At your request we can include a full breakfast assortment to choose from for only $15 per person. Otherwise you will find some basic items in the kitchenette for a simple breakfast.
Artizen is bright and airy, functional and homely with a some special surprises for you.. Attention has been given to your full comfort. The accommodation has its own private and secure entrance and is surrounded by decks, a swimming pool and gardens.
Set on the Sunshine Coast Rosemount Range 10 minutes from the town centres of Maroochydore, Buderim, Bli Bli, Nambour and 15 to Mooloolaba and Coolum beaches and from other popular Sunshine Coast beaches, Sunshine Coast Airport and Sunshine Plaza, Maroochy RIver and Dog swimming and walking areas.
A couple of minutes from popular local cafe Guru Life and dinner and drinks or meet friends at the favoured Ocean street restaurants and markets.
Couples who wish to bring their pampered indoor pooches are welcome as the floors are timber and tile. You are invited to walk your pet around the 1 acre property on a lead or take a short drive to the river and the many walking tracks to choose from.
All linen is provided freshly for your stay with Queen bed and extra bedding is available in the living area in the form of a single and a double pull down sofa bed for those extra guests/children. We have a lovely kitchenette with good sized fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities, BBQ, and more.
Many popular Sunshine Coast attractions are within 30 minutes drive of Artizen such as Australia Zoo, Noosa, Mooloolaba, Coolum Beach, Aussie World , Underwater World. And many fantastic cafes both healthy and a little bit naughty.

This house is a short stroll 5 minutes to Cafes, Burger Joints & Nambour General Hospital & about 12 minutes walk to McDonald's, Coles & Nambour Train Station which takes you straight to Brisbane in just over 1 an hour or buses go to straight to Maroochydore regularly or drive to the beach or MCY Sunshine Coast Airport in 20 minutes. Internet 1000mbs Ethernet / 400mbs wifi & driveway parking. Brand new ensuite bathroom & Kitchenette December 2023. Please note we require 1 form of government ID once booked & a face to face check-in with all bookings between 3pm-8pm.
Please be aware the studio that is underneath the main house. At times you will be able to hear walking on floorboards from above, although we try out best to minimise the noise and we don't wear shoes inside the house, we can't guarantee you won't hear foot steps, creaking timber floors or sounds from above, if you are sensitive to those sounds then this property would not be suitable. We have a dog (puppy) border collie named Teddy & a cat named Sophie.
House rules violations will be immediately cancelled if unapproved guests stay at the property.
Any guests staying at the property that are not approved or have not provided government issued photographic ID then the booking will be cancelled, under house rules violations.

- "I've been staying at Adam’s place a few times now. He is such a great host, a very helpful, flexible, and reliable person. Adam provided clear instructions and also a safety/existing way in case of emergency. The studio is tidy and clean. Got everything I need. It is located close to the hospital within 5mins walk distance. You can also walk to the fall 5mins from the house. The nearest grocery is the opposite of the hospital. Also, there are some cafes, fish and chips, kebab shops etc. Recommended for everyone 👍 Thank you Adam & the family for letting me stay in a lovely studio. Definitely coming back again. "

The studio is modern & cozy and set in tropical surroundings on acreage property. It’s the perfect city escape or a weekend getaway.
The studio is comfortable distance away from the main dwelling for complete privacy. It is attached to a new large storage shed that is hardly used. You won't be disturbed.
The space is a 3-room studio with open bedroom / lounge room, a kitchen and bathroom. The queen bed is exceptionally comfortable with high quality new linen.
There is Netflix and free Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioner.
The kitchen has an induction cook top, microwave, mini barista coffee machine. Full size fridge & freezer. There is no oven though.
We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the bathroom.
Guests have their own off street parking space.
Guest can access the table & chairs at the river which is at the bottom of the property. Lovely spot for a cup of tea or glass of wine.

We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs at no charge whenever possible. However, due to existing bookings and cleaning schedules, we can't always guarantee this flexibility.
To maintain a harmonious experience for all our guests and to respect our cleaning team's schedule, any early check-ins or late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will incur a nominal fee of $25.00 for every 10 minutes beyond the initial 10-minute grace period.

Though compact and awaiting future updates, we've ensured it's equipped for your stay. You'll find modern conveniences including a dishwasher, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and essential amenities to make your stay comfortable.
Upon entering the kitchen, you'll find the tall cupboard to your right is thoughtfully stocked with all your dining and kitchen essentials, including plates, glasses, salt and pepper etc. The bin is discreetly tucked away in the cupboard under the bench, right next to the dishwasher.
For your safety, a fire blanket is mounted on the wall to your left above the kitchen bench. Should an emergency arise, please follow the instructions on the blanket.
IMPORTANT: The switch for the hot water system is located in the kitchen and is clearly marked with a label saying, "Hot water, Do not turn off." Please ensure it remains on at all times during your stay.
You'll find the dining table conveniently situated in the dining room adjacent to the kitchen. It comfortably seats four, and there's space to accommodate a highchair if needed.
Living Room:
Featuring dimmable lighting for those movie nights in, the living area is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, single armchair, and rocking chair. We've provided a small selection of books and games for adults and children for your entertainment during your stay.
There is no child safety gate across the top of the stairs, please ensure the door into the living room is closed at all times if you have little ones and that they remain supervised.
PLEASE NOTE: Our building lacks an antenna, so commercial free-to-view TV is unavailable. However, the TV is smart enabled with Chromecast and comes with free, unlimited Wi-Fi, allowing you to connect to your preferred streaming services. Additionally, we have established 10Play, 7Plus, 9Now and ABC iView on demand accounts for guest viewing pleasure. Thank you for your understanding.
Bedrooms:
The Long Room - The light and spacious main bedroom has one-way windows that give you privacy while still allowing you a full view of the main street below. This room includes two bedside drawers and lamps, clothes racks, towel rack, and room darkening curtains for a restful sleep. Please note that this room has been sound reduced from street noise, as such, the windows in this room are sealed, but it does have its own split systems air conditioning unit.
Main bedroom has a queen bed, it also includes an additional single bed suitable for a child. Accommodates up to 3 guests.
The Cosy Room - This snug secondary room is small but accommodating, thoughtfully equipped for your comfort. It has a queen bed with roll-out drawers to offer added storage and includes a bedside table and lamp, clothes rack, towel rack, its own split systems air conditioning unit and room darkening curtains - perfect for those who enjoy sleeping in. Accommodates up to 2 guests.
Bathroom:
This mid-century bathroom has a recessed shower and separate toilet. We include make-up removal pads, cotton tips, band aids, first aid kit, some emergency feminine hygiene products and portable mirror for your use during your stay.
Please enjoy complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap by Blumme Organica, made with organic botanicals and premium ingredients. These products are cruelty-free (not tested on animals).
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you leave the bathroom doors open after showering to allow the room to ventilate and dry properly. Additionally, please hang all wet towels on the towel rack provided in the bedrooms.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, the bathroom basin is small with a low flow tap, cold only tap and only suitable for hand washing and brushing teeth. Although there is no bench, it has two small cabinets above the sink for your toiletries. There is no power point located in the bathroom. We apologies for these inconveniences.
