This house is a short stroll 5 minutes to Cafes, Burger Joints & Nambour General Hospital & about 12 minutes walk to McDonald's, Coles & Nambour Train Station which takes you straight to Brisbane in just over 1 an hour or buses go to straight to Maroochydore regularly or drive to the beach or MCY Sunshine Coast Airport in 20 minutes. Please be aware the studio that is underneath the main house. At times you will be able to hear walking on floorboards from above, although we try out best to minimise the noise and we don't wear shoes inside the house, we can't guarantee you won't hear foot steps, creaking timber floors or sounds from above, if you are sensitive to those sounds then this property would not be suitable. We have a dog (puppy) border collie named Teddy & a cat named Sophie.
House rules violations will be immediately cancelled if unapproved guests stay at the property.

Adam provided clear instructions and also a safety/existing way in case of emergency. The studio is tidy and clean. Got everything I need. It is located close to the hospital within 5mins walk distance. You can also walk to the fall 5mins from the house. The nearest grocery is the opposite of the hospital. This home is a partially renovated 3 bedroom 70s house. The open plan living/dining and kitchen are spacious with lovely breezes and overlook the lovely gardens in the front and our 6 acre paddock at the back, which might even have horses or cattle in if you're lucky. The outlook at the rear looks through beautiful trees across to the Blackall Range.
The house is partially renovated with a lovely bright new kitchen, with new appliances, which include electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, air fryer and pod coffee machine. The bathrooms are clean and functional but have not yet been updated, still having floral tiles and dated colour schemes. We expect to update these in 2025.
The home is located a mere 2-3 minutes from the Big Pineapple, Wildlife HQ, Adventure Ropes Course and the award winning distillery - Sunshine and Sons (gin, vodka and rum).
We are literally 5 minutes drive from the highway and 15 minutes from Sunshine Coast beaches and all the beachside towns have to offer. Again it is only 15 minutes to get up the range to cooler climes at Montville and then on to Maleny and Mapleton. We are surrounded by great cafes, fantastic restaurants and entertainment venues, including Rick's cafe, Spirit House Restaurant, Piggy Back, and all the lovely cafes in Woombye, Palmwoods and surrounds. Sunshine Coast Airport (Maroochydore) is 20 minutes away.

For seaside adventures, a quick 30-minute drive from our charming farm stay will lead you to the sun-kissed shores of Coolum Beach and Mooloolaba Beach.

A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible single bed couch on the ground floor, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Loved being able to bring the dog along. Having the fence around the place was great so he could potter around. Communication was a bit difficult as the sites block links so we never saw the actual house rules, but that was pretty minor. Might be helpful to include a QR code in the cottage somewhere so people can scan to view house rules and other details."

You’ll have your own car space in a shared lockable car park behind the building for ease of access.

Housed in a charming mid-century building, it's filled with unique quirks and character and part of Nambour's history. While we've given some of the interiors a gentle update, the essence of the building remains as authentic and original as the day it was constructed. Key Collection: Keys can be conveniently collected at the counter of the shop located at the front of the building, downstairs from the unit.

Check-In / Check-out: We look forward to welcoming you. We live off premises and our standard check-in time is from 2pm to 5pm, we're more than happy to consider a slightly later arrival if we can accommodate it, and a time is arranged in advance and mutually agreed upon. check-out is by 10am.
We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs at no charge whenever possible. However, due to existing bookings and cleaning schedules, we can't always guarantee this flexibility.
To maintain a harmonious experience for all our guests and to respect our cleaning team's schedule, any early check-ins or late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will incur a nominal fee of $25.00 for every 10 minutes beyond the initial 10-minute grace period.

Nestled in an oasis set high on the hill at Rosemount, close to shops and Nambour township, this private romantic couple's bungalow is situated in the trees separated from our main house. The Banana Hut is the ultimate relaxing getaway!

There is so much to do and enjoy during the days and spend your nights peacefully settled in to enjoy a gorgeous evening, drink in hand on your own private deck with views and a cooling breeze.

The Banana Hut is completely separated from our house by a tree-filled garden. It comprises a large bedroom with a seating area, as well as a lounge with dining area and a large deck with BBQ. For additional guests (up to 1 extra) there is a fold-out couch in the spacious master bedroom.

The lounge/dining room also includes a dedicated work space and well appointed kitchen with cooking facilities and a large fridge for your holiday goodies. There is a BBQ on the deck for your own personal use as well as a private bathroom with dual rain shower heads.

The bathroom is accessible from your private deck, so you do need to walk outside to access it. It's open to the garden where you can shower surrounded by nature in your own private space.

Set on sixty-six acres near the quaint township of Woombye is a picture-perfect farm offering country-luxe accommodation for medium term stays. In the centre of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast – bordering the Bruce Highway to the north and just down the road from the iconic Big Pineapple, these fully furnished farm Quarters are available for longer rental while we complete work on facilities for our farmstay. There are resident mini horses, cows, donkeys, sheep and chickens in neighbouring paddocks and all Quarters have full length balconies that overlook our lake. We do not allow pets on the farm as there is no suitable fenced areas and our miniature animals are very susceptible to domestic dogs. Accommodation comes with all linen supplied for four people, a fully equipped kitchen, feature bath in main bedroom, air con and a washer/dryer combo. Maximum of four guests only (including infants). Access will be via a driveway from Diddillibah Road with a manual gate. Bookings of between one and three months will be accepted and owners look to meet with all applicants.

Wumbai - meaning place of the Black Myrtle tree, is a lovingly renovated abode, preserving the alluring vintage features such as exposed timber beams, hardwood floors, and intricate ceilings, while seamlessly blending modern comforts.

Embrace the tranquil atmosphere of this idyllic Queenslander, perfect for couples or families seeking respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located in the heart of Woombye, just an hour from Brisbane, our tree-shaded haven offers the ideal setting to curl up with a captivating book and a glass of wine or indulge in a soothing soak in the elegant cast-iron clawfoot bathtub. As you explore the myriad wonders of the Sunshine Coast, rest your weary head in our character-filled sanctuary. We provide all bed linen, beach and bath towels, basic toiletries, and kitchen essentials for your convenience. The property features a fully-equipped kitchen, but please note there is no laundry (a laundromat is just a 300m stroll away).

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the property, including off-street parking for two cars and ample free on-street parking. As our charming abode is situated in the town's center, please expect some road noise from passing cars and buses. Due to a small set of steps at the front door, shower over bath, and several large above-ground tree roots in the yard, our property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Other things to note:
Nestled within a family-oriented neighborhood, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum. The space is not suitable for events or parties. For security purposes, one security camera is positioned outside the front of the main residence, capturing motion in the front yard and one Minut noise monitor near the living room (this records noise levels but does not record any actual sound).

The cozy lounge room offers a projector with Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Stan via smart TV, but does not include standard television channels. While our Wi-Fi is reasonably fast, it is not designed for gaming or heavy downloads. Phone reception may vary depending on your provider. Please note that we do not provide cots, extra beds, or high chairs. The home is tailored for weekend and weekly getaways, and may not be suitable for long-term (monthly) stays. No pets are allowed, and the entire property is designated as a smoke-free area. If you must smoke, please do so across the road.

As our vintage sanctuary is situated in a country town near the Australian bush, nature enthusiasts will delight in the occasional sightings of birds, geckos, ants, spiders, frogs, possums, native rats, mosquitos, dragonflies, butterflies, sandflies, bees, wasps, bush cockroaches, native water dragons, lizards, snakes, and other reptiles in and around the property. The cottage features original vintage windows without screens, so insects may be present (though the property is regularly treated for pests, and we provide plug-in mosquito deterrents and repellants). If any of the above concerns you, kindly reconsider your stay with us.
