I am a chatty person but respect not everyone wants to talk with the host. I live here and work remotely each day so I will give you your space but initiate convo with me as much or as little as you like.
I can offer plenty of local recommendations on eats/activities and events to ensure you have an awesome.

Free parking is available using the visitor section only and can't be guaranteed. There is a pub directly across the road with plenty of available free spots if you miss out.
You are otherwise within walking distance to the bus stop and scooters and Ubers/Taxi's are readily available in the area.

Our cute ground floor unit is all you need for a simple relaxed "beach village" holiday! The location is fabulous and walking distance to so many great places. Just 100 metres to the Surf Beach, and to the 'calm side' Maroochy River. 50 metres to King Street, which has a Foodworks, butcher, newsagent, bakery, chemist, post office, bottle shop, dress shops, gift shop, cafes & take-aways. Maroochydore Surf Club & Bowls Club are a 250m flat walk. 1km to the exciting Ocean Street precinct!

The space
We acknowledge that our apartment is not like a hotel or resort and is dated, however you will find very few places so close to the beach and in such a great location at our budget friendly price. We believe you'll be surprised just how comfortable and well-equipped it is for a self catering stay. We regularly have singles, couples and families return to stay with us due to the units location, affordability and its homely feel.
Please book our unit if your priority is location and value. If you are looking for a party place do NOT book with us...our unit is definitely not for you and our house rules clearly state we do not accept excessive noise and parties.
The unit does not have WiFi, Air conditioning or a car park, which is why we keep the nightly rate so low. Obviously this has been much to our children's disappointment - they actually have to read books, play board games, do puzzles and watch DVDs with their parents and grandparents! Some guests have advised they were able to access Sunshine Coast Free WiFi whilst sitting on the patio.
The Maroochydore Library is 200m away and has 100s of DVDs and 1000s of books to borrow - it's an easy process to register for a visitors membership.

Centrally located on the Sunshine Coast, the "Cotton Tree Village Precinct" is halfway between the gorgeous beaches of Caloundra and Noosa, and there are so many things to do, here are just a few ideas!

The nightly rate is for 1 to 4 guests. Only the main Queen bed and bottom bunks will be made up with linen, pillows and doonas.

There is no car space, however free street parking is available. You can park in parts of Memorial Ave, Fourth Ave and Alexandra Parade for an unlimited time, which are a very easy walking distance to the unit. Please familiarise yourself with the limited 1 to 4 hour parking signs in Cotton Tree, as the Sunshine Coast Council are regularly there issuing tickets.

However, these cots do come with padded mat for the base.

We are a young couple who are both teachers that live here ourselves with our gorgeous dog, Charlie. We AirBnb out the place when we go away on holidays, which helps us afford to get away! We thank you in advance for respecting our precious home which we have spent the last 2 years renovating.

The house boasts a clean, modern, and tasteful interior throughout.
This 3-bedroom residence comprises: UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1: 1 SuperKing Bed (with Ensuite) - UPSTAIRS Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed - UPSTAIRS Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed – UPSTAIRS also options for 1 Single Bed floor mattress.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge, cookware, air fryer, blender, utensils, and cutlery.
The entire lower floor is fully air-conditioned, as well as the upstairs master bedroom.
The gym is the size of a single car garage.
An internal staircase connects the lower and upper levels.
The downstairs area comprises of a large living area, dining area and an open kitchen area that looks over the back deck. The living area features a smart TV for watching free-to-air channels or your preferred streaming services.

Dogs are allowed, however, must inquire and send details about your pet before we accept. Additional rules apply with pets.

The space
As you enter the apartment, you'll be immediately struck by the bright and airy open-plan living area, featuring beautiful furniture, plush sofas, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped brand-new kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, with all the necessary appliances and utensils at your fingertips.
You get beautiful views from the Balcony. There are enough sun rays on the deck till the afternoon to get some sun before heading out for your daily chorus. (Depending on weather ; )
Then return back in the evening to enjoy the sunset on a large deck.

Guests can access Room number 2 with 1 single and 1 double bed, Whole kitchen, balcony, lounge area, office space, bbq, and dining table. Guest to arrange their own food items. Most dry ingredients should be all good to use.

During your stay
I ll be staying at the same apartment along with other house mate Simon. I would mostly be accessible through phone or texting if not on site.

Other things to note
This beautiful space is also my home. so be respectful of the items and how you treat others. any misbehaviour will be dealt with notice to leave property without refund.

Other things to note
Not a suitable place for parties, there are neighbours in the adjoining units and next door who keep us updated with any irregular, antisocial behaviour. They will also contact the police to attend in the first instance if necessary.

Park the car and forget about it! This is a nicely renovated quaint ground level 2 bedroom unit. It is centrally located in Cotton Tree in a quiet street whilst being close to everything. There is something in walking distance in every direction (less than 800m). Maroochydore surf beach, Maroochy river & Cotton Tree Park, Sunshine Plaza Shopping Complex, Ocean Street "the Eat Street of Maroochydore", RSL club, Bowls club, Maroochy Surf Club and Maroochydore CBD. It doesn't get better.

The space
This is a small but very cosy unit. The open plan living, kitchen, dining flowing onto the courtyard area gives the feeling of spaciousness. If you want somewhere quiet to hangout, the is set up with large doors either end that can be opened up for some sea breeze. If you are a larger group we have Units 1, 2 & 3 in this complex available on airbnb. As it is a small complex we could easily host up to 3 families travelling together with the closeness to spend time together and the luxury of having your own space at the end of the day. Please send an enquiry if you are interested in this option.

This unit is No.3 in the complex. You will have the designated unit 3 carpark at the front. At the back of the complex there is a laundry room and 2 large clotheslines that guests are welcome to use for their stay.
