the trundle which was fine. Plenty pillows to choose from if you like firm or soft. If you plan to use the kayak, we put it in the back of our ute to take down to the water. A bit too heavy and far to carry to the water. Great location for walks. Big wide footpaths. Cafe across the road very nice and convienient for a coffee."
